Do not go to this location if you're a woman. I arrived first. But the woman with long black hair allowed 3 men who arrived after me ahead of me. She had their vehicles serviced and even got their headlights replaced. Once the garage was empty, then she added the oil to my SUV which had been parked in the garage for 80 minutes. I would never return to jiffy lube. Took my vehicle on for an oil change. Received great customer service and they had me in and out quick. However, when i drove my car the next day to work it started shaking and when i checked the oil level there was no oil. When i contacted jiffy lube they kept my car 4 days before getting to shop. The blame game was on point from the start. I am on my own, unless i want to hire a lawyer, for the repair cost. Communications from jiffy lube was non-existent once i made my claim. I dont mind when a mistake is made it is how the person/company handles that mistake. Again, take your vehicle to a place that has some sort of accountability. read more

I recently had work done to my car. I want to commend them for how patient and professional they were to me when I called (upset) with a problem. I was hearing banging like pots banging together. They showed care and concern for me and my car. They didn't want me to drive it in case the problem was serious. They came to my home to check it out. It turned out to be a problem that had nothing to do with the service they had done. They were very nice about it. They showed me the problem and explained why I was hearing the loud banging (the tailpipe had come loose). Did I feel silly? Yes, I did. But they were very kind and understanding. Went to get an oil change. These guys were busy, so it took about an hour before it was finally done. The staff were friendly, but not readily available for customers walking in or being serviced. I had to take the initiative twice to get attention of the mechanics to initially be seen and to check out. They did a good job. Oil change went smoothly. I went to the Jiffy Lube on Havana and Florida for a full synthetic oil change. I specifically asked for new cans of oil. I just happened to look while they were doing the oil change, and noticed they had pulled it out of big white containers along the back wall. I asked if they were using recycled oil, when I asked for new oil. The guy, Adrian said, "We have new cans upstairs and don't use recycled oil, because our air conditioner runs on old Motor Oil". I said, "I asked for new cans of oil, not out of big container on the wall". I am paying over 100.00 for new oil and a new air filter. And I've never heard of an air conditioner that runs on motor oil. He replied that, "our policy is to use the oil in the big containers, we fill it up nightly with the cans from upstairs". Additionally, the receipt he gave me showed that they vacuumed by carpets, which they did not. It said they cleaned my windows, which they did not. It said they filled my tires to 40psi (the specs are supposed to be 35), but they did not do that either, my psi was 32psi when I left. I will never be back at this location. Especially when they can't be honest with people. The whole process just seemed shady. read more

Came in for an oil change on a Sunday which is very convenient. In and out in less than 30 minutes for a basic oil change. Also nice they always have coupons or Groupon deals. Not much more you can really ask for. E maybe waiting room is small but there are shops close by to occupy your time. read more

This was from my husband: I took our 2018 Audi SQ5 with 21k miles in yesterday for an oil change. After the pulled the car in I stood at the bay door to watch them do the work, the untrained technician was fumbling to find the correct size torqs bit to remove the drain plug. I watched as he used several different sizes and was stripping out the plug. The manager looked up the size and said it was a 10mm which they did not have. He came and told me he sent someone after one. It came finally and I watched as the tech used the correct size and it wouldn't work because he had stripped it out. The manager went down and proceeded to pound a bit into the plug with a ratchet several times and nothing happened. The manager then came and told me the drain lug was stripped when I brought the car in, this was a complete lie! I watched them strip it out for 30 min. The car is in pristine condition and the plug was not stripped before I brought it in. This plug is an Audi only part and now I have the expense and time to have it removed and pay for the service and part. Needless to say I highly recommend never have Jiffy Lube touch your car, they're inadequately trained and this particular manager is a lair! I wish I could give them -10 rating! read more

I purchased a Groupon for a discounted oil change, they attempted to upsell several additional services at highly inflated prices that were NOT necessary, as I verified this with a reputable mechanic later that day. 2. And most severe...ALL THE OIL DRAINED FROM MY CAR BECAUSE THE JIFFY LUBE TECHNICIAN STRIPPED THE DRAIN BOLT! ALL THE OIL DRAINED FROM THE VEHICLE IN ONE DAY, LEAVING ME STRANDED... *Jiffy Lube did come out to where I was stranded and replaced the oil and got me into their shop to replace the drain plug. I am not one to write reviews for amazing service much less bad service, but this was one of the worst experiences I have had. Went in to get an oil change around 5:30 on a Tuesday and didn't expect it to take more than 30 minutes. I wait for about 10 minutes and they call me in and I opted to stay in my car while the oil change took place. Everything started off fine until I hear someone what sounds like hitting the bottom of my car with a wrench. I notice lots of tugging and my car moving quite a bit, more than normal just for your average oil change. About 10 minutes go by and the manager (Ken) informs me that they cannot get my oil filter cap off, that they are trying their best. Well eventually after more tugging and cranking on the housing they get it off but of course destroyed the oil filter cap so had to go buy another one down the road at an auto parts store. One of their guys comes back with the new part and they put it on, but does not seem to do the trick. Since they used the wrong tools, they destroyed the threading where the oil filter cap screws in so my car would leak oil every time I turned it on. So now, they inform me that I will not be able to take my car home and that I will have to find a ride, they did not offer a rental or even to pay for one. They did however offer to pay for my Ubers until I get my car back. I leave my car there for 3 days and did not hear anything, I had to call them each day to find out what the status was on my car. Come to find out they towed my car to a mechanic without even telling me. I had to keep calling them to get updates and make sure they were going to pay for the repairs and Ubers. I was without a car for 9 days due to their error on my car. Come to find out, the mechanic they towed it to said that for my car which is a 2017 Toyota Camry, there is a specific tool that is supposed to be used to change the oil church Jiffy Lube did not have. So it was completely their fault. That next week I try and call Jiffy lube and make sure they were going to reimburse me for the Ubers that I had to take while my car was in the shop and they informed me since they were paying for the repairs (which were completely their fault) they would not pay for the Ubers (which totaled $312) for that week I had to get rides to work. So they told me one thing in the beginning and went back on their word at the end. All in all I'm out $312 for something that was completely their fault at the beginning. Terrible customer service and communication, I did not receive one call or update on my car, I had to call and keep on top of them every day. I would not recommend ever taking your vehicle here to this location much less any other Jiffy lube. It's the Pringle of the whole thing that really irritates me. Jiffy Lube will never be receiving my business again. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more
