I like touchless car washes for my older vehicle. $25 for the "ultimate" car wash should at least ensure/insure that all functions are working properly and give a commensurate result. Went through today and the undercarriage wash was not working. Usually when this happens, I call-in and they comp a replacement wash after they fix it. However, not today. On my drive home, I'll find a different touchless car wash. Kind of a bummer this location seems to have ongoing issues. read more

Their water leaves hard water spots and their dryers don't dry--2+2=4, which is a problem if you have a darker car or just care about spending $25 on a wash. The repair times are weeks for broken washes. Dog wash has been broken for over 2 months. Only lane open typically has 3-6 cars waiting from 6am-9pm. Each wash takes 7-10 minutes. I have had an Autowash account for well over 10 years. This place used to be great when they had very few locations. Customer service was great not so much anymore if you want to spend $45 a month on a membership this is the place for you. You will wait in line for 30 to 45 minutes no matter what location you go to. They will always have an automatic bay shut down. I stopped using them for about two years and I signed up last month because there was one close to me come to find out it's temporarily closed called customer service to get refunded since I can't use that wash. It's the only one close to me and they refuse to refund my money said go find another wash location terrible customer service. If you think it's gonna wash your vehicle good guess again the last two times I went through it, there was still film all over the side of the truck water spots didn't even dry the passenger side of the vehicle and all they tell you is we'll give you another wash, but I don't have 45 minutes to go sit in line again so you just have to deal with it while they're consistent on taking that money out of your account every month and then offer zero service to you. read more

I asked "is there a level If dirt in which your car must have to be clean after a $22 car wash?" Unfortunately, there always seems to be a bay not in service. Today I went when only one drive thru was open and the dryer didnt even work... that's why I drive thru! Pretty lame you can't count on the location anymore. Luckily there are other newer car washes just a couple miles north. I'd recommend checking those out. read more

Drove to a farther one that has 3 bays hoping that at least there were 2 bays opens, turns out only one bay is open. Waiting time is around ten minutes per car and there's like 4 cara in front of me. This was one of the worst car washes I've ever been to. The app would not let me load my coupon to my account. Once it finally did, it did not recognize that I was "nearby". I was literally in front of the kiosk to pay, not sure why it didn't recognize me. There was no staff around to assist and cars piled up behind me. I finally got the app to work and pulled forward for my was. The washer seemed like it was doing a good job, but when I pulled out, my wheels were still covered in dirt. I pulled through the bay to vacuum and dry my car off like at every other car wash, and found out that there were no towels and you had to pay for vacuums. What an absolute joke. After a $25 wash, you can't even vacuum your car? Because I couldn't fully dry my car, it's covered in spots. What a waste of time. Thank goodness my first wash was free. read more

I made the mistake of purchasing a car wash subscription from this place a few years back. The price continues to go up and despite my best attempts at cancelling I still manage to get charged every 6 months. It is insanely expensive...like $350 for 6 months. What is truly unforgivable about the place is that they are always broken down and running at half capacity. My car was pretty dusty and my windshield dirty, paid $18 for the mid range auto wash. Was in the bay for a while, seemed like it was doing its job, though I was chatting and not paying close attention. Drove off and got gas next door. While filling up I noticed my front window still had the dust and wiper marks and my car had water spots allllll over and I could drawn my name in the dust / dirt on the hood. Most of the autowash locations have been consistently decent but this one always have broken automatic wash stations. Even the ones that are supposedly working either don't spray soap/foam or don't air dry your vehicle at all. It's the 3rd time trying this location, no wonder it was empty this morning. It's amazing since their detailing center and office are located in same area. Most of my friends or coworkers have no problem at the detailing center. I have been searching for a convenient car wash for a very long time now. Sad to say that after trying Autowash I am still looking. I know this is a simple drive through car wash and I wasn't expecting anything crazy. I just wanted to rinse off some of the grime and feel like my car was a little cleaner. My big issue - paid for the essential low level wash and it took a little longer than anticipated but the biggest issue was it didn't dry my car at all! Did I mis-read and that one doesn't include drying? I ended up paying $12 and left with more spots on my car then when I arrived. I would give this place zero stars. Poorly upkeep of the grounds with gravel, it has no employees physically there on a regular basis. There was a sheet of ice exiting the carwash 1/23/24 (snows melted) and they had not graveled it and my car slid and hit the air/vacum station and got badly damaged. I have AWD and winter tires from Sept 2023. The exit goes at a slant and if you hit the ice in the right spot you have no control over your car. There should have been adequate measures by the business to ensure this would not happen. I did see the manager show up before the two truck picked up my care and he acknowledged he saw the video, said there were warning ice signs out front (which there were not). Told me it's Colorado and what did I expect and that they were not paying for anything. Completely insensitive and unprofessional. I advise to stay away from this place. read more

