Excellent service and tire shop all-around every time I've been. One thing can be improved on and that is, please stop referring people to breaks plus behind your location for alignments or any other service you don't provide. I went in for a quote and definitely dishonest and a lack of transparency. I got air last week and told me I needed two new front tires. My tires have good tread according to another tire shop. I asked for a quote and they quoted me the most expensive tire and told me to also pay for an alignment. It just felt dishonest and trying to take advantage of a woman. I have gotten brand new tires before and never had to do what they suggested. You can't even just get air without being pressured to buy tires. I went down the street to Big O tires. The guy giving the quote said "you have to get alignment when you get new tires." My car is not pulling to one side and there is no uneven tire wear and is a new car and driving ok. I have had to do an alignment on my other car and know when you need an alignment. It may be their recommendation but it felt yuck and I would not go back. They are scammers period. read more

I was able to make an appointment within 12 hours of realizing I had a nail in my tire. My appointment was at 1:45 the next day, took some time to get checked in and go over my options for potential new tires and was out at 2:40 with a patch. My first poor experience here and have been coming for years. Hoping it was a one off and that the service here has not gone downhill like so many others as of late. Extreme dishonesty and lack of transparency related to wait times. Called an hour before arrival asking about new tire purchase, was told no appointment necessary and can come right in. Only wait would be the people ahead in line. Arrived, was greeted and told only one person was ahead of me. Signed in and had a service tech within 10 minutes. Walk to the car, consult on tires. Back inside, pick out a set, purchase complete. I was told vehicle would be done at 10:30, 1 hour from the completion of purchase. Ok, that wasn't the expectation set initially but my money has been taken - no choice but to wait. Then I get a text to track my vehicle. That says 10:45 estimated completion. Not what we discussed, but hey it's just 15 minutes more, again, I'm committed now. It is now 11:15 and I am staring at my car, still in the bay. Hopefully leaving soon. read more

I visited this location on a Saturday morning for an appointment for 2 new tires. I purchased the tires and made an appointment online. There was plenty of appointment availability and I thought the website was pretty easy to navigate. I was in and out in 35 minutes- amazing! Especially amazing considering it was on a Saturday. I recently had the best customer service at this Discount Tire I got my oil changed and I needed to inquire about getting new tires and I had a bunch of questions and I was helped by a gentleman named Dayton and he was amazing he had the best customer service he went above and beyond anything that I have ever seen he was very knowledgeable he gave me three quotes starting from affordable and then they just ranged from affordable to if I wanted to spend more on it so that was really great the customer service was wonderful my oil change went really well a gentleman named Carson worked on my car and he left it very clean I was very very satisfied I am a forever customer thank you Discount Tire for having such a wonderful people here read more

I come here for tire rotations regularly and new tires when I need them. These guys are all so darn professional and kind with how they speak and handle the customers at this location. Every. Single. Time! Bryan and Liam to name a few are always polite, helpful and have genuine concern for helping get things done right and as fast as possible. They also give you many price options on the tires to get the best value when possible. I showed up Friday morning at 10 AM to get a rotate and balance on my tires. There are two cars being worked on by six employees. Inside the office were an additional five employees helping customers check in their vehicles or make appointments. I was told it would be at least a 2 1/2 hour wait for what should take 15 minutes a vehicle. Seems like with a staff that large they should be able to be working on more than two cars at a time. The last several times I've come here the weights get longer and longer. The service is always great, and everybody is always friendly, but for the love, they need to get a little giddyup in their step. Maybe a company sponsored Starbucks break or energy drink might help people move a little quicker. Guess it's time to find someplace else to get my service done. read more

While they sell good tires, their poor service will send me elsewhere. Had a scheduled appointment for a basic tire rotation and it took them an hour and forty-five minutes to get the job done!! It is a 20 min job tops. I could have done it in less than half the time with the car included jack. Seriously, what is the point of an appointment! Never buying tires from Discount again. All of the locations have the same SLOW service. read more

