Stay as far as you possibly can away from this shop!!!! Cisco's All In One Auto handled my repair extremely poorly. The shop took nearly a year to return my vehicle and repeatedly failed to provide proper documentation to the insurance company, including submitting false or unsupported no quote numbers that could not be substantiated. I even sent an insurance adjuster directly to the shop to resolve these discrepancies and Cisco was unprepared to justify the charges. Parts were installed without proper authorization or documentation and the quality of work was unacceptable. The paint did not match the vehicle and is now chipping, and I later learned some mechanical work was subcontracted without proper disclosure. Overall, the lack of professionalism, record keeping, and workmanship made this a frustrating experience and I would not recommend this shop. read more

I dealt with this shop as an insurance agent, assisting my client with damage from an insurance claim. This shop is the most unprofessional business I've ever experienced, so much so that he blocked me from helping my client. My client is elderly and was not only given the runaround for two months, but had to pay for extra days with his rental due to the antics of this shop. They literally held the client's car hostage, while not cooperating with the insurance claim. I've never experienced such reprehensible behavior. read more

Cisco's charged us $100 for an estimate and then the day we brough the vehicle in they called us and told us that the estimate price was now $500 and we had to pay that to begin the hail damage repairs done. BAIT AND SWITCH! Their website and the paperwork we signed said $100. I literally paid the owner of the company the $100 (6/6/23) but then he himself comes back and says it's now $500 after we already dropped the vehicle off on 7/14/23. They were trying to back bill an already paid for service. $500 for an auto body estimate? If you've paid $100 for a hail estimate after 7/24/23 please respond to this post and expose these people. Great experience with Cisco's. Had made an appointment with another local shop for repair to my bumper. I was told that I needed a new cover, paint, clips, etc. A lot of money. I brought my car here after making an appointment the prior evening. They were courteous, respectful and prompt. I had concerns about having to replace the entire bumper cover and then repaint, when all that seemed to be wrong was broken clips holding the cover on to the car. After walking around the car and doing an inspection, sure enough there was minimal damage to an area where the clip attached, as well as broken clips. There was absolutely no reason to replace/paint it. Scheduled the repair for just a few days later. There were no supplements, and the car was done quickly. Very easy to talk with, and professional. Where to begin. It ended with Cisco calling the police. He was angry that his employee had spent so much time trying to find parts. When I arrived to check on my car, he got angry and was a nasty mean person. There is a special place in hell for Cisco. I paid $100 to get a written estimate. The one they sent me they will not honor. They made an appointment for me to drop off the car. When I checked on it they said they did not schedule a drop off date/time for me, and they were angry at me. I have the appointment card, in employee Pat's handwriting specifically telling me when to bring it in. I think it was Cisco himself that was the problem. Before I ever communicated with him at all, he was pissed at me because an employee searched for parts. Yesterday, when this all finished, Pat recanted telling me to bring it in. What was the appointment card for? I first brought it to them, by appointment on 8/9/23. Pat took photos and started looking for parts. 5 weeks later I get an appointment, documented by Pat's handwritten card. Then an angry guy, I'm assuming, Cisco, was telling me I was never told to bring it in. I disagreed and he called the police. The Arapahoe Sheriff's department responded, we told our stories. The deputies were very nice and apologized for keeping us, my son and I, waiting. I never entered the building yesterday. My adult son did. He was trying to get my key and a $600 deposit for parts back. Cisco comes out looking for trouble. He had to come outside to give me a hard time because I was not in the building. My son was inside and coming out, followed by Cisco yelling and called the police. He did a lot of yelling and threatening. Then he call the police. I was trying to do what they told me. Get my car and don't bring it back. Until yesterday Pat was searching for parts and stringing us along for about 5 weeks. Had I known Cisco's was dishonest I would have replace the car. Because of them saying they could fix it, 100%, I waited to hear from them. For about 5 weeks I was told even without parts they could weld the broken headlight mount. Then yesterday Cisco says they have spent too much time. He sent a kind of nasty email to someone (me) who was working with them and I thought everything was fine. Then yesterday Cisco just got pissed off, and not at the employee using time for parts searches. He got pissed at me. I have emails and handwritten appointments. I have credit card charges. This is super useful given that we just bought this car!! My WRX was a mess when I took it into Cisco. The entire car essentially had to be replaced. My car required a lot of work so did take some time to fix but the entire garage was extremely helpful during the entire way. I had a horrible experience with the auto shop and Cisco the owner in particular. Someone had opened their car door and dented the side of my car. I brought my car in to be repaired to Cisco. I was told my car would be completed in a few days and when I was told it was complete, It wasn't at all. My 2018 Santa Fe Hyundai had a ton of paint dust throughout the interior even though I was told would be cleaned. There was white paint dust all over the interior and black paint sprayed on the interior of the door. The black trim on the outside of the car had and still has white paint splatter and there was dust and/or dirt that had been painted over on the car leaving noticeable marks as well as areas that were touched after painted leaving marks. The area where there was a dent had also started cracking 3 days after it was repaired. When I contacted them about fixing it they were difficult to get in touch with and when Cisco agreed to fix it he said it was my fault for wanting it back at a certain time and they were rushed even though they never told me they needed more time to fix it. I brought my car back to be fixed again and Cisco said he would pay for a rental car which he never did. There is still paint sprayed on the outside trim which he denies, the area he repaired is cracked again and there is a constant popping sound that I hear after having it repaired. The owner Cisco was so rude and so hard to work with and made me feel horrible. He sent me aggressive and mean text like I was in the wrong for wanting it fixed and will not make it right still as of now. Please do not work with them or get taken advantage like I did. Please read his aggressive texts he sent me and look at the photos from my car. Cisco was horrible to work with and rude and my car is still messed up. More than it was when I brought it in. Don't waste your time because it will be more of a struggle trying to have your car fixed and you will regret ever going to his shop. There is more damage to my car than there was when I took it to him and I feel I was taken advantage of. I wish I never took my car to him. read more

