Wow! My first time at Jilly Lube, and I'm beyond impressed. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me at the back, scanned in my car, and asked all the right questions--without ever pressuring me into services I didn't need. As a woman, I've been to places where that wasn't the case, so this was a breath of fresh air! The employees were incredibly kind, holding doors open and addressing me with respectful "yes, ma'am" responses. They told me it would take 10 minutes, and they delivered right on time. After cashing out, they even walked me back to my car with the hood up to explain everything they did. Seriously the best oil change experience I've ever had! Don't go here they tried to charge me $50 for a tire rotation discount tire Pep Boys brakes plus in Les Schwab all do that for free and then they tried to charge me almost $50 for a cabin air filter that isn't no more than 30 bucks and then they try to overcharge me on my oil change. They told me it was gonna be around $120 for an oil change. I've never had to pay that much for an oil change and after they worked on it now my AC doesn't work and the AC heater fan inside the dash is now messed up come to find out everything that was once inside of the filter was then put into the fan. I have a feeling that they did this when I declined payment for the tire rotation and payment for the cabin air filter don't go here. read more

Went to get an oil change and there was no cars in line but one almost done. 5 people standing around one car and they were all joking around instead of working. I waited 15 minutes in my car for 5 people to finish one car. The guy who greeted me was unprofessional and wanted $65 for a simple oil change with regular oil. Took my daughters car in to get an oil change they seemed busy so I spoke with Isaac an associate he said there was a little bit of a wait but would get us taken care of soon as possible. We went next do to grab a bite to eat and got a call our car was almost done. We headed back upon arrival he informed me that while trying to top off tire pressure the valve stem had broken off. He was very apologetic and was very willing to help me get it fixed. Isaac did not try and sell me a bunch of crap I didn't need. This would be a one star review, but upon sending feedback on the company's website, I did receive a call from the manager who apologized for the experience. I brought my 2015 Rogue in for a routine standard oil change and left it there since they were busy due to the holiday season. About an hour later I received a call that my vehicle required fully synthetic oil according to both their system and the fact that 0w20 was on my oil cap. I was pretty sure it did not require that so I called my dealership to confirm. I ended up speaking with the dealership twice and Jiffy Lube three times and after telling me twice that the cap said 0w20, the staff finally admitted he wasn't sure if it really said that and then confirmed that it did not. In addition to trying to coerce me into purchasing a more expensive service by lying, they did not leave a message to let me know that my vehicle was finished and when I came to collect my car, they had left the keys and receipt in the car since it was slightly after 6pm, they left a rag under the hood, which I understand now is standard practice IF they are going to be there to go over everything with you, but not if they explicitly told me they would not be available when I arrived. Again, I appreciate the manager getting back to me, he did offer to look over everything to ensure the oil change was done correctly, but this was some of the worst customer service I have experienced and would not return. read more

I've been taking my 2015 Corolla and 2015 Odyssey here for a few years now and the service has been fantastic. They've done oil changes, tire patches, brake line checks, and most recently a transmission fluid flush and replacing some warped brake rotors that were shaking my wife's steering wheel. Corey, Ryan, Jacob, and Elias all treated me great today and did awesome work. Several times when I've thought I was ready for some additional maintenance, they've checked and told me to hold off for another oil change at least because I didn't need it quite yet. I've never felt pressured into service I wasn't sure I needed. When I do have work performed here, I always check the prices against KBB's recommended maintenance cost and it's usually spot on. read more

This was my first and last time using a Jiffy Lube. I took my car here for an oil change and they said that my rear brakes were at 3mm and needed to be changed along with the rotors and quoted $450. I thought our brakes had been done not long ago, so I said no. I took the car to our usual mechanic, and they said the brakes are at 8mm and have no need for replacement. Believe the reviews that show how Jiffy Lube is either lying to make a profit and/or their mechanics don't know what they are doing. read more

