I noticed after I had arrived home after pickup that my front license plate had not been put back on--the front plate is required in the state of Colorado--and since I had Nadia's personal number, I was able to contact her right away. That next day, a Saturday, she went into the shop, met me at my home, and put it on in minutes. Nadia genuinely cares about her customers and the quality service they receive.
