My car was repaired beautifully, and Katrina was great throughout the process. Initially, we were very frustrated with the outcome of my boyfriend's repair due to some unresolved issues. However, I wanted to update my review because Lane, the regional manager, reached out to us directly and was amazing. He took our concerns seriously, looked into everything, and made sure we were taken care of. The remaining issues were resolved in a timely manner, and we really appreciate Lane taking the time to make things right. In the end, we are walking away as happy and appreciative customers. Thank you, Lane! read more

Had some repairs done recently. Was initially pleased with the experience but the day after the repairs, I realized I was still having the same issue with one of the newly repaired parts. It took me a couple weeks to get back in, at which point they told me there was new damage that happened in the last two weeks (somehow only to the part they replaced) and that everything had been done correctly on their end. They said they would need to replace the exact same part they had just replaced at full cost. The guy I had worked with (Don) was understanding and tried to help the best he could, but the shop manager was extremely rude and disrespectful and dismissive of my concerns. I would never trust this place with any work again. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. read more

Very good experience. I worked with Kevin, and he was communicative, knowledgeable, and good to work with. My car turned out great!

BEST BEST BEST Service I have had from ANY PLACE in a very long time. My car was broken into, stolen and abandoned. I called over 20 places before landing on this shop. Amber took my call and at this point I was so exhausted and frustrated and scared as this was traumatic for me. She was patient, calming and extremely knowledgeable. I was so thankful to talk to her and knew that I had found the place that would give me back my car in perfect condition. She guided me through what all my steps would be, which made it clearer for me than even my insurance agent. They not only fixed the entire ignition system and window and battery etc. But I also received a call EVERY Tuesday and Thursday from Kevin (Service Manager) giving me status. I had so many crazy questions and he answered without hesitation or impatience. His experience and knowledge were very impressive. Knowing my car was in good hands was such a comfort to me. He made me feel like I was his one and only customer. When I picked it up, I was able to meet everyone and even the technician that worked directly on my car - Justin. Kevin explained several things to me as we examined the car. I honestly felt as if I knew these people my whole life and I would wholeheartedly recommend this place for your car needs. read more

Really outstanding service here. everyone is super nice and friendly and very helpful. Had my car done a week before the estimated date. Dread collision shops but would 100% come back to Caliber read more

The worst experience I've ever had surpassing MAACO 30 years ago. I hit an elk with my F250 and left the truck to be towed to where Allstate wanted to tow it to for estimate. I get a call the next early morning from a jerk yelling at me to come get the truck off of their lot because Allstate made a mistake in booking. Before heading the way to picking up the truck and arranging another tow, Allstate called me back and told me Caliber made a mistake and that the truck was at the right place for an estimate. Caliber called me and again decided rude behavior was in proper order telling me to come down and sign papers to allowing them to do an estimate. I get there only to find that they wanted me to sign papers authorizing them to do repairs before they would even perform an estimate. Reluctantly I did so after arguing with the office staff. They performed the work in two months and had me pick up the truck with the one thing that would and could be damaged hitting an elk (Radiator!). Didn't get more than 2 miles and the truck was overheating. Made it home in 6 miles and had them tow it back to the shop. A week later came back to pick up the truck and Troy with a smirk on his face told me he would not replace the bolts in the fan shroud for the radiator cooling because he claimed they were missing when it was brought in. That was total crap and even if it were true why would you do that to a customer? Give me back a truck that needed more repairs! This truck should have been totaled out at a value of $9000 but instead they milked the insurance for a little over $7000 and left me something I ended up having to sell because it was so badly repaired. Tons of evidence recorded and prepared in case it has to go to court. I don't care how he responds to this post. He is motivated to performing minimum repairs in order to keep from totaling out the vehicle. The customer gets back a partially repaired vehicle leaving the insurance company to argue out the problem. I'm telling you right now Troy I'm real close to taking you to court and have lots of time and money to do so! I wasn't going to bother with a review until I got an email asking me to refer their business. That's just balls! read more

Fantastic company, takes the extra time to throughly go through the small details. Highly recommended

I had my vehicle repainted. Nice job and good initial experience, but the paint immediately started bubbling and peeling off on the bumper and hood. I took it in for them to look at and was told that it was "normal wear and tear" despite having only been a couple of months. They refused to repaint it. I had another location take a look without providing the back story and they immediately identified that something was wrong outside of normal wear and tear. Fortunately I was able to get the the troublesome areas repainted under the lifetime warranty offered by the company, but not without unnecessary effort. It is too bad this location was not willing to address their initial mistake in the moment. For that reason, I can't recommend them. read more

