Customer service is THE BEST! I spent 20 years in the body shop business before relocating here. I am well aware of all the things that can and do go wrong in this industry. So, I was very nervous to find a new shop. Tony and Jonathan were professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They handled all the issues that came up with my insurance company and rental car. My car looks great after the repairs. They even detailed my car inside and out. This was not something that was included on the repairs. It just shows the level of detail and care and pride they give to their work. I would 100% recommend them and I will definitely use them again, if needed. read more

I can't speak more highly of an auto body shop--or the incredible humans who run it! After a year-long insurance nightmare with USAA and Copart, Rallye Coach Works was the most professional and compassionate shop I could've asked for. Jonathan and Tony are people who truly understand people. They stood by me every step of the way, making sure both my car and I got the care we deserved. Honestly, they went above and beyond. (Meanwhile, USAA and Copart have a lot of room for improvement.) My car was nearly totaled, and now you'd never know it. She drives like a dream, and I smile every time I see her. Rallye Coach Works has earned a lifelong client. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Thank you, thank you, thank you! read more

I was rear-ended in my 2018 Toyota Tacoma truck and while looking for a body shop, I came across the Rallye Coach Works website. I had my vehicle towed there (it's in a commercial/light industrial area off S. Santa Fe Dr.) and I am so thankful that I did. Tony Martins, Jonathan Lane and crew were nothing short of amazing. I'll fast forward through the "insurance" process but the Insurance Company told me that $7,177.72 would take care of the damage and make me whole. Enter the Rallye team. After they completed an exhaustive inspection and full computer reporting, complete with photographs, that initial amount was supplemented with another $32,869.79,* bringing the total near $40K which enabled me to get into a new replacement vehicle. The Rallye team has professional relationships with the various Insurance Companies & Estimator's and it was clear to me that they are held in high regard. They also loaned me tools to be able to remove my license plates and a few personal after market items, that insurance wouldn't cover. These folks are the real-deal and while in the shop, I was able to see some of their handiwork-- which was stunning. The Rallye team are true artisans, with both the paperwork and restoration sides of the business. Thank you again Rallye Coach Works!! Michael K. * The dollar amount did include an after market bed cover that insurance did cover. read more

Rallye Coach works did an excellent job repairing a fender bender on my car and working with their professional staff was a pleasure. I highly recommend them. read more

Rallye Coachworks is the only place I will ever take my car. I was rear-ended and they got me right in and had my car back to me within 2 weeks. They stayed in communication with me via text and email to keep me updated. I didn't have to call or chase them down for updates. Their customer service is the best that I've ever experienced (and unfortunately I've dealt with my fair share of body shops) and the quality of their work is exceptional. My car looked beautiful when I got it back! read more

Rallye Coachworks is PHENOMENAL! I am new to CO and was recently in an accident. I'd heard great reviews from a friend regarding Rallye Coachworks and the owner, Tony. They were my first call after the accident. When Tony found out I was new to CO, he went the extra mile and took care of scheduling a tow truck. Brownie points in my book! They worked directly with my insurance company which saved me time and any possible hassle. The timeframe and estimate that I was given, was spot on! Jonathon will contact you to keep you in the loop during the entire process. Tony and his staff clean/wash the car before they give it back. Tony makes sure the car looks fabulous and he's meticulous with details. The shop is extremely clean as well. Before you leave the shop, Tony makes sure you are happy with the final product. The shop even calls to follow up a week later to check on everything. My car looks amazing. You'd never know that the front bumper was replaced. The entire staff is completely professional and courteous. You can tell Tony and his staff love what they do. :) I would highly recommend them! P.S. There's a reason that they were given Top Five Best Body Shop in 2016 by A-List Denver and in the Top Three Best Body Shop in 2017! read more

I took a chance with this body shop based on online reviews and the fact that they are certified trough Subaru, and I had a positive experience. I worked with multiple staff members in person and by phone, and they were all consistently professional and good communicators. My repair was fairly large and required significant coordination with the at-fault party's insurance company, which the team at Rallye largely handled on my behalf. They also coordinated the rental car and related shuttles, which was helpful. The repair itself was completed to my satisfaction and I am happy to have my car back in better shape than it was before the incident that necessitated the repair. read more

In December a large Buck ran in front of my Outback. In search of a repair shop our ever dependable auto repair shop, Paddock Imports, recommended Rallye Coachworks as the place to go. Once scheduled for the repairs, which at first seemed minor, they did an exhaustive review, submitted the repairs to State Farm who immediately approved the repairs, and work began. When I picked up my car I was delighted to find my 2014 Outback looked as good as new. Incredible people to work with. Quality work by quality people. I highly recommend Tony and all the staff at Rallye Coachworks for their exceptional work, commitment to quality repairs and customer service! read more

