Tinting is a complicated process and takes so many factors to go right. The owner and staff of Phoenix auto detailing did their best to avoid issues and when there were imperfections, they quickly remedied the situation with grace and professionalism. I got 6 windows on my Tesla tinted to full satisfaction and though I ended up not keeping my 7th window (the front windshield), they walked me through the 3 visits with kindness and patience until we reached the final decision. Their texting communication is fast too. I found my way to this business through a groupon and paid an additional $150 to have old tint removed, upgrade to the lifetime warranty tint, and go a shade darker. I will come back if I need any detailing done because I trust their business practices and follow through. Their waiting room is comfortable and their bathroom is clean. If you are waiting for your service though, I highly recommend checking out some of the neighborhood businesses. I had my car windows tinted at this shop, and from the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. The place is spotless, and seriously stylish--those honeycomb LED ceiling lights. Next level. The waiting area was super chill, stocked with magazines and a clean, organized retail wall with everything from detailing sprays to microfiber towels (plus some dope rims on display). Definitely not your typical dingy auto shop. They even offer financing options for larger upgrades, which I thought was a smart touch. As for the tint job? Flawless. They use XPEL film, which is one of the best in the industry, and the guys explained the difference between the levels of protection, heat rejection, and UV blocking like total pros--no pushy sales talk, just real info. Window tint looks great. Everything looks clean and very well done. Process was easy and very upfront about pricing. They let me look at it before i left. The only thing i would say was difficult was finding the place, the gps had dropped me in the middle of the street about two buildings away. But otherwise great service and also took them way less time than what they quoted me. My wife and I are a military family that drove across four states to Denver, Co to drop off our car at a VPC (Vehicle Processing Center) so it could be shipped overseas for my next assignment. In order for our car to be shipped, it needed to be fully cleaned both inside and out. What the VPC meant was they expected our car to be "Showroom" ready. There literally could not be any sign of use or ownership inside the vehicle. With that said, we failed our inspection, and we were denied being able to ship our car the night before our flight overseas. Enter Phoenix Auto Detailing. With no time to get our vehicle Showroom ready and no family or friends in the area to help us out, we did not have any legitimate trustworthy options. My wife looked up car detail shops on Google Maps and we landed on Phoenix Auto Detailing. A little on edge and looking for someone to we could trust, we arrived at Phoenix and met the owner Jesus. Jesus was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. His shop and workers and attendants were also spotless and very professional. Jesus knew everything and more about the VPC process for military members and offered us all the required detailing options we needed. On top of that, for no extra charge, Jesus offered to drop our vehicle off at the VPC For Us! This was because we would be flying out the next morning and the car would not be fully dried out from the shampoo and cleaning for about 2-3 days. To our reassurance, Jesus had hanging in his office two other VPC contracts that he was currently fulfilling. Clearly, our situation was not his first rodeo. Just three days after my wife and I arrived at our next assignment halfway around the world, I received an email from Jesus confirming that their work was complete, our car had been dropped off at its new appointment, and that the vehicle had passed the inspection and was on it's was. On July 26 2025 I take my Mercedes to Phoenix auto detailing ,to get windows tinted done on all five windows.Per their policy do not roll the windows down for 3 to 5 business days. I Did not roll my windows down for a week. On all five windows there were bubbles throughout the tent. Contact the owner Jesus, ask me to bring it back that following Saturday on August 2, 2025. The owner was not there when I dropped it off. The Manager was there stated that they would have to redo all of the tent. Want to pick my car ,follow the policy ..Seven days later bubbles throughout the whole tint again!! Contact the owner Jesus, talk to him ask if I could leave my car over night in their shop, stated that wouldn't be a problem. I just wanted my tint that I paid for done right... Dropped my car off August 18th Monday morning, make a long story short, I didn't get my car back till Thursday August 21... When me and my husband walked in the shop was greeted by the owner Jesus, my tint on the back driver side still had bubbles and on the back window... Now I'm pissed off. Like I explained to the owner JESUS!!! you had my car for four days not only did you do my tint three times!! The window on the driver side you did it four times!!! The first time I went here everything went good, they tried to upsell different tints to me but I was with a man which is why I'm assuming it wasn't pushed because the second time I came in I was asked to spend an extra $60 for a lifetime warranty and was asked about 2 more times after I said no until I said yes, mind you I was alone this time. I did not receive any type of paperwork showing me what I paid extra for nor anything that proves it is a different film. Now the main reason I am changing my review to lower stars is because we live in a state with the most car thefts if not second in most car thefts in the country. The first car I brought here to get the windows tinted was stolen and totaled shortly after. Measures need to be taken to avoid your car getting stolen. So I installed an anti-theft device in my new car called Ravelco, which is not cheap by the way, that makes it impossible for anyone to steal my car. Not only did I explain to the owner what the anti-theft system is but they went ahead and removed the warning stickers off my windows that the device comes with to deter thieves without first asking me if it's ok. Now I know I did not mention to keep them on however I believe that logically this should have been brought up to me given that they are warning stickers of an anti-theft device. I don't know what logic is used to think "she didn't say anything so it must be ok" when I was literally in the waiting room, just feet away. To top it all off, one of the men there tried to tell me that it's as easy as someone rewiring my car and they can bypass my anti-theft device, then when I explained that's not possible with Ravelco he tried to convince me that it can be bypassed anyway and then asked me if I've ever thought to put a security system in it and how they have such great systems they sell, I explained my car already has that, so then he asked if I'm interested in cameras and I explained I'm good with what I already have and he proceeds to say "I tried". Once again, just trying to sell me something and telling me how my anti-theft device works without simply doing a google search beforehand. When I called the store to explain my experience to Jesus and requested reimbursement if I have to pay for new stickers he said "it's just sticker I'm sure it won't be expensive". Probably not but it's money I shouldn't have had to spend anyway on top the extra $60 he convinced me to spend & who knows where that went and is pointless now because I will not be returning. Then when I expressed I was upset about not getting any type of paperwork about the "lifetime warranty", he told me he'd send me some paperwork to show it's also different film, have yet to receive anything from him. I know all of this could have been brought up at the store however I was working remotely and had my mind on other things, I also did not notice the stickers were removed until a day later. I called Ravelco to get new stickers and they are not sending me any given that it will be pointless since they won't be seen through the window tint. They told me I would need the window tint removed, put the stickers on, and get new tint. I'm extremely upset at my whole experience with Phoenix auto detailing. If seeing a woman alone and immediately thinking how you can take advantage and get more money is the way you run your business and is ethical to you guys, you won't have as many returning customers. & most importantly, if you see an anti-theft sticker on someone's car, especially being in this state with high thefts, ask to remove it first. read more

Took our car to get a detail and then again to install a remote starter unit and I am beyond impressed. I almost didn't recognize the inside of my car. It looked brand new, like the day I got it.
