I love Autowash but this location is not well kept. Two bays are always unavailable and the sensor on the only available one trips up and won't sensor when I'm on it. It happened twice and I had to call and ask for a new code and had to drive to a further location. read more

Auto wash was NOT it for me or my friends and family who I referred. First, they took the $39.00 membership and lowered the time you get for your 1 wash a day for self-service because they started a new level. DON'T take away from one membership, you want to be above the rest add to the new one and convince us that is the best option...this is just duping your customer. Second, the bays are almost always out of soap and only murky water comes out. Had to call a few times to have them reset my code so I could come back and rewash. This is wasting my time and energy; again not taking pride in your business shows. Hope to find a better place soon! read more

Love this place. We have the monthly membership, which includes a wash every day plus Unlimited vacuuming for all of our cars at any Autowash location. It only takes two carwashes to pay for the monthly membership. Add on that that Pet Washes are free as well, the fact that we have for small dogs and a cat make it a phenomenal deal. The app is super easy to use to redeem your washes or any other services. You just have to click the wash button or other appropriate button and it gives you a code to put in the machine. read more

I have used this car wash before without issue, but today I had problems. I pulled my vehicle into the automated wash when it directed me to do so. It started without issue and the wash abruptly stopped about 2-3 minutes into it. It was like the plug was pulled. I assumed something had happened at the site which caused the machines to shutdown. I waited about 5 minutes in the bay with a long line behind me, assuming it would turn back on any minute. Saw a guy in an orange vest who looked like he worked here and assumed he was working on the issue. After about 5 minutes still sitting in the wash that was off, I called customer service who told me the machine stopped sensing the vehicle and shut off. I was quite confused, as I pulled in until the machine told me to stop, and it was working just fine until it wasn't. So it was sensing my vehicle until it wasn't anymore? I put the car in park and hadn't moved an inch, so it wasn't operator error. The woman on the phone was not terribly empathic and shared with me there is no one on site and my only option would be to leave with my car half washed. She had no way to restart the wash. I was a bit dumbfounded that this was the solution. She assured me the soaps were acid free so the soap that was already applied to my car wouldn't hurt my vehicle. I felt compelled to write a review as I am now sitting in line again in hopes that it will work this time. At the very least there should be someone on site to address this when it happens and there should be a better solution than just, "Sorry! It does that sometimes." I had probably been waiting in line for 20 min before it was my turn and am now waiting in line a second time for 15 minutes so far, so it is pretty frustrating. Please provide better customer service in situations like these. I bought a 6 pack of washes originally and now regret doing so. read more

Good wash, I have the membership and usually come 2-3 times a week. It's a good wash just have to wash it a few times to get hard on stuff off, also dry time is terrible. Does leave a residue too. I usually hand dry my car to get some stuff off and clean up the windows and mirrors to leave no water marks. The self wash is pretty good takes forever and they don't give a lot of time through the app but sometime they offer extra time but still isn't enough. Vacuums are not that powerful and usually half of them are broken ( hoses falling off or the backs of them opening up) they offer air for tires as well. The dam hose always cuts me also the air compressor is too loud to hear the beeps to tell me if I'm at the right psi yet. They have scents that you can spray in the car but usually it's out. They have tire shine as well, but only one at this location. Usually out and if it's not takes forever to come out. Also using the app, I have to get like 4-5 vacuum codes to use anything other than the vacuums (Air compressor, tire shine, shampoo, scents) which is pretty stupid. Because members would want to use those things and not have to put in multiple codes. I always run out of time anyways and just usually give up. Called the location to complain about how they always have one or two automatic washes broken or getting worked on. They just said the machine are "German" so it takes a while to get parts... Which to me is ridiculous because they have eight locations at the moment about to be 10. So why wouldn't they sit on a bunch of parts to not delay the process. Just poor planning on their part, also the mirror on every wash is missing and is frustrating because I always hit the bars and scrape up my rims. I would recommend this wash if people got the membership, not if your buying individual services. 35$ a month isn't that bad usually pays for itself after 2 visits. **Will update if they fix a lot of stuff and start to notice a better job. This place is just convenient for me but if another wash opened up in my area would definitely leave this one. Update: So I get stuck inside the wash, the power turned off to the car wash. Luckily doors were open and wash wasn't in front of me. Tried to use a different bay, code doesn't work since it was used on the other one that broke. Called 4-5 times nothing and left voice mail. Shitty experience and wasted an hour and got soap all over my car and not even a rinse. read more

