My brand new Honda HRV had bumper damage and I drop it off at the Parker location. They then transferred it to this location for work. I cannot say strongly enough how impressed I am. You cannot tell at all. The paint matches perfectly, parts replaced are firmly in place. It took a very short amount of time, the paperwork and time involved for estimate were minimal. The staff were very friendly, The man who showed us the final work and described the warranty to us was very thorough and we appreciated him taking time answering our questions. One star is actually pretty kind, I have been dealing with Caliber since July. I had a pretty major surgery, I have been pretty patient and understanding. Since I couldn't drive for a while, I figured why rush them. I picked up my car in August, after they've had my car for a month. As soon as I picked up my car, the next day saw damages that was pretty noticeable. From installing the wrong bumper, the front bumper was literally popping out of its brackets and the back passenger bumber was loose at corner end. Found out that the brackets on it broke. They denied that they did the damage, but i will believe our check in list, that damage was not there when my car was towed at their shop and it was not on our check in list. After finally getting in to have my car checked again, they agreed with Progressive that in fact the wrong bumper type was installed and that they will replace it with an actual Subaru bumper; also that they will fix the back bumper bracket as a courtesy. Rental is also on them while they fix the car. The funny thing is, they told me my car was done in less than 24 hours!!! To my surprised, i was in shocked. Wow, that's crazy fast! Was the job done properly? I asked them, they said yes. I came to pick up my car, the new bumper already had a scratch ( which they buffed out), the back bumper bracket was not fixed. Still the same damage area and broken two little snap part at the end. But, John insisted that they did in fact replaced it. I will believe what i see and not what he said. Clearly, his words did not match the evidence! I didn't feel like wasting anymore of my time, i told him that i will not pick up my car unless it's fixed. Courtesy or not, it was agreed to be fixed. He then threaten that i will be responsible for rental and that there's no guarantee. Nodding to myself, he is clearly lying and he will say whatever to cover himself. The lack of check list of work that was done. He thinks he got me fooled, but I got a second opinion, they did not fix or replaced the broken bracket! I left it alone and was basically done dealing with Caliber! I have had it with their dishonesty. To my surprise, not. I got a notification from Hertz that my card was charged for the rental! Haha seriously? This place has an excuse for every curb ball they throw at you. Unbelievable, a total disappointment with their work, customer service and warranty. They don't care about customer service or work, but by volume. Don't bother about the warranty, they will just probably create more problems for you than it's worth. Am disputing the charge with them and will be waiting for a refund on the rental. I'm happy to make a complaint with BBB if I don't receive it within a reasonable time frame. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO ANY CALIBER COLLISION. PLEASE READ ME. I was side swiped coming home from work. accident was no fault of my own. driver of other vehical and their insurance took responsibility right away. (that never happens) took my slightly used 2018 GMC sierra bought with 20,000 miles on it. to caliber collision had some minor damage to my driver's side bumper and ferring at the front of vehical. my vehicle has a lift kit on it so the accident was all tire. for this reason and because my steering wheel was tilted to the right as I drive down the road. I had asked them to check my alignment. they repaired the body damage that you can see from the out side. looked pretty good. got in the truck went home. parked my truck in the drive way. and left it there for a week I was on vacation that week. after vacation was over I hopped in my big sexy truck and started to head toward work but as I backed out of my drive way and turned my steering wheel to the right I heard a very loud popping sound coming from my suspension. immediately after I got to work I called caliber and told them what had happened. they asked me to bring my truck in so they can take a look at it. thought all was well. so I get to caliber I tell the lady at the front desk why I was there and as soon as the Suit in the front corner office hears that I am a return customer he jumped up and say let's go look at your truck. we get to my truck and I tell him what was going on. and that i hear the noise when I am backing out of parking spots and he jumps under my truck with a suit on mind you.. and has me turn my turn my steering wheel left and right. multiple times so he can find where the sound is coming from he tell me that it was coming from my gear box after that we go back into the office that he ran out of and he pulls my file on his computer. then he proceeded to tell me he was going to have to contact the insurance company to see if they would cover the repairs. this was two weeks ago. I called them multiple times and all they can say is the insurance company has not responded to them. now my problem is my truck didn't make any sound after the accident. steering wheel just was not straight. I feel like this was a result of caliber messing around with my suspension and instead of doing the right thing and taking back to the alignment shop and getting another read out and setting the alignment to where it was not binding. they basically brushed it off. I have not heard any thing from them since. seeing how this is an very small issue I feel like paying for a lawer is going to cost me more then the repair is worth. I cant do much from a legal standpoint and they would probably say anything to cover there ass. fortunately when I bought my truck I had got a killer warranty that covers the entire vehical from the lift, to the tires, to the paint and anything between the bumpers so I will eventually take my tuck back to the dealer and have it repaired properly CALIBER COLLISION HAS WON THIS ROUND. I called on 9/21/18 to make an appointment to get an estimate on damage to my vehicle. The soonest available appointment was for today (10/25/2018) at 2pm. I showed up only to be told a voice message was left telling me your office was understaffed and the estimate appointment is cancelled. The only voice message I received was just static noises so my trip was a waste but what is worse is that I was told the next available appointment would be in another 3 weeks. I left completely disgusted that I not only waited 4 weeks for nothing but that your company doesn't strive to correct an error on your part by expediting rescheduling when someone has already waited 4 weeks. Your company left me with the impression that I am better off going elsewhere because who knows how the actual work would be handled. read more