I called to set up an appointment and the front desk lady was so rude as I was asking questions. She raised her voice at me when I was only asking a question so I hung up on her. As stressed out as I am I was not rude or taking it out on her. I am not sure if she was not having a good day but I don't think that is acceptable. read more

After meeting with the vehicle appraiser, I brought my wife's car to begin body repair. A few days later, my insurance called me to declare it was a "total loss". Does a minor fender bender accident cause a total loss? That's full of bull. Insurance made me two offers: Sell the car to insurance means more money; keep the car $1,000 less on the check to me. My wife bought the car when it was brand new in 2008 and wanted to keep it because we did not agree with the insurance. Amica Insurance was only concerned about their own PROFIT and didn't really care about paying $200-$300 (or so) more for the car's repair. I have already spent $4,000 on her car in a year on new Michelin tires, new engine parts, front axle repair, resolving an annoying "check engine" light, and many more. The car runs in a top shape. Before I stopped by at Caliber Collision to pick up my wife's car, one of his poorly trained staff, a man whose name I don't remember now, told me that I can just come pick it up. When I showed up, I observed the lady in the front lobby and I sensed something wasn't right. Dan Marti, the shop manager, made it known that the car was disassembled and offered to show it to me. We talked a bit as I took a few pictures and left. I called insurance about why I was told to pick up without being made aware the fenders were disassembled. Insurance didn't apologize and refused to pay to have the slightly damaged parts put back on the car because it was "total loss". They didn't want to spend their measly 5 cents from the billions of dollars cash flow. Afterwards, I emailed the Caliber Collision manager for the rate to put the old fender and bumper back on the car so I can drive it to another body shop. He was very brief by stating that when a car is declared a total loss, they do not do repair it. He claimed that it was the company's policy and I asked to see the policy, but he didn't take me seriously so I was just a pushover. I meant it. With businesses, they give customers one chance for a refund, replacement, or whatever to make customer happy. Practicing that, I gave him only one chance, he didn't take it. I promised my wife that I'd find the time to write this lengthy review to warn any potential customers of the unseen pitfalls I've fallen into. He stated that if I wanted them to assemble it "as best as possible minimum of 4 hrs labor @ $56.00 an hour". I understand the rationale to pay his staff, overhead, and cost of operations, but I had a second thought. Why bother to give hundreds of dollars to a company who is not willing to repair my wife's car according to my wish? No, it must be dictated by the company's policies here and there, no buts, and no ifs. Money is not a problem and I was willing to pay it out of my pocket. Called a wrecker to transport to another body shop closer to my office. After the car was visually inspected there, the owner (I won't mention his name or his business) said that Caliber Collision "did you dishonor and a horrible job in treating a customer, like you, to clean up after their big mess...mess...mess inside and outside". He asked why I didn't bring it to him in the first place, I told him "My stupidity at that moment". I asked if he's willing to work on the car in addition to installing a pair of brand new headlights. He didn't hesitate. Two weeks later, he was paid fully for the work to make my wife's car looking almost new and it was put back in service on the road. I terminated Amica Insurance and as I promised my wife, Caliber Collision was reviewed for any potential customers to read. Some unlucky customers will fall through the pitfall. I know I did and I paid the price. Beware. read more

Amazing work from these people. Received their quote quickly, got our car in for repair and they did an amazing job fixing a large dent in the bumper - they finished our car early. When we received it, it was washed and even the inside was cleaned. Ryan was super helpful and the gal at the front desk was very friendly. We will definitely be going back to them if ever needed. Highly recommended. read more

When I met the rep at Caliber collision, the first thing I told him was " I want my truck to not show any signs of repairs" I was told it would be perfect again. Very minor damage to drivers door, passenger door and rear drivers side flare, the mirror had damage too. When Caliber collision replace the painted cap on my mirror the scuffed it. Dirt in the paint. Nothing repaired on the door handle. Overspray in jambs and on door. Clear coated over residue in jamb and on door. Two new scratches, one under the code key they removed to paint and for what reason I have no idea how but one over the passenger window. Very poor body line where dent was in drivers door. Paint on my moldings. Tape edge under my F350 super duty side badge. Both molding on exterior of doors look like a child ripped them off and blindly put them back on with buckles and no where near straight. Same with two tome stripping. I now have two paint lines in my passenger door where there were none before. I have done a little body and paint work over the years and this is such a poor example of attention to detail as I have seen. It will go back and will get correct to the standards we agreed on prior to them doing the work! I asked them to bring it inside as it was outside in the rain so I could inspect it. They did bring it in but did not give it a complete wipe down or provide adequate lighting to see it well. The receptionist said they have a sun light and would have it ready to inspect with it. It was not available at the time of inspection. Looking back and thinking why they only had the two doors somewhat clean now tells me they were hiding what they knew I would see. Now the day after I have cleaned it and inspected it the way I should have been able to at the shop. I take very good care of my truck and when I dropped it off the tech even said " wow you keep this truck very clean" they can't even clean up after there own mess. If they had then I would have been so easy to just walk away and have them repair there poor work. Yes it will go back! I urge you to inspect there work and don't let them give you a repair like this. I took pictures but it sure if they loaded. read more