Membership at Autowash is a good deal even if the individual services leave a little to be desired. With the automatic wash wheels don't quite come out anything near clean and things like bug guts tend to remain after the wash. For these I would have to recommend the self serve wash. The self serve under membership is a fairly generous fifteen minutes. It's much better than automatic if you have specific areas you would like to target but you lose undercarriage wash. To get the best results you really need both options. However since you are limited to one wash a day, you'll either need to drop a couple extra bucks on self-service in addition to membership with each visit or come multiple days. What really puts membership into the win column for us is that in addition to the car wash and unlimited vacuums it includes the dog wash. This is another thing where there are better, more expensive options available nearby (U Shampooch) but as part of a bundle becomes too good to pass up. Altogether the membership is a really great deal on serviceable if not perfect services. read more

i have been subscriber for 2 years. 3 price increases and 5 app updates. the location near me in thornton is broken at least half the time. upon latest app updte my code doesn't work, after calling their customer service, was sent multiple replacement codes..none worked. i canceled subscription and got text they are charging for 10 more days. welcome to post-covid service! read more

Oversold memberships leading to excessively long lines and frequently closed automatic wash bays. Also, about of a third of the time app-generated wash codes do not work and getting voicemail for "support" doesn't get your car washed. Save your time, save your money, go elsewhere. Response to business reply: Your reply is insulting and ignores the most frustrating points made. If you can't get two washes a month because every time you come by one or two bays are closed exacerbating the wait then the frustration is escalated. If, when you waste 20-45 minutes to get to the front of a line for one of the open bays and your app generated wash code is rejected the increased frustration evolves into anger. When you call the support line to get things straightened out and spend almost two minutes waiting on hold only to be dumped to voicemail while you're tying up the front of the line at one of the one or two open bays then have to get the line to move for you so you can leave, having completely wasted all of your time the anger becomes extreme. These are all addressable issues that your business chooses not to address and why the one star rating is fully earned and cannot be dismissed out of hand by telling someone you're sorry they had to wait in line. Customer focus, like preventive maintenance, is seriously lacking. read more

I have had car washes claim you get unlimited car washes every month with their memberships and it's only tied to one location but this one can be used at any one of their locations and is really unlimited car washes with one exception you can only get 1 car wash a day either self service for 15 minutes or automated wash and get the works wich usually cost about $15 For each wash which is fine by me no one needs to wash their car that much anyway and the good thing about this membership it isn't tied to one car either. I take both my vans and my son's car to the car wash that's 3 vehicles and it already paid for itself but I have used it numerous times per month already so what are you waiting for an invitation well you got one, here's the link to start saving as well. I was over in this part of town and desperately needed to get my car cleaned, so I stopped here to get one of the automatic washes. To preface my review, it was a sunny Sunday afternoon in November with no rain/snow expected for a few days, so I was anticipating at least some wait to get my car washed, which I had no problem with. However, I wasn't expecting to wait in line for nearly 45 MINUTES with only 3 cars ahead of me. This was one of the slowest car washes I have ever seen. The car wash itself was okay. For the $12 or $15 car wash options, you can get free vacuuming for inside your car after the exterior is washed, so I decided to do that. Unfortunately, even that didn't work out well because it only gave you about 3 minutes worth of vacuuming, which was barely enough to get to my backseats. The inside of my car wasn't THAT dirty, so I can imagine if you had kids or your car was really messy, it would definitely not be enough time and you would need to pay for extra vacuuming. Overall, a pretty mediocre experience. I will not be returning as there are much better car washes in the area that you can get in and out of quickly and pay less money. read more

