This left us anxious that there would be insurance issues and we'd be out of pocket more than we needed. Or that we'd never find a body shop to fix our car! We found Green Tech based on their good reviews, got in touch with George, and he took our Mazda immediately. Within the week, insurance had paid the difference, George ordered parts and beautifully fixed up the front end of our car, AND as a really nice surprise he even fixed a spot that the Mazda service department left on our hood when they were changing the oil. He and his team went above and beyond. It was truly an stress-free ordeal. I hope to never have to need body work on the car again, but if I do I'll 100% be contacting George! I cannot recommend Green Tech enough.

I arrived at 10:30pm and searched all around the building and didn't find a drop box. I called him in the morning and he insisted I just missed it and there was a Dropbox in the door. I asked him to send a picture of the drop box so I didn't miss it again and that's when he told me they don't have a drop box. I was suppose to jimmy open a window and then push the office door open through the window and throw my keys in. None of which was explained on the phone and not something I'd know to do as that's also considered breaking and entering. This place seems incredibly sketchy. I would not trust them with my vehicle.

When I pointed this out, he insisted it looked like the other side (it didn't) and told me I "couldn't expect perfection," which isn't acceptable for "professional" body work. To make things worse, when I picked up my car, the window had been left open during the repair and the interior was covered in toxic dust and debris, so l spent an hour cleaning it out so it was drivable. ****Updated Review**** After having a rocky start with…read moreVeterans due to missed dates and lack of communication, I was contacted by a manager at the company that explained there had been a personal emergency with the previous person I had been speaking to and apologized on behalf of the company. I believe that everyone deserves some grace every now and then, so I decided to give Veterans another shot. 3 days later, one of my vehicles was in the shop. During the nearly 3 weeks it was in this shop, I was kept in regular contact about the status of the vehicle. Steve and the manager were extremely helpful with negotiations between the shop and my insurance to keep it under the $ threshold (well kept 2019 car with VERY low mileage) for being totaled. I have 2 other vehicles with hail damage that I am also trusting with Veterans. I appreciate their effort, the communication, and am happy with my updated experience.