I came to the self washing spray thing. I finally figured out how their touchscreen menu works, but accidentally tapped things I didn't want so be careful of that. There are also pigeons in the ceiling crapping on my car faster than I could wash it off. Do not go to the far left self wash thing.it really pissed me off. I went in for a touchless automatic car wash (re-wash, really since the by-hand wand wash I did elsewhere a couple days previous left filth everywhere), specifically the $12 (advertised on the website inaccurately as $10) Essential Wash. First, there was about 6 cars ahead of me and the cycle is about 6 minutes for each car so I was there quite a while. Second, the wash itself sucks and after I got home with my "clean" car , it was so covered in filth (did the wash just kind of swirl it around and leave it there?) I could have written the Declaration of Independence on my roof, hood, trunk, or on either side with my finger and it would have been legible. Instead of going through all that trouble, I was satisfied with drawing a smiley face and taking a photo to post here. I asked for help and they told me they had no proof I'd paid. I emailed customer server later and they offered me a $5 credit to make up for an $18 wash I never got? App is awful. I tried the monthly membership once and it gets all finicky about location and amount of devices. I couldn't even activate a code for my wife who was taking my car. There's already a 1 per day limit so not really sure why they go out of their way to be just awful and difficult. The price keeps going up but the service hasn't gotten any better, and the lines are so inefficient. They need a single line that opens up to the first available wash. The concept of high pressure washing with no agitation is good, just not good for Colorado. The plows out Mag Chloride on the roads which sticks like glue to vehicles. My truck has been Ceramic coated and it gets 90% of grime off, but my other vehicles have not. High pressure water doesn't work in them. It's no different than pressure washing and leaves a film all over the vehicle. The dryers in the auto-wash do not dry anything. It's an extra 90 seconds of a wash with no benefit at all. On the weekend the wash takes 45-60 minutes to get through. I also made the mistake of paying for a full year. I would recommend if anyone is looking at AutoWash to try them for w month or two before committing On the plus side if you have multiple vehicles you can have them on 1 account vs an account per vehicle. I will not be renewing my membership. read more

Autowash used to be a great product and good value. Look at the reviews from 2016 and the recent ones from 2023/24 and you'll see a consistent drop from 4+* to 1-2*. I like the touchless wash and our vehicles come clean. However, the membership price keeps going up and accessibility drops. At our local wash there is a repair vehicle there more than half the time. I often need to leave because wait times are so high due to non-functioning bays. Last month the wash dropped soap all over my truck and then didn't wash it off. Things break down and need maintenance, but the frequency of breakdowns has increased dramatically compared to a few years ago. With lack of access to the service and now a 25% increase in pricing for the basic plan, we'll be rethinking our membership. Suspect we won't be alone. read more

DAMAGED CAR - MANAGEMENT DOESN'T CARE Sadly, after using the facilities for a number of years, the automatic car wash had a malfunction and in the course of repeated reversing and forwarding to try and get the sensor to trigger the wash, the sidewall of the front tire was severely punctured by the "guardrails". $400 later (needed a new tire), we called Autowash and got the runaround. They apparently have minimal interest in retaining clients or offering any sort of consideration despite admitting that the wash was not working as it should (undercarriage wash didn't work). Many calls to management were ignored. Persistence finally received a robotic-like response that we should call our insurance company, I never wish to criticize any locally owned and operated business but this level of indifference deserves to be called out. Needless to say there are likely better car wash facilities elsewhere (safer for your car) with management who may care a little more. It makes me sad to post this review. On 12.22.202, at 8:30A, I purchased a $14 wash at Central Park Autowash, drove into the wash, stopped at the red light, and turned the car off. The equipment was spraying the car and there was a thud. When I arrived back home and pulled into the garage there was a big scratch down to the metal on the front of the hood of the car with a yellow line of paint next to it which was not there before the wash. I called Autowash's # but no one returned the call. Apparently, this is a known problem. I posted my concern on the Nextdoor blog and several others reported scratches from this car wash.
