've been bringing my vehicle here for years. When I needed a vacuum leak fixed, I trusted them like…read morealways and approved the estimate. Picked it up with the check engine light still on. Codes showed the problem had been there for hours - they never fixed it. This should have been a straightforward repair. When I asked what happened, staff were dismissive. Aliyah claimed my CV axles were causing a rough idle and suggested replacing them. That has nothing to do with a vacuum leak. I asked if they'd performed a smoke test. She said no because of a tear in the intake hose. But you have to seal the intake to run a smoke test - the tear would need to be fixed first for any diagnostics to work. Either they didn't do the work or they're making excuses. I paid for a simple fix I didn't get. After years of loyal business, I expected better. This isn't the shop I thought I knew. Feels like they took advantage of that trust.

So I showed up right at 6:00, right at closing time. I go inside and I talk to Alexander at the counter and I inform him, "Hey, I have a screw in my tire. I need to get a plug put in it." He says, "Okay." I tell him, "Hey, look, I already have the wheel off." He's like, "We're closed." I said, "I know you guys are closed, but I'm here. I already have the wheel off. You have five bays of guys still working." Alexander was literally mopping the floor, and Dominic, the second person I spoke to, Dominickio Montoya, informs me as well that they're closed, even though he's just standing at the desk. I buy five sets of tires a year from you guys. I have five vehicles and I buy a set of tires every single year. I alternate one year it's summer tires, one year it's winter tires. So I spend over like $6,000 a year with you guys, and to be brushed off and told that you were closed and that you were not going to plug my tire is a shame. I literally told these guys I have somewhere I have to drive this trailer tonight, and I would really appreciate it if we could just get the plug in tonight. Both denied me, even though they were just standing there. Neither was busy. There was five bays still working on cars, and I was denied a plug in my tire. It's a shame. It's totally unsafe. They let me take my Now I have to drive to Colorado Springs. All the other tire shops are closed. I could have went to Big O Tires and they would have plugged it before they closed, or any other tire shop in town would have plugged it before they closed, knowing that I have to drive to Colorado Springs with the trailer that has different sized wheels on it now. But instead, your guys turned me away and put me on the road. Now if something happens, I'm suing you guys. I promise you, I'm suing you if something bad happens with this trailer tonight and the wheel. I can't believe you guys refused to do a five-second plug on my tire. Five seconds. I would have done it myself.
