A mechanic shop that you can trust. Aurora Auto Pros is a small business owned and operated auto shop in Aurora, CO near Buckely Space Force, Pickens Tech, and near city Hall. They are trustworthy, kind, knowledgeable, very accommodating and friendly. Today I went in for my oil change and regular auto maintenance. I also had all my filters changed and my new tires realigned. I dropped off my car at 9 AM and Edgar, the owner was kind & dropped me back off at my home during my service so that I could work from home for the rest of the day. Then when the car was ready for pick up Edgar came back to my house and picked me up. Such amazing & generous customer service. Even if the staff was not available to do a pick up and drop off, they also offered a rideshare service if needed. This is a huge lifesaver for me and super accommodating of my chaotic work schedule. I always feel safe in my vehicle after picking up my car for maintenance. I know I have a reliable vehicle when my car is serviced here. I also love that they use different apps and technology to explain the services, show the repairs needed or maintenance required options for your car. Jose and Andrew at the front of house of the shop are amazing and also make the whole experience convenient and a breeze. I have also called the shop for other referral services. They referred me to a local glass shop and I had an exceptional experience. I've been spoiled my whole life and always had family members that are mechanics in HI help with my car maintenance and it's really nice to have a mechanic shop in CO that you can trust like family. This shop takes so much pride in their work and customer service, which is why they have such an incredible reputation. Not only are they an exceptional auto shop, they are also very community minded and huge advocates for the small business community in Aurora, Colorado. Thank you to the team and family at Aurora Auto Pros for servicing multiple vehicles over the years. I've been a customer from the beginning ever since 2013. It's crazy to think 11 years have passed, but they have been wonderful business owners and their growth of their shop really shows the true success of their superior customer service and attention to detail. read more

Great customer service, affordable auto work, and clear communication. I felt like things were explained to me and it was refreshing to not feel taken advantage of by a mechanic. They even cleaned and reused my spark plugs to help lower costs. Then, when I had an additional concern they went above and beyond to ensure I felt satisfied. Highly recommend! read more

There are always provide outstanding service. They do follow ups. We really recommend them.

This has become my go-to auto shop. The team has been fantastic - especially during COVID. They opened soon after the mandatory quarantine and were able to get me in for some service. They have taken the covid precautions seriously and set up plastic barriers at the front desk to keep everyone safe. They also sanitize the car before you get it back. I feel confident that they are taking my car and my health seriously. They are super friendly and helpful. They even drop me off at work and pick me up so I don't have to miss work. I highly recommend them. read more

Very satisfied with the service I received here! After purchasing a vehicle from an untrustworthy dealership, I took it here to get it inspected because I suspected something was wrong. They did a very thorough inspection and found a few things. They did a quick repair for a fair price. They were really friendly and trustworthy. I will definitely return if I need any future repairs! read more

integrity, communication, and great automotive services are the characteristics of the Aurora Auto Pros. They accurately trouble shot and replaced front wheel hub, repaired the rear differential leak, and replaced the defective radiator of my car within days. The price was reasonable and fair. I am very pleased and satisfied with their work, and I highly recommend the Aurora Auto Pros to everyone for their automative needs. read more

While I'd love to give this shop 5 stars, I just can't after my recent experience with my car. A little history, my car broke down the first week of January in Lakewood and I had Lee Myles repair it. They botched the job and cost me more money! The power steering hose had blown and while they partially fixed that they said the power steering was still not working and it was EITHER the power steering pump or the rack and pinion. Lee Myles shop said the only way to find out what the problem was, was to replace one or the other and see if it worked! I opted for the cheaper method of the power steering pump and picked up the car only to have the hose come off again a week later. Now I'm in Aurora and my car is not moving so it gets towed to Edgar's place. First impression, these guys are super! I mean, they are just all so super nice! Edgar himself talked to me about my car and what they had found. He showed me the hose that Lee Myles used when they "fixed" my car the previous week. He explained what needed to be done, showed a picture of how it should have been done, and that the warranty I received from Lee Myles was going to take care of a big chunk of the repair cost. He even drove me to the car rental place so I could get a car and head off to work on the other side of Lakewood. Now here's why I cannot give this shop 5 stars. I was told that there was a lot of fluid everywhere and they cleaned it up so they could see if there were any additional leaks. I was told the rack and pinion were leaking and it needed to be replaced. If I had the money at that moment I would have had them do it, but I'm glad I didn't. My daughter works for Stevinson Chevrolet and said she could have them look at it for me and IF the rack and pinion needed to be replaced it would be half the cost of the shop because of her employee discount. I figured at this point what's there to lose, at least I'd be back on my side of town if anything else happened. Once again I was told by another shop, Stevinson, that there was power steering fluid everywhere and they needed to clean it up to see anything. They also said they were going to put a dye in the fluid that would help them see any leaks after driving the car around for a week. I've had my car there 3 times in the past month and a half to check this and not a single leak has been detected in the rack and pinion. I've not had any other issues with my car. What Edgar's shop fixed, the power steering hose / line, resolved my problem, but I was actually kind of disappointed about the misdiagnosis. To their defense I can only surmise that they didn't clean out the fluid well enough and just assumed it was leaking, but that assumption would have cost me a lot of money and that's the reason I cannot give them 5 stars. However, I would still recommend them to anyone broke down over in Aurora. read more

