Eventually they called me back and I made arrangements to drop my car off after hours, due to a busy work schedule. George told me there was a drop box in the door. I arrived at 10:30pm and searched all around the building and didn't find a drop box. I called him in the morning and he insisted I just missed it and there was a Dropbox in the door. I asked him to send a picture of the drop box so I didn't miss it again and that's when he told me they don't have a drop box. I was suppose to jimmy open a window and then push the office door open through the window and throw my keys in. None of which was explained on the phone and not something I'd know to do as that's also considered breaking and entering. This place seems incredibly sketchy. I would not trust them with my vehicle.

After being rear ended by a delivery van (minor damage), I asked my Nissan dealership who they…read morewould recommend for body work and they recommended Green Tech Auto Body. I went over and met with George who looked at the damage and within 10 minutes I had an estimate. I took my car over to Green Tech on Monday and George told me it would be ready in Thursday. Thursday afternoon, George called me and told me my car was ready. When I picked up my car, the repairs were perfect and my car had been detailed. I couldn't be happier with my experience and will recommend Green Tech Auto Body to family, friends and anybody who asks. If you want prompt, courteous service with the work done right, George and Green Tech Auto Body is the place to go.

We hired this at-home auto body repair service, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I…read morewas charged $800 for work that honestly looks like something worth maybe $200 at best. The quality just wasn't there--uneven finish, visible flaws, and overall not what I expected given the price. What made the situation even worse is that the reviews I relied on don't match what I experienced. After dealing with him, it really feels like some of the glowing reviews may not reflect genuine customer experiences, which is frustrating when you're trying to make an informed decision. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I wish someone had warned me. Save your money and go with a reputable, established shop instead.

I was quoted $700 for a dent repair, but once the job was finished, he told me he "would've charged…read more$1,000 for this kind of repair" and raised the price to $900. The pricing communication only came after the work was done, which felt unclear and frustrating. The repair quality was not what I expected: the wheel well body line is crooked, the dent area is wavy, and the paint doesn't match -- it looks matte, almost like there's no clear coat. When I pointed this out, he insisted it looked like the other side (it didn't) and told me I "couldn't expect perfection," which isn't acceptable for "professional" body work. To make things worse, when I picked up my car, the window had been left open during the repair and the interior was covered in toxic dust and debris, so l spent an hour cleaning it out so it was drivable. I paid $800 in cash, but overall the experience was disappointing. I wouldn't have problem paying the $800 if the repair looked acceptable. Now it's going to ultimately cost me more money to have my car repaired correctly. There are better, more reliable options out there with reviews that reflect the quality of work you can expect.
