Initially fleet Mgmt got my vehicle towed and was on track. After this Unfortunately things did…read morenot go very well. 1st of all I had asked them to let me know what it's gonna cost to get the vehicle running and I guessed that it probly needed a battery. They ran a diagnostic which I never saw the results of every time I talked to them they pushed the job back another day they hadn't started it for 4 days instead of 2 days later than they told me. Finally on Thursday they told me that the drive shaft needed to be connected 1st time I'd heard that what so ever and that the battery was going to get put in that day. Poor communication and sporadic information does not make for a happy customer. $953 dollars later for a battery (which is all it needed to start) and a tow.