I came in to repair a slow leak in my tire after picking up a nail on the highway. The employees were very friendly and I was so thankful they could get me in between getting off work and the place closing. I also never would've guessed they'd patch my tire for free! They refused to fix the nail in my tire because they said the tread was less than 3/32. My measurement was at 3/32". This "policy" does not make any sense. It is my opinion that they also lied and said the wear was uneven. I did not see any uneven wear. I took the car to another tire center on the same day. They fixed my tire and said the wear WAS EVEN. It is very annoying when tire shops try to pressure you into buying tires while being dishonest. Even worse that they would not even fix the nail in my tire. I'm going somewhere else in the future. read more

Had a flat tire with a nail in it. Took the tire off and went to the closest tire shop, which was Firestone on Huron, to get it fixed. This was my first time here. The folks at Firestone said they couldn't fix my tire for 1-2 days. I needed my tire fixed so I left. I then went to Walmart on 136th. This was my first time here also. The folks at Walmart said they didn't have enough staff so they couldn't fix my tire for 2 days. I needed my tire fixed so I left there also. I then went to Discount Tire on 120th. This was my first time here also. They were outstanding! They fixed my tire in 1 hour! And then on top of that they did not charge me to fix it. Any future tire repairs that I need will not be done by Firestone or Walmart. I will bring my tire for repair to Discount Tire. As I said earlier, Discount Tire was oustanding! read more

Visiting family from out of state and took a nail in my sidewall. Obviously this can't be fixed. Was planning on buying new tires and wheels when I needed new tires, but.... Rather then buying one tire for $500 now, I decided to get all new tires and wheels now. Why pay for something you don't like right? They jumped through hoops to find me new tires and wheels that I liked and got me hooked up. All this with no appointment. Hats off to Paul, he really went out of his way to make sure I was happy! I had a flat tire and needed to get all 4 tires replaced. They got me taken care of and even gave me free lugnuts because Mine were pretty much stripped. They didn't even charge me for the Lugnuts. Andrew checked me in for my appointment to have my winter tires swapped and promised to have me out of there in an hour. I was parked in front of the building where you could easily see my car. An hour had passed and my car hadn't moved. I got back in line to say that I was now pressed for time when a technician approached me and explained there was a mix-up where their system stated that my car had already been worked on. He said they'd get right to it and have me out in 20 minutes now. Andrew then approached me and apologized for the mix-up and even said that he noticed that my car hadn't moved. So he knew that and didn't ask any of the technicians what was going on? No other forms of rectification, nothing. I was in such a hurry to leave that when I was already on the road, I noticed my other set of tires weren't put back in the car. I approached the technician who checked me out and he had his coworker find my tires for me. He hands me two and bids me a good day. I say there should be two more. I then see a couple technicians roaming around in the recycling container for them. Those tires aren't even two years old and they had already tossed them away. They were eventually able to find them and I was finally on my way. There were just too many "mix-ups" for a simple winter tire swap. Never coming back here or to any other Discount Tire. Had a similar terrible experience at the one at 104th. read more

This Denver location is just Awesome! Literally 20 minutes in-n-out to get our rental car tire fixed. The warning came on while traveling from Denver airport to Gillette, WY informing us the driver side front tire had low pressure. We pulled off the freeway, into this Discount Tire location, and 20 minutes later we were back on the road. They pulled a nail out and patched the tire so we are safe on the freeway! Like I said, just Awesome!! Thanks DT for fitting us in between so many others, your service was a blessing. The Northglenn store is average. People doing tire mounts are fast and efficient but it's a wait getting to that point. Good selection and deals. Management not personable at all! One in particular doesn't understand the customer service rule of not saying what you can't do and say what it is you can do. I had a very busy work day yesterday. When I was on my way from the office to the patients home for a staff meeting that I was facilitating, I hit a large pothole on the highway. I immediately exited and was pleased to see a Discount Tire Store just off the highway exit. As I pulled into the parking lot, my front passenger side tire had become completely flat. David was very kind as I was a bit anxious I was going to miss my meeting with my staff. The many gentleman at this discount tire shop worked at a fast pace and were all so kind in getting all 4 new tires and 2 new windshield wipers on my car. I was out the door in just over an hour!!! Came in this morning with a key in my tire. Went home fell asleep and went to go to work and the tire that they worked on was flat. Had to call into work and then called discount tire. Tyler helped me this morning and he sounded very upset this happened and asked me to put the spare on and come in. I came in and the asst manager Tyler got me in right when I got here and explained the problem and checked my spare and put everything back in the spare wheel well and really seemed upset this happened.