I worked with Edgar and Jose this week and they were both phenomenal. I won't be taking my car anywhere else. The quality of care they took when inspecting my vehicle, along with the immediate service meant I was back on the road in a safe vehicle almost right way. I dropped my car off on Monday, and despite needing a ton of work I had the estimate within 24 hours, and the work done by the end of the day Tuesday. Extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and HONEST. They told me all the issues with my car, and were upfront about which issues needed to be addressed right away, and which could wait. read more

Took my car for an oil change, but I think I'll be taking my car to the dealership next time. The final price included a complimentary vehicle inspection and Edgar walked me through what he recommends for immediate and future repairs which I appreciated. Waiting area was clean and had free Keurig coffee and water. read more

My car had to be towed into town. I was moving into a new home in a new city. I checked Yelp and was impressed by the evaluations from customers. I called Edgar and asked if he felt he could diagnose what was the matter with my car. I had my car towed to Aurora Auto Pros the next day. He called me to let me know my car had made it to the shop. He diagnosed the problem. I was impressed by his honesty, his patience with my questions, the fairness of my final bill. I felt good to support a family run business that reflects integrity and personal attention for the customer. His office was clean and well organized. I highly recommend Aurora Auto Pros. It has become my go to business of of choice for my car. read more

I was recommended by a friend & have been very happy with my service here. Not only do they do great work but they care about their customers. Like a lot of women, I hate going to the mechanic. Edgar will change that! He is very respectful, and dedicated to making sure his customers understand the work he's doing on the car. I took my Prius in for an oil change and he actually showed me (not just told me about) some potential issues that will come up under the hood in the near future but could be prevented with some simple maintenance. Not to mention the waiting area is clean, comfortable and family friendly (there is wifi and toys if you bring your kids with you). Renee, who does the administrative work goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable while you wait. read more

Absolutely excellent service! Jose, Edgar, & Tom were genuine, kind, and professional. Due to my work schedule I had to work with them completely over the phone over a few days of car repairs. I appreciate the step by step communication! They explained everything effectively and easily. The repair costs are also extremely fair! Support this wonderful local business! Thank you to all at AutoPro's! read more

If we could give them 10 stars we would. We have been taking our vehicles to Edgar and team for over three years now. Edgar is the most honest mechanic I've ever met - oxy moron right? He will tell you exactly what is wrong with your car, prioritize what needs to be fixed as well as make recommendations. He will never sell you what you don't need. Not only is he competitive on pricing he genuinely cares about his customers. Just this week we were unable to pick up a car we had repaired until the weekend and Edgar went out of his way to drop it at our home. You just don't find people like Edgar and his family/team every day - we are grateful to have found them and won't take our vehicles to anyone else! read more

I thought places like this did not exist anymore. Communication, prices, quality of The job done, everything is outstanding!

Great service with a smile. Still trustworthy after all these years, Edgar and Jose truly exemplify why we should support small businesses. Great job, boys. Keep it up! read more

I've been a customer of Aurora AutoPros for years. I've been putting off some serious repairs and have finally taken it in to get them done as I am moving across the country. They were honest with me about what NEEDS to be done and what can wait. They consider the cost and circumstances of the customer in every transaction. Also, they took my vehicle in right away and are willing to prioritize it because I need it back ASAP for my move. If you want a loyal, honest mechanic that will work with you, always choose Aurora AutoPros. I just wish they were moving with me. Also, I've even asked them to take a look at other mechanics where I am moving and provide suggestions, which they've agreed to do. Customers can be loyal and so can mechanics. read more

The experience I had at this shop was outstanding. I took my car to a Pepboys for an oil change and for a general inspection. The mechanics there insisted that I needed to replace my front quick struts and quoted me at an amount that I found quite insane. I decided to look for a reputable auto repair shop and came across this one and its amazing reviews. I contacted them via email for an estimate and they suggested I come in instead of quoting me over email. First thing they did when I went in was take me on a ride in my car so they could hear the same thing I was hearing. They determined that what was making the noise was actually the sway link bars. They provided me with estimates for both the sway link bars and the front quick struts because that's what I had asked for. I asked the owner for his professional opinion on the matter and he suggested that replacing the sway link bars would get rid of the noise and that he did not believe the struts were the issue. They made every reasonable time accommodation and even offered to drive me to work. Now my car is noise free and drives like a champ. On top of saving me hundreds of dollars, they offer a military discount as well! I will never go anywhere else for any of my vehicle needs. Highly recommend!! read more

Edgar has my highest respect. He has integrity and is knowledgable as well. I have been in the automotive business for 30+ years and have to say: few have Edgar's caliber. We had a master cylinder replaced and Edgar did the job efficiently and fairly. Friends of mine had major engine work and were delighted with the results. I would heartily endorse Edgar and his shop! read more

