Shawn and Kaleab handled everything…read moreat the Chambers Road location, and from the moment I pulled into the pit, the service felt attentive and unhurried -- even when things got a little complicated. They flagged that my coolant needed to be exchanged, which turned out to be my first one on this vehicle. It gave them some resistance -- my car backed up pit three and created a bottleneck they had to work through. Neither of them made me feel like an inconvenience. They communicated clearly, kept things moving, and made sure I felt like a priority throughout. That combination -- honesty about what your vehicle needs, patience when the job gets tricky, and a crew that doesn't cut corners when you hit a snag -- is exactly what you want from a quick lube stop. The stay-in-your-car format adds to the ease, but the real value here is the people. Best for anyone who wants fast, reliable service without the upsell pressure or waiting room dread. If Shawn and Kaleab are your technicians, you're in good hands.

I decided to try this business because of its strong reviews. As a woman, I'm always a bit cautious…read morewhen going to a mechanic since it can sometimes feel like there's a risk of being overcharged, or mislead. So I always do my homework. I went in for a basic oil change and car inspection. The staff was cordial, courteous, and prompt, which I really appreciated. Customer service was definitely a strong point. However, I did have some concerns about the thoroughness of the inspection. I was able to point out a few things myself that were initially missed, and it seemed like the technician performing the inspection may have been new, as they needed guidance from more experienced team members. Because of this, I don't feel completely confident that the inspection was as comprehensive as it should have been. Unfortunately, I don't currently have the time or resources to seek a second opinion, so I'll have to move forward and hope everything is in good shape. Fingers crossed.

One of my coworkers raved about Strickland Brothers (particularly this location). I give it 5/5 stars. The owner was one of the members to change my oil, you can see exactly what their screen shows them. Everything is based on exactly what the manufacturer of your car recommends, the price for each product and how many qt of oil you need. Super fast service, I stayed in my car and had no wait to get in. They offered me water and snacks for my son. The place is very clean and organized. What I noticed about this shop vs other places I've gotten my oil change, they didn't try to upsell me on anything I didnt need. Most places will try to push their products on you but this shop just gets the work done. They didn't even ask for a tip like another shop I've been to did. They verbally announce what they're working on so each person is on the same page. And it keeps me aware of what's going on. There was a coupon I used that was available via text on the Strickland website to help me save $$. Overall, I saved roughly $80 and 4 hours of my time compared to if I took it to BMW. From my interaction with the workers and owner, seeing the place and getting an oil change, this place is honest and stands by their work. I will be getting my oil change here from now on and recommend others also.