I'm blown away by the amazing customer service, communication, and work done by Caliber Collision. I had a unique experience through my insurance company where the job was taking way longer than it should be. Caliber Collision always kept me in the loop, translated typical "mechanic talk" into easy to understand English, and shined professionalism on all levels. Not only was the process seamless, the work they do is even better. If you get the opportunity to work with Ryan, Kim and Dan, you won't ever be disappointed. read more

My car was repaired at Caliber through the Progressive Service Center (also a stellar operation) after getting rear ended. Dusty and his team are a sincere pleasure to work with...as much as possible when dealing with a car accident. They even picked up my car at my apartment in the morning and dropped it off at my office in the afternoon so that they could take a look at the button that closes the tailgate. It didn't get reconnected after service, and they made sure to accommodate my work schedule. Far and away the best collision center I've ever used. I'll be back if I have to misfortune of getting int another accident. read more

Nothing sucks more than having someone run a red light and hit your really nice car, right? Oh and her denial. (One time you have to love traffic cameras!) But the best part from this (if you look hard) is our experience with Caliber Collison and Ryan, one of their adjusters. They took our car apart to make sure of all the damage, only to have our car totaled and then have to put it back together! That is my only complaint as they did so much work but they wont work on a totaled vehicle and we would have loved to have them fix it. But again, the shop is clean and impressive, service was amazing and very efficient. We just wish their policies were different. Check them out if you need auto body work and ask for Ryan! read more

This process was seamless! Had to take my car in for a repair. They contacted my insurance and the rental company. I showed up to drop it off and was waited on quickly. I got in my rental very quickly too. I was kept up to date on my repairs and how they were coming along and when it would be ready. It was ready even a little before schedule. Looks brand new AND is guaranteed! Dropping off the rental to get my car was even faster and easier. Would definitely go back and recommend them to anyone! read more

I had been hit while parked in my space where I live. Lot of damage to left rear. When I picked it up something didn't seem right. They spent time trying to make me more comfortable. To shorten this it was a long time before I realized what was wrong. My windshield had had a chip repair in it. Now why would they not say the windshied had been replaced??? They denied it!! Made it worse, now I wonder what else not my original? I've never left my car with anyone but them! I'll never trust them again!! I hope my RAV4 2011- STILL AS ITS ORIGINAL MOTOR!!! read more

oh man my car might look great but getting it back has been nothing but a black hole. ryan and his team were amazing getting my car back to me and the work they did is great. my extreme issue comes from the fact that when i picked my car up after hours, the battery was completely dead. so with my 5 month old baby and a 14 year old nephew, i had to sit and wait for a jump. then throughout the weekend my battery just got worse and worse. i ended up having to pay 150 for a new battery for a 4 year old car that wasn't actually necessary yet. i was offered a starbucks card for my troubles but nothing for the battery that i had to replace, that worked 100% before i dropped it off. i call bull shit. read more

Got in accident. Ran into curb insurance company sent car to caliber collision thornton location. I had to request new shop after employees hot rodded my car. So anyhow car came here. The very first time at this location. They kept my car for a few days and did nothing. They should have did the alignment and the rear bearing. They said the drove it and couldn't hear or feel the syptoms. So they did nothing and returned the car. So of course I took it back. And this time I got a alignment. Got car back still pulls right and still has rubbing noise. Took it in for the 3rd time at this shop. Did another alignment, rotated the tires, changed right rear wheel bearing. And changed the motor mount that got worse after the other location hot rodded my car with a mount that I provided (wanted a better quality then oem mount) Car still pulls right. And now The Awd stopped woking.(this was NEVER a issue!!! I drove the car for only like 3 weeks before the accident) So I took it back for the 4th time. This time they hooked it to a computer and told the insurance company that it was because a rear speed sensor was experiencing a low voltage situation while the car is under load... then they told the insurance company it needs a new battery to fix it. I got car back. It still pulls right and it now has no awd... went bought new battery... had to go to third shop(out of insurance network so I didn't get another caliber collision location) Never Going back Here Again read more