In today's world of unscrupulous auto mechanics, I have always dreaded taking our cars in for repair...UNTIL I came across Edgar and his wife Renee at Aurora AutoPros! A visit to AutoPros is like visiting ones family where you are greeted by name, and treated fairly and honestly. Where Edgar differs from your family is in his knowledge of automobile repair skills that is beyond compare and that will get you back on the road quickly and competently knowing that the car you're driving is in much better shape than when it went into the shop! Edgar's prices are fair, his skills well above average and his integrity amazing - a mechanic who actually explains what and why they are doing something and shows you the bad parts afterwards! The service you get here makes it clear why they won the "Small Business of the Year" award...This shop is amazing! Two thumbs up! Highly recommended! read more

Fantastic customer service. They replaced my brakes pads and re-machined my rotors and my brakes work like new. They took me back into the shop and showed exactly what needed to be done and how they fixed it. They are very honest and they stand by their work. read more

I was in from out of town (west coast) just for the night. Stay with a old girlfriend downtown in the new high rises. I parked in her Second designated spot. But they towed me because I didn't have a tag that match the parking number. So I woke up to that. Recovered my truck from the tow yard Wyatt towing ( not mad shit happens) . When I get my truck has a nail in the tire I think no big deal I can just put a plug-in go down the street for blocks to a nice little tire repair shop 20 bucks fix truck dies in the parking lot when I go to park. Will not start back up I have the guys fix the tire while AAA finds a mechanic and a tow. AAA referred me to other places. I called my friend they told me to go here I called them and informed them of the situation. They took me right in. Edgar figured out the problem. the cable came off the transmission apparently the tow people disengage my transmission so they can move it and not put it back on correctly. No charge. He did me a solid. I'd like to think I fought for my country for men like this. God bless this guy anyone else would of charged me 300 bucks. Gave me a little more faith in humanity thank you Edgar and your crew read more

My sister has been using Edgar for a few years now. I see why b/c he knows his stuff. He diagnosed the oil & transmission leaks quick, showed me the issues on my car and explained everything to me. People just don't do that anymore so I really appreciated it. I am so happy with his customer service and his price for labor is way cheaper then the competitors. He even can get you a rental car for $15! If you have a problem with your car he can fix it. read more

I was sure lucky to come across Edgar's shop when my a/c failed during my x-country trip. Edgar himself stayed after-hours to fix up my car and get me back on the road. This is a business you can trust! read more

This place is a rare find. Edgar saved me a huge hassle by sending out a tow truck to get my vehicle and take it back to his shop, and for a great price too. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue I was having with my truck and the turn around time was some of the best I've seen. He saved the old clutch parts that got replaced and showed me the components that failed and explained why. This shop is honest and they really care about quality. Their work includes an amazing warranty and roadside assistance, something I've never seen before with other shops. As I said already, a rare find. read more

I have been here 3 times. Each time my car has been in need of emergency repairs. The staff at Aurora AutoPros are one to trust. I know the regret of leaving your car with certain mechanics but I can tell you without a doubt that you will not have that experience here. These folks truly (car)e about you, your automobile, and your experience. In addition to all of that these workers get the job done in a timely manner. I can see that they understand time is important and each time I have left my car here I have received the phone call of completion earlier than expected. I also love the fact that all of there labor and parts are under warranty for 2 years. Love this shop and team! Thank you for your service! read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I found this place out of the blue and because of my experience there I will only be taking my car here. As soon as i walked in i was greeted with a nice clean shop, a very good sign of things to come. The woman behind the desk was very friendly and offered me some freshly brewed coffee while I wait. When I got to speak to Edgar, the main Auto tech, I didnt once feel like i was being talked down to. He even pointed out things i will need in the future and things i could do but dont really need to do right away. Im not loaded by any stretch so honesty like that was very comforting. The shop as a whole is easily the cleanest shop ive ever been in. The location is easy to find as long as you are aware that buckley turns into airport blvd at alameda. I was a little thrown off at first by the changing table in the restroom but i dont have kids. Though i could only imagine how frustrating it would be if they didnt have one. All in all i will not only only return because the prices were good(oil change and a broken seat) and the vibe was one of integrity and I didnt feel like i was going to get ripped off at all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

Great shop, great service...I went in with an exhaust problem, and Edgar referred me to a fair shop that could do the work needed since he didn't have the availability to complete the work there. He was very friendly and knowledgable, I will be using this shop in the future for my needs. read more

I can't tell you how lucky we felt to have found this company on our cross country trip. We knew no one in Denver and they were conveniently located to the hotel we were staying at. We were driving two cars to Utah and one of them was an older Honda Civic which was clearly not going to make it past Denver. They fit us in their tight schedule since we were only supposed to stop for the night in Denver and had reservations in another city the very next night. The customer service was excellent. We were amazed that they were able to order the right part and receive it in just hours. They really did everything they could to get us on our way. We haven't had any trouble with the car since and it's been 6 weeks! Thank you Aurora AutoPros! read more

We have had both of our family cars serviced by Edgar at AutoPros and he's alway been friendly and honest and repairs come in at a fair price.
