I took my up-to-now well-running Honda 2019 Odyssee to Honda 104th Autonation ( where I had purchased it a few years ago ) for warranty fuel pump service on 1/30. The next day (!) the car completely stopped running, like it wasn't getting enough gas (!). I was completely stranded in downtown Denver. I called Honda 104th Autonation and asked if they could tow the car but they said they didn't have any towing service and didn't suggest anyone. Ugh! FORTUNATELY (!) 1) I searched for towing and YELP popped up with services (yay). 2) I selected FIP because they had Five (5) Stars. They replied almost immediatedly to my call and sent BRYAN (Brian?) (yay). Bryan ( Brian? ) is the most amazing tow operator, and super-friendly so my anxiety from being stranded in the cement jungle of Denver was much reduced! Bryan went FAR beyond expected service. He expertly pulled my car up on the truck bed, ushered me to the passenger side, and we had a great time riding to Honda 104th AutoNation. When we got there, Bryan didn't get much help finding a place to leave the car. The front desk said "just put it out in the lot", but then, someone else said "No you can't park it there, you have to go into the gated lot and find a spot". Now, the gated lot was almost completely full, with a narrow roadway, on an incline but Bryan manage to lower the car from the towtruck into the ONE spot that was left on the lot. Amazing, great job. He also wanted to go find an employee at Honda 104th Autonation to help jump start the car to better position it, and Bryan saw an employee, Alfonso and we asked for help but he appeared disinterested so we left off asking further. No worries Bryan you did great! If I ever get my 2019 Honda Odyssee repaired correctly at Honda 104th Autonation, and it happens to break down in Denver again, FIP towing will be on speed dial!! And I will ask ( no I will demand lol ) that Bryan come out and rescue me. Thanks again Bryan ( Brian? ) AMAZING SERVICE !! read more

Needed someone to get my daughter's minivan from where it was broken down on I-25. Called a few other places and had to make a lot of effort to get those other guys to understand what I was asking for. Then I called FIP and talked to Brayan... 30 seconds later FIP was on the way to the location, I knew what I would be charged, they kept me up to date on when they would get there, and they sent photos of the pickup and the drop-off at the shop. I had AAA for many years, primarily to do the "find me a tow truck" part and that was always 10x the hassle, usually had a long wait, was a confusing mess of back and forth phone calls, and I typically still got charged almost as much for the tow service on top of what AAA supposedly covers. If you're in the Denver area, even if you have AAA, based on my experience, I would recommend calling FIP directly first. read more

I reached out for quotes a couple weeks before I needed to coordinate removal of a car. FIP Towing was quick to respond with very fair pricing and told me to confirm the job the day before. All communications with FIP were polite and professional. The day of the job they were on time, explained how they'd need to load the vehicle on the flatbed and delivered the vehicle as requested.
