Summit Hail Repair returned my 2019 truck to me in show room condition. Whitney stayed on top of everything to insure the parts were there. They were honest and up front on every aspect of the repair. There were over 12,000 in hail repair, and every little thing was taken care of. Kate M Summit Hail is one of a kind and you are lucky if you choose to use them! My car looks great and how they put the interior back together is flawless. Whitney had showed me how they repair the cars and while I was at their shop a competitor showed up with work for them on a car they could not repair! It did take a while to be repaired but they where busy and there was a wedding and they told be about that before hand. You really don't see this kind of service anymore. Chris and Whitney are extremely personable, and made me feel very comfortable. I had my vehicle repaired 2 times within 2 months this summer, and it came out great both times. Zero issues or missed dents, and my vehicle was even quickly detailed before getting it back. Freaking amazing!!! Best car repair experience I have ever had. Amazingly friendly customer service. They even let me hang out in the office and wait for over an hour so a storm could pass and I wouldn't incur more hail damage. They allow you to pick up your vehicle later in the evening if you need to so I did not miss any work. My deductible and rental were both covered in full and the work was PERFECTLY completed within a week.