If I could give a Zero score I would. This location should NOT be a Nationwide service location. Worst experience I have ever had with a car repair. They took 3 weeks for repair because they were overbooked even though I had an appointment and gave them plenty of time for scheduling. Jalori managed my repair and said she would call me to keep me updated every few days. She never once called me when promised. I had to call her repeatedly and after days of calling I may have received a return call once but usually just had to keep calling until I could reach her. She was combative, defensive and it was like pulling teeth to get a response or help. They ordered wrong parts which would then add time to repair. After I received car back and took to Land Rover for service, they had to correct multiple mistakes made at Caliber. They have NO organizational process there. Save yourself a month of frustration and DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

This is my second time to this location, first time with it being a Caliber Collision location. After a snowplow pushed a fence onto my car (and after I recovered from the heart palpitations caused by a large fence laying on my brand new car) I called the new Caliber Collision. It was an excellent place under the old management and I wanted to see if that great work continued with this new moniker. I'm happy to report nothing has changed except the name. I am very particular about my cars. You know the type, accountant, obsesses over the smallest detail, everything has its place. Yes, I am a bit touched it the head my wife tells me, but I'm OK with that. Kelly not only dealt with my OCD, he embraced it and delivered a flawlessly repaired car. He completed the repair on budget and in much less time than expected. Between the text message service and the daily phone calls I was never left wondering how the repairs were coming along. I am truly pleased by the consummate professionals I found here. If I find myself unlucky enough to need their services again you can be sure this is where I will be going. I owe Caliber Collision a shout out! I went over to have an estimate done on my vehicle. It's older and is well "loved" but my bumper was falling off. After taking a peek at it, Chad asked me several questions I felt were important. He asked if I was if I was going to go through insurance and I told him no, I would pay cash. He also asked if I was worried about getting it repainted or if I was just wanting to get it reattached. I told him reattached, no need to make the bumper all shiny and new when the whole car was showing it's age, realizing I'll be in the market for a new car here shortly anyway. He had me hand him my keys and had me go in to grab a cup of coffee. I enjoyed chatting with the woman at the front desk and another member of their team. Not 10 minutes later Chad comes back around and hands me my keys. "You're all set!" I asked what I owed, he said nothing. I couldn't believe it! He just did a quick fix to get me exactly what I needed and shared the love in not charging me. Between that and the questions he asked me in the beginning to find out what I really wanted in repairing my car, I can tell this place is great! They aren't here to over quote. They ask the right questions and clearly listen to what you want/need. I'd say customer service here is 100% and I am confident that should I ever need vehicle repairs done in the future, this team is who I'm working with! read more

I have never experienced such lack of customer service and communication with a company. This shop is a State (or Snake) Farm preferred provider. They sat on my car for almost 2 weeks before we were informed they couldn't touch it. If you're referred to this facility, I highly suggest that you ask your insurance company what other "preferred" providers are available. read more

Horrible Service, they were over booked, took alot longer to fix my vehicle than anticipated, ordered the wrong part 3 times, when i picked up the vehicle there errors coming from the computer that was not there when i dropped it off. They couldn't figure out whats wrong with it and told me to get it fixed under warranty. read more

I took my wife's car to Caliber Collision because we had some work done at another Caliber Collision shop and were quite satisfied. We had some light hail damage that needed some paint-less dent repair. It was easy to drop the car off and they had a rental car set up ready for my wife. The car was transferred to their other shop down the road because that shop was short on work at the time. Taking a look back that may have introduced some confusion even though John manages both stores. They completed the work within several days and all of the dent repair looked great and they even took a dent out that was not associated with the hail which was quite nice. Upon inspection there was some damage to the headliner that was done during the dent removal from the top of the car. I noted it to the guy that was working with us at the time and called John the manager of the store. At that time John took the car back inspected it himself and said that they would either try to repair the damage or replace with a new headliner. I would say they wanted to make things right and took care of us well and returned the car to us in satisfactory condition. The only reason I didn't give a 4 or 5 star is that the communication wasn't up to my standards as far as the repair to the headliner. Also I didn't like that they contract out the paint-less dent repair to outside workers without telling the customer first. I suspect this is why there was damage and the shop may not have inspected their contractors work before handing the car over to us. They stand by their work and made sure we were happy with the repairs. read more

I had a wonderful experience with this Caliber Collision! Each and every person I interacted with was kind, understanding, and truly seemed to keep my best interest in mind. Chad was amazing at communicating with me daily about progress and his supervisor John was friendly, informative, and caring if Chad was unavailable. I was able to make an appointment to drop off my car less than 3 weeks from the day of the accident (faster than any other shop I called) The day after I dropped my car off to be repaired, I received a call from Chad who gave me an estimated completion date of 3 and a half weeks. Each day I received an update on the progress of my vehicle and that they were actively working with insurance to get financial aspects worked out. The weekend after I dropped off my car, I spoke with Chad about the fact I would be leaving town soon and would not be around to pick up my vehicle at the date they estimated. However, I never expected that to "hurry" the process, rather I was just letting them know we may have to work out arrangements to get my car. Instead, I received a call from Chad the next day that my car will actually be done in a few days!!! They stayed true to this estimate and I was back in my car one week exactly from the drop off date. I am so thankful and happy with my experience with this Caliber and will recommend them to all. This is also a convenient location as the enterprise is right down the street so I was able to easily get picked up to get a rental. Caliber even offered to return my car for me when I came to pick up my car. Such a huge help!
