Denver Dents did an excellent job fixing my clients vehicle in a short amount of time. The communication with Lane and his staff was easy and informative and the work to repair over $5k in hail was done very efficiently. This was the best experience I have had at any auto business in Colorado, hands down. After a couple of mishaps I needed a side mirror & brake light replacement as well as my bumper re-attached. From the time I called for an estimate to when I drove off with my car all fixed up I was treated with kindness, clearly communicated with, and absolutely satisfied. And it only took about a week and a half from the first call to the finished product! I cannot highly recommend these folks enough, and although I had some minor repairs, their focus is hail damage - whatever your issue, I am sure they can handle it! read more

Looks brand new! I reached out to Lane to see if I could get a last minute detail on a Friday at the end of the day. I needed it clean for a morning work event. He said he could fit me in. I knew what I was getting into, in that there wouldn't be enough time to be thorough. The guys were great and did a great job for the amount of time spent, but it needed more time to get everything. Lane reached out the next day for feedback and said he would finish everything himself. I wasn't expecting anything since he helped get me in last minute. He ended up bending over backwards for me. I am so thankful for the job he did on my Jeep. Amazing customer service and such a great person. Businesses such as his should definitely be supported! My Wrangler is immaculate! read more

I needed to replace a bumper on my Nissan Altima Hybrid 2011. Matt and his crew did a great job, they ordered the required parts and were able to install the new bumper over the weekend. The color is identical to the original, everything looks like new. Matt also fixed the bottom cover that attaches to the bumper. The whole service was very professional, fast and at least 40% cheaper than quoted by a Nissan dealership. They are very nice company with a human touch, make you feel valuable. I recently had my Nissan Pathfinder in for repair at Denver Dents for hail damage from the last hail storm that hit Denver. My Pathfinder sustained major damage from that storm. I reported the damage to my insurance company and began my search for a shop to repair my vehicle. Because of the number of people that were affected by the storm. I found myself not being able to get my car in to any shop until at least 3 -4 months . I came across Denver Dents on my route as a letter carrier for the USPS. Denver Dents was able to get my vehicle in for repair almost immediately. They handled the paperwork seamlessly when I dropped my vehicle off. They had my vehicle repaired in approximately 10 days! Other shops told me they would have my vehicle for weeks. Denver Dents made the pick up of my vehicle such an easy step. They offered to help with getting my rental back to its place and were so accommodating with the time I needed to pick up my vehicle from them. They went above and beyond for me to pick up my car. When I picked up my vehicle I was amazed at the finished job. I felt like I was picking up a new vehicle. They did such an excellent job on the repair ! All the extra attention to detail and the extras they put into making my car ready for me did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend Denver Dents for all of their services they offer. Being a letter carrier in a business district I encounter so many related businesses and I can easily say that Denver Dents is the best. Customer service and professionalism is Top Notch. The best in Denver. read more
