Geoff is the man behind the curtain. I've had him working on my cars (a multitude of make/models) for quite a few years now. I recently took my Mercedes CLS 500 to him with an issue id been putting off, and I'd researched quite a bit. I was referred to Geoff by one of my friends. Being a single woman that is not mechanical by any means, I'm always leary about going to a mechanic because I've been taken advantage of in the past. My passenger side air has been stuck in the "a/c" mode and the heat is not working. I received quotes from 3 other places and decided to take it to Geoff being a new place to see what he say. So glad that I did because his quote was 25% less than the other quotes I received. He also brought up a few other things that should be dealt with at some point but aren't urgent right now. Amazing place to take your car. Hit a wheel that was in the road and nearly totaled my car; transmission destroyed, engine mount destroyed, control arm damaged, subframe damaged. Geoff Waters, the shop's namesake, spoke to me directly any time I asked for info. He also handled ALL communication with my insurance. Once they got to working on it, my car was fixed much sooner than I expected. These guys put integrity first (literally, they have a sign saying that) and it shows. So my car had three warning lights come on last week. I took the car to a well-known repair shop in Highlands Ranch. They diagnosed the car and gave me a quote of $1800. I did a little online research and found the Air Bag Component part they were charging $1300 for was only $400 with an MSRP of $613 for the Ford Factory part. I ended up taking it to Waters Auto Repair and he fixed it for half the price they were quoting. He was fully transparent about his costs and mark up. I took my car in for an oil change. They rotated the tires for free and found a couple other issues with my vehicle. Rather than push a sale today Geoff told me that we can wait so I can budget for the repairs. He explained in detail what was wrong and helped me make a plan for when it needs to be fixed. I worked with Geoff. He helped repair a tear in my bumper cover. He set up a colleague to paint it and the he installed the pieces. They coordinated all the items and made sure everything was perfect. Then helped me replace my brakes which needed replacing. Amazing to have one shop that can take care of everything. Worst shop ever. Extremely hard to find. The shop reminds me of a storage shed. If a business has to tell you they are honest and has integrity etc. always beware!!!!!