Paint job looks great and the price was very reasonable. Staff and owner were super friendly when we got the estimate and dropped off the car. When we picked up the car the new windshield was cracked. We reviewed photos they took when we brought the car in and it showed the windshield was not cracked. It is a large crack, so we would've seen it CLEARLY on photos or when we were driving it in. Owner still denied responsibility and refused to make it right. He also accused us of lying, saying that we must've brought it in that way. read more

I took a vehicle there and they took half the money down after giving my quote. The next day I called to inquire about the time line and to ensure it would be done within two weeks which seemed excessive for the amount of work to be done quite Honestly and the guy Cisco takes attitude and says he is giving me my money back because they cannot find parts after calling a few places and he wants to charge me 104 for keeping the vehicle overnight and for some calls they made looking for parts. Absolutely no way was this discussed or agreed upon and it is not my fault that they cannot find a part after they promised to fix it. I did my own research and was able to find parts within fifteen minutes of calling around --so for this company to try to rip me off like this is outrageous, especially when my vehicle was clearly parked on a public street and they charge me for storage when it had not even been there 24 hours by then and I was not even notified of any issues at this point -this is robbery and unethical. My Uber drivers are witnesses to all of it. This guy needs to be put out of business for trying to rip people off. Now I need to get my money back from these fraudsters (charging me for looking for parts? Are you kidding me?) and I do not see any evidence of them doing their part, regardless, because they failed in all respects. I got an estimate for fixing a vehicle NOT for miscellaneous arbitrary charges posted on a whim. I want you all to know the type of person you are dealing with here. Beware! If you read the google reviews you will see many more reviews that also state he has shady business practices. Oh and by the way I was able to then find three more businesses who gave me estimates at half the cost of what he quoted and a fraction of the time to fix it. He never discussed charging me for those charges or I would not be upset so do not believe his rebuttal. I am warning others of my experience and you would be taking your chances here. read more

Also after they knew that I only have one car, they arranged for me with only two appointments, the 1st one was about 10 minutes or less to match the color of the bumper; the 2nd appointment was about an hour to replace the bumper. Had an appointment on October 11, 2017 that I waited two weeks for to repair a ding and my passenger side mirror. Place opens at 8 a.m., my appointment is for 8:30, I arrive at 8:45. No one is there except for a mechanic who barely speaks English and he tells me he has only been working there a week. All I want to do is drop off my car and get a copy of my order. Mechanic makes a call, says the person who should be at the front desk will arrive in 5 minutes. Thirty minutes later the place is still empty and I get the mechanic again. He says I don't know why someone is not here. I ask him to call again but he does not. I give up in disgust and leave. Now I have to find a new place and wait another couple of weeks to get my work done. read more

