Deceptive pricing. Was quoted $120 for an oil change. The cost of the oil change is listed as $120. Was handed a bill for $165. Because apparently the oil filter is not included in the oil change price. Garbage will never come back. read more

We took our 2010 Range Rover to Grease Monkey, and within minutes of leaving, something broke--twice in the span of a month. The first time, we chalked it up to age and had the antifreeze leak repaired. Our mechanic then suggested flushing the system. But immediately after leaving Grease Monkey again, the vehicle started overheating. Two identical issues right after their service is not a coincidence--it's negligence. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered nothing but hollow apologies. If they don't have the expertise to service certain vehicles, they should say so upfront, not gamble with customers' time and money. I'll never bring a vehicle here again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this place. read more

It is the worst place where you can take your car, they are going to charge you 3 times more than what it could be worth elsewhere, they are extremely dishonest, they give you a price when you arrive and when you go to check out they charge you many more things than the ones they told you. read more

Service was decent, it took a while to get my oil changed but I assumed it was due to a thorough check of all my fluids. 75$ for a basic change was a little more than I wanted to pay. read more

Do NOT EVER visit this location! They will throw away your oem oil plug even though there's NOTHING wrong with it replace it with an aftermarket oil plug and charge you $2.99 plus tax for the new oil plug not tell you about it and then destroy you oem oil plug!!!!! read more

Outstanding staff at this location! Thank you especially to Cody; a true professional who fixed my issue in about 5 minutes. Here's the full story... I originally had my oil changed at this grease monkey location about 6 months ago. I then moved to south Denver so naturally, I did not return here for my next change. I went to a jiffy lube instead where they changed the oil but not the filter! They told me that grease monkey had overtightened the filter (and possibly caused some damage). They advised me to return to grease monkey and ask them fix it. They even said to have grease monkey "give them a call" if I ran into any issues... as if that would help anything. I was pretty pissed off about the whole situation. I came back to grease monkey fully expecting them to be unable to remove the filter and then to blow me off and place the blame on jiffy lube. To my surprise, Cody had the filter off in about 30 seconds. He charged me $8 total for the service, the new filter, and to top off my oil. Clearly, the employees at jiffy lube were incompetent and then had the gall to scapegoat someone else while charging me full price for their terrible service. Definitely won't be returning there. But I'm glad to know the staff at grease monkey will take care of me! read more

Really bad place to take your car ! One of the guys there is really nice but all the other ones are really rude they left my seat dirty whit a spot of grease ! They also left the oil screw loose so I hade to take it to another location because the check engine light turn on the guys on 120 and Colorado told me that they hade done a really bad job on my oil change read more

i just took my car in for an oil change , when I took it in it was fine, it had only been 2500 miles since my last change, which was done at this same Grease Monkey, but I was going Home for the Holidays and wanted every thing in tip top shape, one of the employees there made a mistake that hindered my car from working correctly and if left unchecked could have caused severe damage to my car, I was very upset at first for 2 reasons first because the employees told me pretty flat out that there was no way they messed my car up, and 2 it was seeming like i would not be able to make it home for the holidays, However i was able to get in touch with the managers of the store and so far they have been very helpful at getting my problem remedied, and they are taking it to make sure no lasting damage is done and to fix it if it is, and helping to ensure I make it home for Christmas. read more

Talk about an A + in customer service.. The Grease Monkey team at this location are stand up guys. Two nights ago I was leaving work and realized both headlights were out. It being late evening that meant I wasn't going anywhere. I ended up getting a ride home and a ride back to my car yesterday. This location is not far from my house! I was greeted by one of their staff. I explained the situation and he said they'd take a look. Not only did they replace the headlights, they noticed a hole in a few places in the hose of my anti freeze! They replaced everything, and at an extremely extremely low price. I also liked how all the mechanics got involved and really wanted me to feel comfortable! I' highly recommend !! read more

Five stars is not enough for this Grease Monkey. Best service I ever had. I called this place to get information about their pricing and schedule and I got great answers. This was the first plus from them. About a week later I showed up out of the blue and wanted to get my oil changed and transmission fluid changed as well. right when I pulled up to the front I noticed there wasn't any parking, turns out it did not matter as I was directed in from of the first available bay. I think I got luck because I happened to get there at a good time so I was first. The manager let me know about the deals they had going on. I didn't have enough money for the deal I should have bought, but i still got what I came for, he even took ten dollars off the price since I had two things done. To my surprise, this shop cleaned my windows, vacuumed my car and topped off the rest of my fluids as well. Well I have to say the guys at this grease monkey are top notch in my eyes. And fast too, they were done like in twenty minutes. I could not have done this myself faster or less expensive. So great freaking work, I will be going there more often now and I will tell my family and friends to go there as well. Thanks. read more
