For the first two buisness days my car just there without being checked at all. They then ordered cheaper parts that didn't work for my car to try and save money at the request of the insurance company, this delayed the fix by another week (I would've expected them to know in advance that the parts won't work and not waste this time). Then they did order the correct parts but due to some mix-up something didn't came and that delayed for another week. Throughout these 4 weeks, I had to chase them for updates. Overall, I don't recommend coming here.

I had to get auto body repair work again on a new car, unfortunately, when my SUV got keyed at work. I was impressed the first time, I am impressed again. From start to finish, from the reception and inspector to the auto body repair people, this place is top notch. They are professional, fast, and my vehicle is freshly washed and looks like a million bucks when I pick it up. They are also very efficient and easy to work with using your car insurance. 5 out of 5, consistently!

I held back this review for a while (about 1 year) but after today when I had to replace the…read moreheadlight assembly they replaced I found so many hidden shortcuts, missing fasteners, related broken plastic not replaced and paint overspray on the frame I could not hold back any more. First off no parts were ordered until they started to work on the car, so the car sat for about a month (I guess I understand that sometimes you find unforeseen parts that are needed but at least obtain the obvious parts. If you are an experienced Body Man you probably will guess right 80% of the time). When it was ready they called and said they received the wrong bumper so they went ahead and installed it and ordered another for me to come back. When I went to pick it up I noticed lots of paint blemishes all over the areas painted as well as the used headlight assembly from the junk that was yellow and the new passenger side mirror that was not aligned so there was a gap between the window and the mirror assembly (obviously it would leak or make wind noise). I did not take possession of the car as I wanted these issues fixed. When I returned most of my concerns were resolved but the light which they buffed out to get somewhat clear. Then when I returned later for the bumper replacement; it took like a week and at this point I just did a quick look and left. Take a look at the attached photos for some of the issues I found.

This is a terrible business that will give you the runaround and make you spend your own money…read morerepairing what they damaged rather than making good on their promises. Be very aware and heed the lesson I learned: On February 16, the owner of Auto Magic Jerime Monroe rear-ended my car in his 2020 GMC truck while I was stopped at a signal light in Aurora. After pulling over, he immediately took the blame saying, "My foot slipped off the brake pedal." He provided me with his driver's license and vehicle registration but did not have his insurance card. The tow hooks on his truck destroyed my rear bumper cover and inner foam core. He explained that he owned two auto body repair shops, one in Littleton and one in Denver, gave me his business card, and showed me some mail in his truck addressed to him at Auto Magic. I felt bad that his insurance rates would increase over the incident, so I agreed to not report the accident to insurance and instead allow him to repair the damage at his body shop. He promised to order a new bumper cover, foam core, paint the cover, and install it during the first week of March when my work schedule allowed me to take time off. In the following weeks, he texted me apologizing for the accident and confirming he purchased the parts and would be ready the first week of March to repair my car. At the end of February, I spoke Jerime on the phone and set up an appointment in early March. The morning of the appointment, I called him when I arrived in Littleton to let him know I was a few miles away, and he told me they had not painted the bumper yet and asked if we could reschedule for another day. I took off work for this appointment and drove over from east Aurora during rush-hour, so I was unhappy but agreed. What else could I do? He told me to text him the morning of whatever day I wanted to stop by and that there wouldn't be an issue with me dropping by on short notice. Later that week, I texted him that I was ready to drop off the car later that day, and he replied saying he needs at least 24 hours' notice, which is not what he originally said. I replied with a different time, and he never responded. For the rest of March, I texted him over five times asking to resolve the issue. Eventually, after never hearing back from him, I filed a police report for the accident and a claim with my auto insurance company. My insurance adjuster sent letters to both Auto Magic's office and the address on Jerime's license and called Jerime's cell phone and the Auto Magic office, but no one responded. Because his truck is new with no previous claims, my insurance company could not locate his insurer through the system they use. I texted Jerime asking for his insurance information and telling him I had filed a claim and needed to finalize the repairs. I also mentioned I would be leaving online reviews detailing my experience with his business. He immediately replied with surprise claiming that he never received ANY of my text messages since early March. I responded asking for his insurance information, and he never replied. I spent the next four days texting the same request with no response. At this point, the Aurora police department is attempting to locate his insurance information based off his license plate. My vehicle is being repaired under my uninsured motorist coverage, which cost me a deductible out of my own pocket. My adjuster says the repair bill will be sent to Jerime with a demand for payment. If the bill is not paid, they will send it to collections. If Jerime does provide his insurance information, I will be refunded my deductible. Beware that this is the kind of person you will be doing business with and supporting financially at Auto Magic--the kind of owner who crashes into an innocent person because of his own rather absurd error, promises to repair the damage at his body shop, gives the person the runaround for months, refuses to abide by the law and provide his insurance information that he should have had on him at the scene of the accident in the first place, forces the person to file a claim with his own insurance company and pay a deductible with his own money, and wastes hours of the person's time. Do yourself a favor up front and find another business rather than risk going through something similar. Should the owner of Auto Magic whish to respond to my review claiming it is fake, I'm happy to upload screenshots of the text message chain and photos of Jerime's license, registration, license plate, and business card proving what I say is truthful.

Review hail Chris is nice. However, I'd never use this…read morecompany again or recommend them. My car was repaired in 2023. I originally went with them because I needed a rental car and they were going to provide one at no additional cost. Unfortunately with all the hail damage claims at the time there weren't any available for the time my car was being repaired. Chris did refund the cost of my Uber back home after I dropped my car off though, then I used a family members car for the 5 days they had my car. Dropped my car off July 6th and initially got it back July 10th. On the July 10th I was told 3 parts were still pending repair and that I had to bring it back. July 23rd comes around I decided to follow up since I didn't hear anything. All the parts still weren't in. Waited till July 31st followed up again, still not all parts in. Waited till August 7th and followed up again and didn't get a response. Chris called August 15th to schedule a time to bring my car from the 2nd visit, ended up getting pushed out an extra week due to staffing. August 26th my car went in for the 2nd time. When I picked it up the next day, August 27th, they said the molding that came was the wrong part. Also realized the windshield wipers were working. Asked Chris, he said easy fix asked me to bring it in. The new address wasn't close to my house. Didn't want to drive 45 minutes to get it fixed ended up asking the dealer to reconnect them. Waited till September 11th to follow up about the molding that came wrong to see if the right one arrived since I didn't hear anything from them. Didn't arrive yet. I waited till September 21st followed up and got no response. Waited till October 13th and followed up. October 19th I heard back that the part would come in 3 days. October 21st I was notified the molding came. I was slammed with work couldn't bring it in for 2 weeks. We scheduled for me to bring it November 10th. They kept it for half a day and I got it back. Fast forward to now... July 2024. My car hasn't had any work done since they had it, other than maintenance stuff like an oil change and tire rotation. I use my sunroof in the summer, it wasn't working at all. Changed the fuse, still nothing. Decided to google it and it suggested the motor. Figured out how to reach the motor (which is under the overhead lights/switch control assembly by the rear view mirror). Come to find out that it was never plugged back in... hence why it wasn't working. You'd expect to get your car back with everything working. Not wipers disconnected and taking the overhead apart to reconnect your sunroof. Just added little stress and time to fix small things that should've been done when the cars parts were repaired. Communication was poor in my opinion. My process was from July 6th 2023 to November 10th 2023, for what he said was mild hail damage.
