We just got the final details done on our truck, to say the least it came out fantastic! There was…read morealways good communication during the whole process from Karrie and Jesse. As a customer we always want it done quicker but as reality sets in it's much better to have the project done correctly and Jesse delivered that to say the least! We would highly recommend using Classic Touch and Restoration as you will be very glad you did. Larry and Terry Hettinger

Gonna start with this review is NOTHING personal against Kerrie and Jessie. They are very nice…read morepeople when you actually speak with them. But, my review is similar in status as the other 1 star reviews, NO COMMUNICATION....PROMISED DEADLINES COMING AND GOING....ETC. They picked up my 84 Camaro Z28 in August of 2024. It had electrical issues and interior issues. Also wanted the car wet sanded and buffed as it was recently repainted but not wet sanded.. They did scratch the lip around the front, but owned it and said they'd take care of it. To this day, the paint has not been corrected, they have done the wiring, as in their electrician checked it out and said it was now good. Car starts according to them. After MANY calls unanswered, text messages unanswered I have decided to do this review. I hate reviews!!! But, if it keeps others from going through what I am going through....so be it. I did tell them when they picked it up I am NOT interested in a show car. I want something that I like and SAFE to drive. Contract was for electrical rewiring, I provided the harness, paint wet sanding and buffing....interior panels, door skins, lizard skin the body, new carpet, NEW HEADLINER THAT ACTUALLY FITS THE CAR. And all cloth panels on the interior redone to match carpet and seats. I "did" say I was in no extreme rush for the car to be completed. But, 18 months is way too long for the amount of work they had, have to do. Last time I had any contact with them was DEC 24th. At that time I was told the lizard skin was going into the car. Then, on Jan 23rd I am told they are reaching the halfway point of the lizard skin. WTH? I want the car finished. I have been told the delays are due to other cars having to be completed ahead of mine, or for a rush timeline for various other reasons. The stories between the 2 differ widely. I just want the car finished!!!!!

This is this worse company i have ever delt with ever. My wife got a stationed overseas for 3…read moreyears, so it was hard to do work because I wasn't physically there to do the work, or worse, physically check up on their work. Sent my 1970 dodge dart for A/C to be installed. They of course did a inspection on the hole car and came back a list of things i needed to address. 1) pinon leaked, which I agreed to the work. They forgot to put oil in rear end and blew it up. They did say to me repeatedly they repaired it at their cost. 2) No oil in rear end, but 3 extra quarts ended up in motor and blew all the seals out. I fixed intake gaskets, but didn't realize the front crank seal leaked. Fixed that myself on road in Ohio. 3) Electrical issues. Some sort of power surge blew my horns, LED running lights, relays, and fuses, . Also when they ran AC vents, Wreck it ralph tech just pulled pipes thru dash and scrapped and damaged multiple wires and connectors. Car and AC would just shut off in intersections for weeks until we found the issue. one connector got so hot felt like it was on fire. 4) AC leaks so bad inside the Car that carpets are soaked. 5) They didn't have anyone that had equipment to charge AC, so a "guy" ran home to get something to charge it. My long time friend on Power Tour recharged it, then i had cold air. 6) Loose bolts and Ground for Fuel injection thru the engine compartment. 7) The fuel Injection ECU went bad during power tour. Had to replace it carburetor. 8) The annoying thing. when car was returned, the inside was filthy. metal shaving, wire pieces, connectors, extra holes for AC i assumed, cables on bare metal. the level of attention just wasn't there, ever. Best part is they started ignored all my emails about this. Only saying in beginning that "we wouldn't do that". I did get text messages saying, "we tried to call, but you wont pick up." $11,000 for them not to give a crap. Anyway, good luck if you choose this place.

After contacting several restoration shops around metro Denver, I visited C4 Hot Rods. I was…read moreimpressed with Jon, his crew and the quality of work I could see in their shop. My project was my one owner 68 Camaro. It needed some upgrades to make it reliable to drive as a daily driver again. The improvements included a new BluePrint small block Chevy engine, 4 speed transmission rebuild, all new clutch components, addition of power disc brakes and power steering, front suspension rebuild including upper & lower control arms, U joints, and a few other smaller repairs/improvements. I'm sure my constant emails to Jon were annoying but he held my hand through the restoration with no complaints. It's easy to write a review immediately following a repair but I decided to wait one year so I could really get a good idea of the job. Well one year later and my Camaro is running great. All of Jon's recommendations, especially the BluePrint engine were good choices. I can honestly say that when I drive my Camaro today, it's as reliable as it was 55 years ago when I purchased it. And, it's quite a bit quicker on the street today! I highly recommend C4 Hot Rods for restoration of your classic car.