Wow. The line was half an hour long. Way too long of a wait for a car wash?! The minimum price was $10 and it didn't even dry! I am shocked.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I wish I read and heeded all of the terrible reviews, but alas I had to go learn my own lesson at this horribly run establishment. Literally a nightmare. There were only two people in front of me when I arrived midday on a Thursday. First I was excited to see such a short line but then... It took FORTY MINUTES. Not only did the person in front of me get stuck in the dang thing after it spittled soap on her windshield and stopped working, then it was my turn and even though I had already paid the machine wouldn't give me the green light go ahead. Called their service number and talked to some disinterested and rude guy named Mark. I think he restarted the machine and finally got me in there, but wasn't apologetic about it in the least. No wonder the line here is always so long- the technology doesn't work and there are loads of horror stories from people getting shut in there when the doors won't open. Now to boot, the car wash doesn't even do the thing it's supposed to do: MY CAR IS STILL DIRTY, even though I paid for an upgraded wash. If a car wash doesn't clean your car after you wait the better part of an hour then what exactly am I paying for? Pictures included so you can see the filth left on my car. 2 out of 3 times visiting this place, my husband and I have each had problems getting the code to work at either the wash or the vacuum. 2 of 3 times we've had to call out of frustration at being charged for a code that wouldn't work. 2 of 3 times they've been nice and said they would fix the issue, but apparently haven't. 2 of 3 times they've advised the displays on the vacuums are being replaced (you can't read them; it's been months) but they're still illegible. 2 of 3 times we've had to return - so technically we've been there 5 times - to complete our car wash. Meatloaf was wrong...2 out of 3 *is* bad. We're done. read more

Love the concept of touch less wash but the execution is awful. Slowest wash ever I arrived at 4pm 5 cars ahead of me and one in the bay and am still waiting at 4:53. I've been timing washes they ran from 6-10 min. Meanwhile I'm in and out of Waterworks in Cherry Creek during peak hours and they dry my car for basic wash for $7. Don't come here if there's a line it's not worth it. Oh and the owner needs to update his prices on the website Essential is $10. Just got in at 4:58. Unreal. read more

Most days I need a full detail on my car to take care of all the dog hair in every nook and cranny. Some days, I want to take my time and wash my car myself; Autowash is a great place to make that happen. It's a fairly large place so the line is never terribly long. There are more options than one actually needs to wash a car (bug-a-way, mag-a-way, pre-soak, high pressure wash, triple foam wash, triple foam low pressure, high pressure rinse, high pressure wax, spot free rinse and last but not least air dryer), but I for one like the options and the ability to choose which one or five my car needs most. I always feel like I take a long time to wash my car but when I go to cash out it's usually only $5-$7 at most. The added bonus is that this car wash takes cards which is much preferred over cash only. I also take advantage of the vacuum to clean up all the dog hair inside my car. One or two dollars is all I need for a good clean. As far as car washes go this one is one of my go-to places for a quick wash for a good value. read more

Great service, one of the best washes I know you can get within a 7 mile area. So A+ equipment & week maintained. However the line is long most times. I actually only get a wash about 1 out of every 4 times I try due to leaving when they're are 6 or more cars in line, which is often. Maybe do an average wait time in the app for the week? read more

This place is a fine car wash, but fair warning, the drive through car wash is SLOW. It takes about 15 min/car, so don't let the line fool you. I've been stuck in a 3-4 car line for 30+ mins and once you're in line, there's no way to get out. read more

If I could rate this 0 I would. I waited over an hour for the automatic car wash (there were only 2 cars in front of me) and then finally when it was my turn I paid for my car wash and waited. However the automatic washed stopped working immediately on the car in front of me effectively wasting my money and there was no staff around to assist customers. After driving around with a dirty car, and my distrust in car washes, I decided to try something new. When I first pulled up there was a pretty long line and this was rush hour on a Thursday so I figured this was the go to spot and decided to stay. I'm not really A fan of automated carwashes so I loved that this location had automatic and manual options. In a span of less than 5mins with just $4 I was able to clean my whole car and have it looking good as new (of course with very fast hand motions and quick feet). I love the convenience and it turns out they have a "pet wash" as well so I might bring my dog next time if she's up for it! read more

I thought I'd go for the top wash so spent $15.00 thinking I'd get a nice sparkling car afterwards. My car was still left dirty. I just want to set the background so you can understand that to begin with, the car was not so dirty that it would take a heavy duty wash. I only drive to and from work and it's not a particularly dirty route and there was no bad weather to make my car very dirty. When I left the car wash, there was still dirty on the edges of the windshield (front and back). It was left with water spots all over and the wheels looked no different at all. I wrote to the email address on their website to let them know how disappointed I was with the level of service and I got no reply. I will not be going here again to waste my money and I'm going to tell all my Stapleton neighbors not to bother, either. read more