Caliber Collision did a fantastic job repairing my 2016 RAV4 after the recent hail storm. I had many, many dents on my car (no broken windows), and they used their "paintless dent repair" technology to repair the entire car. It looks brand new! Best of all, they were able to get the repair work done in about a week, which was great given how much demand there has been for these services in west Denver. They also worked seamlessly with my insurance company, USAA, to coordinate a direct claim payment so that I never had to be an intermediary for that. Overall, fantastic service, and I will happily use this Caliber Collision for my future bodywork needs. read more

THIS PLACE GIVES AN ESTIMATE THEN HOODWINKS YOU INTO "ADDITIONAL" REPAIRS.....oldest trick in the book! After reading reviews now I understand why they have to trump up tickets. I recently was given an estimate for repairs. After waiting 2 months for my "appointment" I was told my car needed additional repairs to the tune of $400+ !!!!! I spoke to the District Manager Phil who says this is standard business practice for Caliber Collision! I pointed out I left the car and he had plenty of time to give me an accurate estimate. I also pointed out I was a return customer as I had done some work there in the past. He would not admit his estimate was unprofessional , could care less about customer satisfaction or loyalty. My recommendation to the average consumer, especially if you're a lady, is, DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING, NOTHING, EVER! read more

These guy's are awesome, I don't normally write review's but I am just so pleased with their service that I had to get on here as soon as I got home. My car was hit in the back and I needed a back side and bumper replacement. Their office/garage was very clean, didn't smell, everyone looked nice and they were all very friendly and professional. I spilled a whole cup of coffee in my car right before I had to leave it with them for 3 weeks (which really worried me as to what it was going to be like when I picked it up) I got my car back today with the whole interior was cleaned out as well as the exterior of my car waxed. Very happy! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is I did not get much communication in the process. Which really didn't annoy me because I knew that my car was in good hands. Thank you guy's, I am just so happy to have my car back to normal. Love it! read more

They did a nice job with my car repair. Professional and good communication throughout the process.

Stay away from this place. They don't stand behind their work. I had them repair my car after damage done by my dogs. This included replacing the bumper. About 16 months later, the paint started peeling off my bumper. They insisted this was not their responsibility. The second time I approached them, their manager contacted Allstate, my insurance company. The Allstate adjuster looked at the bumper and determined that the bumper had not been properly primed and that was why the paint was peeling. I contacted Caliber again today, and Dan, the manager, said it is not their responsibility to prime the bumper, it should have come already primed from the parts business. Bottom line is that they will not repaint the bumper, even though it is completely clear that the peeling paint is their fault. This is obviously a business without integrity and scruples that does not stand behind their work. read more

This group is incompetent and I will NEVER use them again. They had our truck for 2 months after a fairly minor accident, with new excuses each week such as "We are waiting to get another car off the lift", and the like. It was ridiculous. Then when we finally did get it back, they hadn't refilled the oil, so my son drove it home without any oil. Then, after 1 week of driving it, we noticed the front tires were bald on the insides. They hadn't aligned it, even though the accident was a hit to the right front tire. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT! Even I would have known to do that. Take you car to Lowell Auto Body if you need work! Not to this place!!! read more

I got into a car crash and my insurance company refered these guys to me to get some cosmetic work done on my front bumper. When they told me my car was ready to pick up, they had told me my blinkers stopped working. But they were in perfect condition before going in. So it was super suspicious. They mechanics did not offer to keep it at the shop to fix it or anything. So I had to drive home with broken lights ( super unsafe of them to allow) and they failed to bring this to my attention before I picked up my car. So after talking to the insurance company, the mechanics and caliber Collision admitted it was their fault for breaking them. So I sent my car back to them to fix it, and when was told they fixed it, they said my battery was bad and they had trouble starting my car. Again they failed to call me before hand letting me know this information. So at the shop the mechanic said to me " where ever you are going make sure you get their quickly before your car dies." And I didn't live far from the shop so I figured I would be okay. The car ended up dying on me as I was driving which was super unsafe. All in all do not come here expecting to get your car fixed because you will end up with more damages! Very unsatisfied with the service. read more

Was a little disappointed in the quality of the work. When I came to pick up my truck I had to remove tape from the rear wheel wells that was used for the painting process and had a few "runs" in the clear coat that I pointed out to them. Also the sanding dust from the body work covered the inside of my truck bed and wasn't cleaned. It took them 3 times to get as much out of the bed as they could but I still have it embedded in the spray on liner. The paint looks like it was painted outside because of the dirt particles that are in the paint. I will be bringing it back to have that fixed. I will say that the gentleman that is in charge of detail was extremely helpful and tried very hard to resolve the issue with the sanding dust in the bed and for that reason I am giving 3 stars. He should be commended for taking care of an issue that should not have been there to begin with. read more
