Our minivan needed a new transmission at the beginning of 2021, and they were able to work through an option that worked for us financially. Not only that, but a bit later when something weird started happening, they stood behind their work and helped us track it down (turns out in addition to the transmission itself there was also an issue with the electrical connections going from the computer to the transmission). Some shops would have just said "not our problem, sorry", but they went above and beyond to make things work and get our van back on the road.
