Best place to go. I've taken my vehicle here twice. He's always really nice and professional. Never had an issue with any repairs.

The guys at Denver Ding & Dent were much more reasonably priced than any other estimate I got for the hail damage on my Lexus.

It was completed in three days. Outcome was incredible. Car looks better then the day I purchased it. Jason is a consummate professional, a true Craftsman. When I requested quotes Jason was one of the first to reply and I was able to get my car scheduled in when I wanted. I was able to order some of the parts on my own which was cool. When I got it scheduled in my car was done in about a day or two the delay was because of one of the parts took a day to get there. Not only did he complete the work above expectation but he also went around my car and touched it up in some areas and tried to pop some dents out. His communication was excellent, the work was of high-quality and definitely worth every penny. His work comes with a warranty for five years which I thought it was outstanding. He's really easy to work with and I definitely recommend him to anybody who needs some work done on their car.

I took my car to CARSTAR where the work started on Tuesday morning when I dropped my car off. They completed the work by Friday afternoon. After inspection the paint matched perfectly, I couldn't even see where they started painting and the original paint stopped. The dent repair was immaculate, I couldn't even see where the original damage was. The staff was super friendly and accommodating even with me picking up my car late on Friday. They were in constant contact with me, notifying my when my car was progressing to the next "stage" in the repair. The only thing that I wished would have been different was the interior was kinda dirty, but maybe body repair shops do not consider cleanup as part of the work? If that is the case, no worries. Nothing was stained, just had to wipe some surfaces down and do some quick vacuuming. Overall I will take my car back to this body shop. Great work all!

Friendly staff, timely repair. On quality, I have some…read moreconcerns... The pain match was amazing, no difference between the replaced door and the rest of the car. During the initial review of the car, before repair, I specifically pointed out everything I saw, and thought they were taking notes. When I received the car back, one are I had pointed out had not been repaired (alignment between two pieces), so had to go back for them to fix (didn't require paining, just adjustment, so done in few minutes). Not sure how they missed that as it was easy to see and I had specifically pointed it out. Wondering how they check the car before returning to the customer. The second issue was that they had to replace a wheel that had been scratched. when I received the car back, the steering wheel wasn't straight. From experience, that should be an easy fix (again, how did they miss that during quality check before returning the car??). They took the car to whoever did the alignment, and they couldn't fix it; they said that if they straghten the steering wheel, they lose alignment and if they align the steering wheel is not centered. Carstar simply gave up and said they couldn't fix it. I know a place where I take my cars for alignment, so I asked Carstar to pay foir it. They asked for an alignment quote first, but that means at least two trips, so I went ahead and aligned it (this place said it was easy and very standard, steering wheel is now good and the car aligned). Sent the invoice to Carstar and I don't really have high expectations on getting this reimbursed, after the slow communication we have seen after the car was return upon completing the repairs. My opinion only: it seems thet adertise a lot about the lifetime warranty and how great they are on that, but in reality they drag their feet, they lack a good quality control, and some of the shops they use for "other things" (like alignment in this case) are not the best at what they do.

Based on their very high rating on Yelp I visited Quality One Dent on Dec 17 2024, for a repair…read moreestimate for front end damage on my 2025 Volvo XC60. While examining my vehicle the estimator Paul allowed the hood to free-fall onto the safety catch, which was still in an up position, likely because it was not functioning correctly due to the front end damage. I saw this as it happened, but not quickly enough to prevent it. We opened the hood again to find the frame of the safety catch now pushed down inside the surrounding platform. Paul immediately apologized and said, 'that's on me.' He tried to return the safety latch back to its original position but failed. He then asked for the keys and drove the vehicle inside their shop to repair the catch. He returned with the latch held in place by duct tape surrounding the frame of the catch (you can see this in the photo attached to this review). He assured me they would 'take care' of this when I brought the vehicle back for repair of the front end damage. Upon receiving their repair estimate via email later that day I noticed it included a line item for $96.47 for the safety catch. The line item showed labor was 'included.' At this point I decided it may be better to take the vehicle to a certified Volvo repair center because the estimate from Quality One indicated they were not qualified to re calibrate the front end camera. I returned to Quality One later that same day to ask for compensation for the broken safety catch. Paul seemed willing to compensate me for the damaged catch, but then the owner PJ was called in. PJ basically said as far as he was concerned the safety catch was already broken and I should just have insurance cover that cost as part of the overall repair. I tried to reason with him, but he wouldn't budge. This has been very upsetting for me, as Paul clearly admitted to breaking the frame of the safety catch. At this point there is nothing I can do but post this review as a warning to others who are considering using Quality One Dent for their repairs.

All Danielle the Business Manager has done is confirm exactly what I said. They didn't fix my car…read moreright and it was extremely difficult and exhausting to get Quality One Dent to admit their mistake and fix it. Exhaustingly and after much dialogue they made a second attempt to re-install the same exact bumper. Interestingly, after their second attempt it aligned better - so it was poor quality the first time! It was the exact same bumper and it was never replaced with an OEM bumper so why couldn't they admit it was shoddy workmanship and as Danielle stated "take great pride in their work and commitment to customer satisfaction" - and fix it correctly. Ultimately, they could improve the result - they just didn't want to! Look at the attached pictures (and also my previously supplied pictures) and you be the judge. These were MY photos - not Quality One's photos. After two attempts, with the SAME exact bumper, ironically, they were able to realign better. Because of Quality One Dent's refusal to accept that the first install was terrible, BOTH sides were difficult - including Quality One Dent. After holding onto our car for many, many weeks, and when it was apparent they had to make a second attempt to install correctly, now all of a sudden Quality One Dent had no room for my vehicle at their lot. They had no problem with the multiple weeks they sat on it at their lot (when they said they would only need it one week) but now because they're angry and unwilling to work with their customer, they wanted us to take it home with the initial bad install and shoddy workmanship and bring it back later. Ridiculous and very transparent their intentions. Incredibly unprofessional.