I had a back bumper accident with my Subaru this summer and called several shops in the area to get estimates. Tony provided the best and friendliest customer service of all the businesses I had spoken with. From the very start, him and his team were super transparent, thorough, and assuring. Jonathan kept me posted every step of the way and the turnaround on my bumper repair was done in a matter of days (and at a fair price). I definitely recommend their business and would no doubt use them again for any future needs. read more

Took my car here in July of 15' for hail damage. After 3 weeks I came to pick up my car. This was a fateful day where my dreams and hopes of picking up a newly finished car were shattered. I walk in and John tells me that he needs to re-do some of the paperwork to reflect most recent changes. But can I please sign the back of the check the insurance provided (7K) this is before I even see the car. Because of my passivity I go ahead and sign the check. I get out to the car, it's not even been washed in the last couple days. I do a quick walk-around and get in the car and take off. Not 5 minutes away, I notice a check engine light which had never been on before. I turn around and go back and speak with John again. He gets a mechanic to do some diagnostic and it spits out a few codes. He resets them and the light is off. The mechanic tells me that they have to move the cars around a bunch and that's probably why the light is on. Also told me 'the kid' who took it to the car wash, which had to be well before my pick up, might have... then stops before finishing his sentence. Because of the check engine light, we're in the bay with the lights on. I notice there is still what looks to me, Hail damage. I ask John about it, he says that those are rock chips. And not covered, would take too much work to repair. At this point, I'm realizing that I have been duped by a company who just wants the money and doesn't place value on customer satisfaction or repeat customers. Neither the owner, Tony, or Bill the original guy who referred me to this place were in. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They may be nice but these guys cannot execute quality body work... at least in my case. And if you do say anything, it's just a shoulder shrug 'sorry'. Overall a very poor experience that I'll be paying for through insurance for years to come. Unsatisfactory hail repair, dirty car, and a check engine light when coming to pick up.Thank you Rallye Coach Works! read more

Tony and Jonathan at Rallye Coach Works took all the hassle out of getting our Acura RDX fixed. No one wants to get in an accident because of the pain of having to deal with insurance and then finding someone to fix your baby to your satisfaction. I love that Tony deals with the insurance adjuster to get ALL the seen and unseen damage fixed and getting the OEM parts so the quality of the repair is as good as new. They did an outstanding job and I will be bringing all my vehicles to them, hopefully, not soon, but at least we have a place to take them that we can trust. read more

I had someone back into my car - broken head light, cracked bumper, etc. Exchanged info and then life got super busy and I couldn't do the repair for a few weeks. These guys were awesome and super easy to work with. Tony and Jon got me in while I was out of town and my car looks better than ever. They sorted out the insurance situation and communicated very well. They even called with updates and a couple ideas to make sure everything looked 100% afterwards (matching headlight lamps, other paint chips, etc). They returned my car a day early and had it washed for me. Very nice and professional shop. read more

I just had our 2015 Audi Q7 repaired by Rallye Coach Works. I chose this shop based on others reviews. They are very experienced in working on foreign cars. They did everything very well, the repaired area looks great. They set the dates for the repair and it was all completed on schedule. I would definitely recommend this shop for a quality job. Thank you Rallye Coach Works! read more

The customer service and the quality of work here is amazing! I took my car in after a significant fender bender a few years ago and they made my car look better than it did before the accident! On top of that, it was such a complete pleasure doing business with them. Jonathan, in the main office and Tony, the owner were super personable and answered all the questions I had. They handled all the dealings with my insurance agency directly so I didn't have to worry about anything. I've since sent friends and family members here and they all have had great experiences, which reminded me to finally post a review on Yelp. :) Thanks Rallye! read more

I hit a pole :(. It happened on the 1st of February and I was not getting any response from my insurance. Tony took it upon himself to spend hours on the phone getting them to process the claim, not even knowing if the vehicle is totaled or now. I hope I don't need to use him again - but if I do, I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

I was recently rear ended and had extensive damage to my truck. From start to finish every aspect of the repair was smooth and seamless. Tony and his staff did a great job at communicating the process, to even coordinating rental car and insurance payments. I would definitely recommend Rallye Coach Works to any friend or family member. read more

I was bumped from behind on a Friday evening. Contacted Rallye Coach on Monday. They were able to get my car in on Tuesday and were able to replace the bumper and get it painted to match as perfectly as I imagined and had my car back on Friday. Jonathan was most helpful in keeping me informed of the process and getting everything done in a timely manner. Thanks, Rallye Coach for a such good service! read more

Tony & his team did an excellent job replacing the grill on my Mercedes! They repaired it ahead of schedule, without issue and were wonderful to work with. If and when you need a repair make sure to include these folks, you'll be glad you did. read more

My car was badly damaged by the hail storm in Lakewood in May 2017. Rallye Coach Works repaired my car to the highest quality. They kept me updated throughout the process, which helped ease the time away from my own car. The high integrity of the company and employees was apparent in all of our interactions too. So thankful for their superb skills and work! I recommend them to everyone I know who needs auto body work. read more

