(He was genuinely happy to pet that dog). I highly recommend this spot if you have your pick-of-the-litter as far as Caliber goes. Beware of this road (E Evans is truly a nightmare), but go to this shop and ask for Mike if you can. Genuine kindness is a bit thin in Denver, but Mike has it in spades.

Unacceptable Customer Service at Caliber Collision. I had a…read morescheduled appointment with Caliber Collision, located at 5101 E Evans Ave, Denver, CO, at 12:00 PM. I arrived on time, checked in, and patiently waited to be assisted. Unfortunately, despite having a confirmed appointment, no one attended to me for approximately 20 minutes. While I was waiting, another customer arrived and requested to speak with an adjuster, whose name I believe was Kerry (although I am not certain). The adjuster promptly appeared and began assisting this customer, completely ignoring the fact that I had been waiting with a scheduled appointment. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, bringing my total waiting time to approximately 35 minutes, I approached the staff to ask when I could expect to be assisted. Instead of receiving an explanation, an apology, or an estimated waiting time, I was simply told to continue waiting. At that point, I decided to leave. I find this level of customer service extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I understand that unexpected delays can occur, but ignoring a customer with a confirmed appointment while immediately assisting someone who arrived later demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism, organization, and respect for customers' time. What makes this situation particularly frustrating is that no one made any effort to acknowledge the delay, explain the situation, or offer a reasonable solution. I had specifically arranged my schedule to attend this appointment, and my time was wasted unnecessarily. Based on this experience, I have completely lost confidence in this Caliber Collision location and have no intention of using its services now or in the future.

A few months later however, I discovered a little hole in the fiberglass/plastic under the door that they had missed, and so I got it back in, with a request to have some additional paint/body work done (sun damage to the top surfaces) to really bring it up to snuff. I got the car back today and it looks better than it did when I bought it almost 20 years and about 100K miles ago, it looks spectacular!! After tagging the front of my vette pretty good, going into a ditch near home dodging a fox (that fox owes me the $1K deductible!), my insurance pointed me to Addison as an AAA approved body shop. I read some reviews, sounded pretty good so I booked the appointment. First impressions, it's a big operation in a beautiful facility with multiple buildings, clean and well maintained on the outside, and walking into the office was shockingly pleasant. It's a very large open professionally set up office area with areas designated for auto repair and body shop work, they do both (nice!). As has been said, Jennifer and Diane that run the front desks are friendly and professional. Jennifer set me up with an estimator who was also a great guy, and he got right to it. Took about 30 minutes maybe for the estimate which was shockingly low - all I'm paying is the deductible so I didn't really care but I almost considered just paying out of pocket vs dinging my insurance. Nothing is free. The bad news, a 3+ month lead time currently. Not their fault but, ugh. My car is perfectly drivable so, I got lucky in that respect. I'll be anxious to see how well they match my Corvette 50th Anniversary paint job, it's a metallic red that requires a real pro to duplicate. But based on my experience so far, I'm highly confident of a great job.

Still, no response or actual estimate was sent. I reached out again on August 29th and was told, "I will get with the estimator. It will be next week since it is month-end for us." It's now September 4th, and I've still received nothing. This level of communication is unacceptable. I've lost confidence in their ability to handle the job and will be taking my business elsewhere. I did a ton of research to find the right place that could do a fantastic job fixing my car, and would also take the other driver's insurance and make sure that insurance paid for all the work. Quality One Dent had nothing but great reviews so even though it's quite a drive from where I live, I decided to take my car there. It was really easy to schedule and get my car in for an estimate. JP and Danielle were easy to talk to and work with. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs to my car. And they appreciated how much I love my car and took care of it for me. Quality One Dent did a phenomenal job fixing my classic car. It had looked great before the other car hit it and I hoped that it would still look great after the repairs. Quality One Dent had to search all over the US for various decals and parts and the car looks brand new instead of a little bit faded, as it had before. I'm very meticulous and have high standards, and I was really pleased to see that they do as well. On top of making the car look better, when they reassembled the body parts, the car actually drove better than it had since I bought it. I'm the 7th owner of the car. When I bought it, it had a few alignment problems which I'd spent a lot of money to try to fix but it was never perfect. And the steering column always vibrated a bit as I was driving. Somehow, after Quality One Dent reassembled the front end, the car drives much more smoothly and the alignment is perfect. So it's more than I expected and I'm overjoyed at the job that they did. They took the time to match the paint perfectly. I learned that the antique decals had taken a lot of time and patience to remove properly without damaging the body. They got it all right and the car looks amazing.

Based on their very high rating on Yelp I visited Quality One Dent on Dec 17 2024, for a repair…read moreestimate for front end damage on my 2025 Volvo XC60. While examining my vehicle the estimator Paul allowed the hood to free-fall onto the safety catch, which was still in an up position, likely because it was not functioning correctly due to the front end damage. I saw this as it happened, but not quickly enough to prevent it. We opened the hood again to find the frame of the safety catch now pushed down inside the surrounding platform. Paul immediately apologized and said, 'that's on me.' He tried to return the safety latch back to its original position but failed. He then asked for the keys and drove the vehicle inside their shop to repair the catch. He returned with the latch held in place by duct tape surrounding the frame of the catch (you can see this in the photo attached to this review). He assured me they would 'take care' of this when I brought the vehicle back for repair of the front end damage. Upon receiving their repair estimate via email later that day I noticed it included a line item for $96.47 for the safety catch. The line item showed labor was 'included.' At this point I decided it may be better to take the vehicle to a certified Volvo repair center because the estimate from Quality One indicated they were not qualified to re calibrate the front end camera. I returned to Quality One later that same day to ask for compensation for the broken safety catch. Paul seemed willing to compensate me for the damaged catch, but then the owner PJ was called in. PJ basically said as far as he was concerned the safety catch was already broken and I should just have insurance cover that cost as part of the overall repair. I tried to reason with him, but he wouldn't budge. This has been very upsetting for me, as Paul clearly admitted to breaking the frame of the safety catch. At this point there is nothing I can do but post this review as a warning to others who are considering using Quality One Dent for their repairs.
