Well turns out, the water pump needed to be replaced, so I had that done, as well as the timing belt. First sign of shoddy work was the fact that when I drove home, the car started losing power to the radio and dash lights. Thankfully, I lived very close to the shop at the time and was able to get it home, at which point I discovered that the alternator wasn't re-connected after the work done. Easy fix for even someone like me, but c'mon, how do you overlook this? Fast forward to a little more than a year and I come to find out that the car is leaking coolant again, and was told by another mechanic that the water pump is leaking again. So either they used a cheap part or didn't put it in properly. I don't have the time to take this car back to this shop to have it done, so I'm just going to have the pump replaced by someone that knows what they are doing.

Desperately needing my brakes done with limited time, I stopped in to get back to the mountains safely. (I normally do them myself & never had any of the situations they caused to my F150). Next thing I know my ABS & Emergency brake lights come on randomly while driving the pass daily. Then my truck starts to wobble. Being in nursing school, I finally made it back up after five months to have them answer why my emergency brake lights were coming on. They said it was my wheel hub. I already paid 1200 and now they want 1000 more to fix this with little resolution to my questionable brakes for the last 5 months - death wobble included. I went to a friend and it was a $100 tie rod and my 4x4 had also been severed. Cut and non-working on top of that. I had to drive my ruck back to the mountains with hazards on and under 45 mph terrified. I got it fixed for $250 - not a $1000 like they quoted. And now I have to fix the 4x4 they severed and my ABS and emergency parking lights that they screwed. Horrible. Untrustworthy. Scam.

Brian said they don't flush the fluid which as I've been told can loosen up caked gunk in the tranny and cause issues, he just heats it up, drains it thoroughly overnight, then pulls the pan to change the filter etc, then close it up, run it and, then drain a second time. Sounded good to me! The tab was $450.00 which I'll admit surprised me but to know it's done right and it's good for many miles to come - ok by me. And you gotta love a guy that owns an SL Mercedes 12 cylinder monster. Great shop, great guy, highly recommend.

Convenient location and knowledgeable technicians that reassured me my car was in great hands. The receptionist seemed a bit overwhelmed and wasn't as gracious maybe because it's a revolving door of customers. Because they have over 12 techs at this facility, fortunately I didn't have to wait too long for my repair and pickup. I was quoted a few days for hail repair but I had additional body repair on my bumper and back up camera. It took a little over a week to have my car ready for pick up. My assigned technician was Ethan and he was super responsive and communicated often to keep me in the loop. Crash Champions also uses text to keep you posted as well. At pick up, I got to chat with the general manager Rick who was also helpful, friendly and kind. I love that they aren't pushy with upselling and explains any unforeseen repairs. I felt they were reasonable in fixing my bumper and back up camera sensor. I mean it is a BMW but overall my cost was around $3500. There is also a lifetime warranty as long as you of course own the car. They do offer wash and clean service and was respectful of my things and car upon return. It gets pretty busy here so if you can make an appointment as soon as possible do so but they do accommodate walk-ins. There was a problem with the Control Arm on our 2017 Subaru. My daughter took the car to this…read morelocation, and it cost over $ 1000 in repairs. When she left the shop, there was a screeching sound that she thought may have resulted from a new part. I was visiting her and took the car to The Body Shop, and they identified the sound coming from the front right wheel. When they took off the wheel, they noticed that the bushing had not been screwed tightly. A new part had to be replaced - it only cost $ 40 for the part and 1 hour of labor. Incompetence of this shop cost us $ 260. I am sure that they do some things well and this happens once in a while and unfortunately, it happened to us.
