This meant that I would be leaving right around closing time, but that was no big deal, right? So I thought. Until my card declined at checkout despite the fact that I'd just put a few hundred more dollars on it while I waited. Even though it was past closing time, Andrew waited patiently and kindly while I called the bank, battled through the array of bots to speak to an actual person, and finally (when that didn't work either) called my husband for his card number so we could input it in the system. Andrew was cheerful and understanding throughout and still found me every discount possible despite the inconvenience I was causing him. Needed an oil change and didn't want to make a dealership appointment. Had to grab my son from school in thirty minutes. Take 5 Oil Change to save the day! Pull up in one of the two lines. They'll ask what you need. Get some information on you and your vehicle if you haven't been in before. You wait in the car. Pay. Roll out. The national commercials show the bottled water and window cleaning. That wasn't my experience but it was quick and easy for sure. Price is about what you would expect for a quick in and out. Maybe a tad high but all the prices and services are clearly marked online. They do have coupons so maybe peep and save yourself $10-25. Doesn't hurt. I don't think this would be a regular occurrence for me but if you've somehow forgotten to get your oil changed or only have 20-45 minutes between appointments this is definitely a strong contender.
