If I could leave a 0 star review I would, but 1 star is the least allowed. Scheduled to have hail paintless dent repair started on 11/08/2023. Called on 11/06/2023 to confirm such start date was still good and was informed work would start on date as promised. Dropped off vehicle on the night of 11/07/2023 and left key in overnight box. Called the morning of 11/08/2023 to see if there were any issues and was told vehicle was pulled into shop being reviewed for work to begin later that day. Was in the area of the shop morning of 11/11/2023 and decided to stop by to see if vehicle was actually inside and possibly had work done it the last 3 days. Found vehicle in exact same spot it was parked in on the night of 11/07/2023 never moved. Determined I will demand my key be returned to me on the morning of 11/13/2023, give the owner a piece of my mind, and take it to a more reliable, honest, and reputable shop. I do not work with any business that FLAT OUT LIES to customers, especially multiple times. They were booked solid for two weekends out, but I told them I had a trip on July 11th and had to get it done beforehand. They said they could squeeze me in on that Monday before July 11th, which was the 5th. The 5th rolls around and I drive down from all the way north, over 45 minutes one direction, only to arrive at a place closed for business. Seems they decided to close for the day after July 4th (understandable) but didn't bother to tell me or reschedule. So now I've wasted almost two hours of my day plus toll fees for a place that isn't even open. Called and left a message for someone to call me back to explain what happened (giving them the benefit of the doubt) but of course, no one bothered to even call me back this week. Luckily I found another place that was able to bend over backwards to accommodate my situation and get the job done before my trip. Suffice to say, I will definitely not being using this place for my other vehicles when I get back from my trip. read more

This is our 3rd car tinting at Dentworks. I can't say enough about this place. Rolando and the other employees know their stuff, are courteous, provide advice and stand by their work. I will absolutely return anytime and every time we get a new vehicle. I'd send my friends and family here without hesitation. Well esson learn here is that they beat anyone in terms of pricing and they are professionals when it came to service and installation. 7/5/2018 - I recently had my truck fixed here for PDR and they did an awesome job getting it done promptly and professionally. I've brought multiple vehicles to this establishment for window tint. I've shopped around at nearby places and these guys are priced fairly and you still get the same tint quality as neighboring locations. Call ahead of time to schedule and appointment and you will be good to go. They also do clear bra installations as well for any vehicle. Whenever I am asked who did my window tint, I always make sure to mention this place. They also do PDR (paint-less dent repair) here and from what I've seen after picking up my vehicles, (cause you have the option to walk through the shop or around to pay) they're respectful to the cars and make sure that they've done the best they can in PDR standards to make sure the customer is happy. read more

Recently my sons car was hammered by a hail storm. They were able to get us in within a week and finished the work early. The car looked brand new. Unbelievable service from everybody here, have gone here for different jobs and when I wanted to get my truck windows tinted they were the first ones that came to mind. I made a mistake on my reservation and they were very accommodating. Got me in and out and charged me almost half what the other guys were going to charge me. Dentworks was recommend to me by a friend after I had extensive hail damage to my Rav4. My insurance company sent me to another auto repair company. They were going to take 4-5 days for the car to be seen after the estimate was done and another 3-4 weeks to have the repairs completed. I went to Dentworks for a 2nd opinion. After a thorough examination of my car by the owner, David Bredahl, and an estimate lower than the insurance referral, David stated they could have the repairs completed in 3 days. I was a bit skeptical because it seemed too good to be true, but I felt David and his staff had the experience to make this happen. Well, lo and behold, the repairs were completed in 3 days! Everything was repaired or replaced, as needed, the car looks brand new!! I was thrilled with the results and got an additional surprise when I received a refund check for the difference between the first estimate and the actual cost to repair. These guys are the best, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of car repairs!! read more
