The auto wash failed two times. Dumped soap and then stopped. Had to wash my. As in 30 degree weather. Just talked to manager who blew me off. When you call the number to get a refund. They say they will have to call you back. Horrible service. read more

Awful car wash After washing, I rinsed my truck for 4 minutes and soap suds kept appearing as if there was still soap coming out of the sprayer, or the soap they use leaves a residue that is hard to rinse off.This exact thing happened last time I washed my truck here. Unless you enjoy handing out $10 bills, then by all means, this is your place. Twice, I have had to pay twice to this automated system to get a basic car wash. Another, canard unique to this establishment is that should select the $8 wash, you will not get your vehicle blow dried. This is purely a "profiteering driven" operational design to shakeout cash from its customers. Eventually, there will be no customers, because we are quickly smelling out the rat...what a waste of real estate. read more

This is used during washing and drying. It's the best automatic car wash I've ever been to. My favorite feature of this car wash is that when drying it moves according to the curvature of the car. Plus there are dog washes to wash your dog, never used it cause I don't have a dog. I thought this was clever to have at a car wash. Dog wash is great, love not having to dirty up my own place. 10 bucks is worth it to me. Only 1 dollar per additional minute if needed. Shampoo and conditioner works great, or you can bring your own. Car wash is also a great deal. Automated cleans well but most nice days there is quite the line. Self-serve car wash also works very well, many options. The card system is very user friendly and make using card here simple for any purpose. Overall great facility for competitive pricing. Would recommend and I used very frequently all services they offer. read more

I went here because of the decent reviews but it was a complete waste of money. I went through the automatic wash and chose the $12 supreme (2nd best option). I noticed it didn't dry the sides very well but didn't think it was a big deal until I got home. I noticed the back of the car was still covered in dust. So much that I'm not sure if it ever got wet. I ended up hand washing my car with just water and the amount of dirt I got off was crazy, like I had never even gotten a wash. The attached picture were the paper towels just from wiping off the back. Complete waste of my time and money. Maybe the manual wash is better? But stay clear of the auto wash if you want to clean your car. read more

Very nice car wash. I signed up for unlimited washes for 35/month. The selling point for me is the unlimited dog washes!

I went to this carwash because it was close to where I was staying in Denver. I waited for 30 minutes, paid for my wash then the machine turned off and told me to select and pay for a wash. I contacted the number on the machine and the employee told me management would be in contact with me the next day. I never received a phone call, so I called again 2 days later. The next lady told me that the reimbursement team would contact me next business day. 1 day later still no call. I called for the 3rd time and the woman I spoke to said that someone had been in contact with me, but I never talked to anyone. I wouldn't recommend this car wash. read more

The car wash has been very good so far. I love the fact that you can bring your wife or family member can have their vehicle cleaned. The only thing I would recommended is to have a soft brush to run across the back of the vehicle. When I finish, I will see some dirt across the back. Love how it washes out without it messing with my paint jobs. I like how it also has that power washer and it get places that other Autowash can't. Love how it gives me a bonus on the regular wash and helps me dry my car quicker. I tend to go at night after where I don't have to rush not wait a long time to get the experience I want. This review is for the Autowash in Northfield. I have given them 3 chances to see if their wash would improve but my car has looked grimy and dirty each time. I paid $15 today in hopes that the top of the line wash would miraculously be better. All it did was cost me more money. I've gone to convenience store car washes that do a much better job. I did send an email to the company letting them know that I would be writing a review. If you are okay to wash it yourself, you might have better luck. Don't waste your money. read more

I like a clean car. I typically go elsewhere but this operation was on my way home from an appointment and I'd been wanting to try it out. I will never go there again. Knocked down from 5 for pushing my rear ski rack so hard that it bent and moved the bar that attaches it to the frame and rocked my SUV while in the wash. To be fair, they do have a warning about after market equipment but honestly I've never once had this problem at other car washes so I didn't think it would be a big deal. I was able to salvage the rack so this is probably the least of my concerns. Knocked down from 4 for the half inch puddle of water on my passenger floor at the end of the wash. To be clear, I have also never had this problem before - not with rain, snow, other car washes... I looked underneath afterwards and found no big holes; my mechanic tells me it's probably a problem with the window seal and related to the pressure of the car wash. I can't wait to find out how much that will be to repair. Knocked down from 3 for the "vacuums included" in the wash that were limited to 4 minutes. I have pets and free vacuums are going to be a draw. Given that I spent at least 2 minutes trying to get all of the water out of my passenger floor I was able to clear only 2 seats after that. Have you heard of free vacuums like my usual car wash not 10 minutes from your location? Knocked down from 2 for the poor customer service when I called. Dude didn't want to hear that maybe the pressure was too high, didn't want to consider raising the machine a couple more inches, didn't care that I had water in the car and didn't offer a refund or anything. Earned that 1 star because the outside of the car was clean at the end of the wash. Way to go. read more

First off when you go to a car wash you're normally in and out but not here if you're in the line like me it was seriously 45 min all together after my wash was done...then not only did i pay 10 DOLLARS for a car wash but didn't even get air dried in it bc it much be the "cheapest one" so you don't get that with it then if you want to use their vacuums you have to pay A DOLLAR this place is just stealing money left and right also overly watered my car and the machine takes to long defiantly do not recommend this car wash. Cleaned the car decently. Wheels were left pretty dirty and the sides of the car were not dry at all.

Recently purchased the monthly deal and I gotta say I'm having the best time. I'm enjoying the washes I get to do almost every other day. Especially since I also do Lyft the inside of my car always gets to look good and smell amazing with the unlimited vaccuming and carpet shampooing. read more

Solid car wash on the south side of Stapleton. If you sign up for their text rewards program you can save a couple of bucks per wash.

The credit card machine in my self serve bay was broken (after trying 2 different cards). So I went to the change machine and it kept spitting my money back. I brought about $4 in quarters and out of my $15 in change, the bill machine gave me change on $3 only. The pre-soak foam was broken (or empty?) and it wouldn't let me change to a different wash setting. All in all, a very bad car wash experience. Maybe the other 2 bays are working better? All I can say, is if you go, make sure you bring PLENTY of quarters because the other payment options don't work, and the wash settings are hit or miss. read more

Amazing dog wash!!! Can fit two dogs in at once and trust me my 100+ lb American Bulldog and her Boxer friend fit just fine with plenty of room to wash and dry. They smell so fresh and clean from the shampoo and conditioner. Oh and they have flea shampoo for anyone concerned about that. I will definitely be back again! Wish they had more closer to downtown, where there are so many dog owners and other dog friendly establishments (doggie daycares, etc). read more

I really like the Automatic wash. It does a good job of cleaning my car, even at its dirtiest. I do have 2 things that keep me from giving it 5 stars. The first is while the wash is great, the dryer is not as great. The second issue is that lately, one of the 3 automatic wash bays has been out of service which makes for a long wait. I've used the doggie wash and while my dog wasn't real happy, it worked for me. I like the convenience of the location (right in my neighborhood) and there is another one not too far away. The best thing is the monthly plan. Unlimited washes for $35. Such a great deal. read more