They ordered wrong parts 2 times even though I provided them my VIN number and exact part numbers they need. On top of that. when I showed up for the agreed appointment in the morning and the doors were closed. Mechanics who heard me knocking, opened the doors but they were surprised to see me because nobody told them that I was coming. Cisco was rude and very unprofessional. My vehicle was in an accident. Other parties insurance was difficult and sent me to a shop for an estimate and then they said they couldn't do repairs. So, I found Cisco's body shop and spoke with the owner Cisco. At first I was glad to find them, Cisco the owner explained everything. I agreed to have them complete the work. I had spoke to Cisco and Charles several times during the repairs. Once I picked up the vehicle, before leaving the shop I express poor quality workmanship to Charles the manager. Scratches that should have been taken care of, misalignment of parts they replaced, scratched wheel and alignment specs were not to manufacture specs. I was told to call back and speak with Cisco the owner. So I spoke with Cisco the owner and explained my concerns. He stated that the alignment was completed by Les Schwab and his shop was not responsible for their work ( even though Cisco's contracted that repair out). To say the least I would not recommend this business for any service to anyone. read more

I went in for a hail repair quote and Cisco was not there. They told me he would return in about 45 minutes. I went to grab some lunch and came back an hour later. He was still not there. He told the receptionist he would fix my hail for $700. I scheduled an appointment to get the repairs. When I showed up for my appointment (0800 am) no one was there. At 810am they finally opened the doors. I told the receptionist I wanted Cisco to look at my truck before I left to confirm the quote. I waited in the waiting room while Cisco was "busy" until 0837am when he came to look at my truck. Cisco said immediately that I had a lot of hail damage (I do not). He said it was so light you can't see it but it's there (how does that work? He has special vision?). My truck was dirty and we were outside in the sun. I thought he would suggest pulling it into shade or getting the dirt off so we could see it better. He told me if I went through insurance it would be $4,000. My insurance already did a quote ($2300) after an hour of looking at it and made me a chart of every dent. He only looked at my hood and roof for 3 minutes and quoted me $4000. Also, where did the $700 quote come from???? I told him to get off my truck and he said "have a nice day" and went inside. Poor customer service, poor integrity. read more

Cisco did a FANTASTIC job plasti-dipping my wheels. Last time I had hired someone to do it, they didn't mask anything off, there was overspray, and the coating was un-even. Cisco's work looks like it came from the factory with this particular color (anthracite gray). Truly amazing job! AND, I dropped the vehicle off this morning about 9, he had it back to me by 1:30. Can't thank these guys enough for the job they did. Side note, he also knocked out a couple of dents, you can't even tell they were there. Cisco was recommended to me by the dealership where I bought a 2016 Toyota 4Runner. Within two weeks of purchase, I had my first pretty sizable dent along the roof line. I was devastated! Cisco was WONDERFUL to work with! He got me in within two days, talked me through the process of repair, completed the work within about forty minutes and it is flawless!! His receptionist is terrific, they have free wifi while waiting, and the office is really comfortable. Unfortunately 1 star is as low as Yelp allows. Also, he gives a $20 discount for reviews so mind that when reading the positive ones. I brought my car in to have three hail dents pulled and the front windows tinted. For an "All In One Auto" my car has now been to Cisco's three times! With Cisco trying to have me bring it back for a fourth. The first time they did the windows, but didn't do the hail dents. Second time I dropped my car off at 8:45am to get the dents removed, and get the tint fixed since both were poorly installed. The shop called me at 4:40pm to tell me it was done. When I got there he'd pulled one dent and didn't fix the windows. I had to sit and wait 45 minutes past their close while he pulled the remaining two dents, and schedule another time to redo the windows. On visit number three I dropped my car off at 8:45am AGAIN, this time to only get my front window tint fixed. I came to pick it up and only one window had been redone. Cisco said he'd "forgotten" about the passenger window and that I needed to bring it back a fourth time. At that point I asked for my money back. He told me because I work for a dealership that I'd gotten a small discount so he wouldn't give me a refund (we will not be using him any longer). I will gladly pay for a reputable shop to remove his low quality work, and pay the extra $20 I saved by not having a corporate discount. read more