This review is for the dog wash specifically. I have no experience with the car wash. I typically go to Petco Unleashed in Capital Hill as it is close to my house and the staff is top notch. Today I walked in 2 or 3 minutes after they stopped doing dog washes and was turned away. My fault, not theirs, no big deal. So, I decided to see if there was somewhere else that was open later as we are going out of town tomorrow and I need to get my dog washed tonight so that my in-laws didn't have to deal with a giant smelly dog in their house. In comes Autowash....open 24 hours a day, only 15 minutes further down the road, sure why not. Showed up and the place looked decent. It was clean, the equipment in the dog wash looked nice and they even had the windows open in the dog washing room which allowed a good breeze to come in. Initially had to swipe my card a few times to get the machine to read it (this will come into play again later on) and started with 10 minutes. A little short on time for $10.00 but the 24 hour option is worth the extra couple of bucks. Problems started with the shampoo setting on the machine. The problem was that there was no shampoo coming out.....at all....no signs of any suds. To be clear, I have a large St. Bernard and even the smallest amount of soap is enough to work into a lather with all of her hair. Tried shampooing for 5 or so minutes and then gave up. Moved on to conditioner just to try and get the dog at least smelling decent even though I couldn't get her clean. Conditioner setting worked well and did what I needed it to do. Moved on to the dryer. Typically, self washes have a blow dryer that has a tapered end on it in order to get the appropriate air pressure needed to actually dry the dog. This one did not. It was a 2-3 inch hose and that was the size of the opening as well. Not even close to enough air pressure to dry a dog. Tried for a quite a few minutes, which involved swiping the card a few more times ($2.00 a pop) in an attempt to not have a sopping wet dog in my car. Last swipe didn't take, machine shut down, $10.00 to start it again, scrapped the situation. Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled with the dog wash. On my way out I noticed a sign that had a number to call with questions or comments. So I called the number to let them know about my experience and see if they'd be willing to help me out at all. I reached Dennis at the number on the sticker. I explained the situation above to him and simply said "I'd love to give you guys a second chance if you'd like to offer me a free wash. If not, if there is any way I could get a refund due to the poor experience that would work for me too." I was then told by Dennis that "people don't talk to people like that and it was not cool for me to put him on the spot asking for a second chance or a refund". Also, "I was being aggressive and people just don't do things like this". I tried to clarify for Dennis that I worked retail for a long time and was always frustrated when people immediately asked for a refund and didn't give me a chance to fix the issue. That was all I was trying to do....just give these guys a second chance to see if my experience was a fluke or if this was just how things worked at Autowash. Dennis then went on to say that he inspected the machines earlier in the day that that if there was an issue then it would have to have started between 2:00PM and when I washed my dog which was at 6:00PM. Honestly, I don't care when the issue started but he seemed to be insinuating that there was really no issue and that I was being a jerk for even suggesting it. Dennis then spent a couple of minutes racking his brain as to how he could get me another dog wash (I guess I'm either the first person to try calling the number after a poor experience or Dennis is really new and was truly confused). He offered a free car wash which I should have just taken and moved on....but I didn't as I was still hoping that this was an alternative dog wash I could use and really wanted to give it another shot. He then said that he may be able to get me some tokens and leave them at the vet clinic across the street but that I would have to go there during business hours and that he wouldn't be able to get them there until..... This is where I just stopped the conversation. I explained to Dennis that I didn't appreciate him trying to make me feel bad about asking for a free dog wash after the experience I had. I should have just asked for a refund and moved on. Either way, I will not be going back. You can keep my $16.00 for the shitty dog wash. I'll just have to make sure that I make Petco or UShampooch (less than a mile away from this place for those that are looking for a quality self wash in the Stapleton area) earlier in the day. read more

4 stalls for manual washing and 3 auto washes. Kind of expensive for an auto wash. There is also a dog washing station though, which is a plus! The manual stalls also take credit cards, which is the first time I have seen this. It's certainly convenient not to have to worry about getting/having cash and making change or wasting time loading quarters that could be spent on washing. I drive a large SUV (dodge durango) and the $12 wash did a great job everywhere but the hatch, which was left somewhat dirty. read more

There is always something wrong with equipment when I go there. For example one of the auto washes always seems to be down. If youre lucky they have a cone blocking the auto entrance otherwise you dont know until you drive up to it and the display is telling you which is annoying bc you have to back up or drive around again if the bay doors are open. Or they are out of tire shine. The lines are always long so I went there around 8pm once to avoid lines and all the lights were off. I just cant win here, I always expect something to not be working correctly. read more