To give the staff credit, they were honest. However, I went in for a routine oil change and to have my ac gas recharged. I got a no on the recharge because they were out of refrigerant. I come to jiffy lube because it's normally speedy and courteous. This time I watched as a few cars that arrived after me went through the bays and out. Upon cashing out, I thought I was ready to go until I see my car make a loop and come back into a different bay. They tell the technician loosened the wrong bolt and caused the transmission fluid to leak. Now they want to refill it for free (which is nice) but they have to get fluid sent over from another station. So I'm back in the seat waiting again. Overall, kind of a scary experience but at least they were honest in their mess up, otherwise my car could be in real bad shape from leaking transmission. Update: Left only after 4.5 hours. Not exactly how I wanted to spend the rest of my day. read more

If I could do "zero" rating, I would. Bought our daughter a used car that was badly in need of an oil change, so decided to give JL a shot. Also had them flush the transmission. Got it home and both oil and transmission fluid was leaking. Long story short, they failed to do a proper tran fluid flush AND failed to properly tighten the oil drain plug. Whatever they did to the tran fluid, lost nearly all the fluid. Big O fixed all their mess (for 10% less). Went to talk to the JL manager...but all he did was claim they did nothing wrong. I have been taking my two cars to this Jiffy Lube location for 12 years and have always been very satisfied with the professional service. My last oil change resulted in a situation involving my oil pan on my 2006 Solara who's age probably contributed to the problem. The manager took FULL control and responsibility for the problem and fixed it beyond my expectations. Problems do happen (not too bad for 12 years of service there) but it's how a business responds to problems that tells you everything you need to know about who you're doing business with. I could not recommend this Jiffy location more! Plus, this place is VERY professional and treat you like a customer should be treated. On 4-25 I visited and asked for both my headlights and both brake lights to be changed. I had only one of each out but these things are best done in pairs. After 30 minutes they tell me about a serpentine belt which I appreciate but I'm here for lights. On the receipt it lists only one headlight and one brake light. I told the manager about this and he tried to pass it off as a discount. So here I am on 5-9 with the other headlight out. Will never go back. Try listening to your customers. read more

Poor customer service!!! Kirby at the front desk charged me twice for a single oil change and put me through all kinds of hassle to reverse it, demonstrating very poor customer service. He either had little understanding of how to do common electronic business functions like reversing a mischarge, or Jiffy Lube has poor electronic business processes. Did not make reversing the charge a priority or apologize for the trouble, acting like it was not important to him to fix the issue. He said MAYBE he'd get the charge reversed tonight, and that if he can't do it I'll have to drive all the way back there to help him reverse the charge. I still don't know how much more trouble I'm going to be put through. I am very disappointed by the incompetence and bad customer service and not planning to return. read more

I've used this place several times but will not ever again. I sent my son in to get his oil change and he walked out paying for a bunch of services he didn't need and he way over paid. It was a standard oil change and the guy told him he needed the more expensive oil change as well as an engine flush and a new filter. None of these were needed. On the upside this was an expensive learning experience for my son and he'll never be taken advantage of by oil change places again. Generally had great experiences with Jiffy Lube in the past so I took my car in for a simple oil change on my day off. My car has always run on the second price tier synthetic blend oil, but the employee insisted that I needed the most expensive full synthetic oil on the market. As he then proceed through a laundry list of recommendations based on vehicle mileage, many of which had already been taken care of at a dealership, he completely lost my trust. Eventually I reasoned that he had no more idea what he was talking about than I did, and for the most part that was correct. Unfortunately, he never emphasized the dire need to change my brake fluid. Fast forward about a month, and I'm spending north of $1,200 on all sorts of brake complications that likely could have been avoided if I had been treated with the transparency to know that a brake fluid change was a particularly pressing need. Like I said at the top, I've generally had good experiences with Jiffy Lube and wouldn't dissuade anyone from trying them, but don't feel bad about taking your business elsewhere if you get a dishonest vibe... it might save you thousands later on! read more

Bought a Groupon for a standard oil change ($28) which included the following services which were not performed- exterior windows and vacuum floors. I was actually looking forward to these services being performed so I was very disappointed when I got in the car and they were not. At the end of the day I had to pay an extra $14 on top of the Groupon, $42.41 in total which is out of line, I will be going back to Firestone Complete Autocare where all in it is always less than $30. I know the fine print in the Groupon says there is an additional charge of $2 for shop fee and $3 for a 4x4 but an extra $9 on top of that?? C'mon.... read more