Rallye Coach Works is fantastic. I was rear ended several months ago and the guy who hit me had a very shady insurance company. Anthony and his crew worked with the insurance company and did the job perfectly. I know this is a small thing, but they even washed my car. The entire experience was flawless and professional. If you don't use Rallye the next time you get into an accident, you should use Rallye or punch yourself in the face. thank you guys read more

My 1968 Camaro SS was totaled back in 2012. Tony helped me deal with the insurance claims adjuster, getting a full settlement, and also sourcing a replacement original GM body. The repairs did take longer than I had hoped but in their defense, Rallye Coachworks had moved locations, a majority of their work is in collision refinishing on insurance claims, and it was a full paint job. The paint work was professionally done, they have a paint booth, clean shop, with friendly workers. It is one of the best paint jobs I have ever seen, show quality. The panels and door gaps were aligned to perfection, and they even fixed some issues in panel alignment the previous painter had messed up. Tony kept me updated throughout the build and was always available when I visited from out of town. There was some damage done in transport ( I live in Grand Junction) and storage. Tony reimbursed me the full amount to get it fixed. He is trustworthy and one of the only few metal fabricators we have in the state. I'd definitely do business with them again and recommend them to the classic or collector car clients. read more

Absolutely stellar service across the board from start to finish. While plenty of other automotive shops are sure to cut corners, rest assured the guys @ Rallye Coach Works will get the job done right and go well above and beyond what customers normally experience from other body shops. Tony and Johnathan exceeded all expectations and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a quality shop for their vehicle(s). There's a good reason why they've been around as long as they have and the proof is in the pudding. Thanks so much! read more

Tony and his team are miracle workers. My car was severely damaged by the hail storm this fall. Tony and Team replaced roof and hood plus did PDR work on remaining body panels. The paint work / color match wash perfect. My car looks like new. I would recommend Rallye Coach Works to anyone who values true professional craftsmanship and perfection. Stop my their shop they have some pretty amazing collector cars being restored from the frame up. I am sure Tony would proudly show you around. read more

Rallye is top notch! I was referred to them by another Mercedes shop to fix some body damage from an accident. The repair took a little longer than either of us expected, but Jonathan kept me up to date on the progress once or twice a week. 2 days getting the car back, my low engine coolant warning started showing up. I took it back to them and even though they didn't drain the coolant, they topped off the tank and sent me home with some extra just in case it needed more. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat! read more

Excellent work! Rear bumper on my black Charger was damaged by a driver backing into it. They detailed the car so when I picked it up it looked beautiful. Jonathan and Tony at Rallye Coach Works have done it again! Every aspect of their service deserves 5 stars. They, along with Janet are so friendly (genuine). The work they and their team continue to deliver is excellent. I forgot to thank them for detailing my car when they were done. They made my 13 year old volvo look pretty awesome. Naturally, I hope not to need body work any time soon, but seeing the gang up front is always a pleasure. read more

I was hit by a drunk driver & Rallye Coachworks returned my Sequoia in better condition than before I was hit. I recommend them without hesitation. I, unfortunately, was involved in an accident, that was not my fault and I was forced to search for a body shop which, can be a frustrating endeavor, especially if you've never had to search before. In comes the recommendation of my pals at Platinum Auto...."Check out our friend, Tony, at Rallye Coach Works." "We have him work on our own cars....that's just how good he is." I completely found that to be the case and could not be happier. Not only did Tony get my car back to me within a week (and might I add that he offered the use of his wife's car if it were to go over that time frame), he explained everything fully and in a way I could understand and went out of his way to accommodate. Upon pick up of my car, the first thing I noticed (other than the amazing fix job) is that had been cleaned, inside and out....who does that?! As I drove away, I noticed that it did not sound like it did before....more throaty if you will. I called Tony right away and he said to bring it back in to check it. I decided to live with it over the weekend to make sure what I was hearing was, in fact, the car and not in my head ;). He proceeded to call me on Sunday, with genuine concern, and asked that I bring it back in so he could look it over and try to figure out the cause. Back in the shop I went a few days later. It took Tony about 20 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem! WOW! Hands down, Rallye Coach Works knows how to run a business and knows what customer service is all about. What are you waiting for?? Take your car to Rallye!! read more

Accident? Hailstorm? Minor fender bender? This is the place to go for any and all body work you want done to your car. If you want your car to look like brand-new take it here and the owner, Tony, will work his magic for you. He is extremely detailed and will not let a car leave his shop without being absolutely perfect. I brought my car here after a hailstorm produced hundreds of small dents on it. The work that was done was absolutely incredible - you cannot tell that the car had ever been damaged. I drive a Volvo and it's important to me that it gets fixed correctly, as it has some exterior aluminum parts and is very touchy to fix after being damaged. My car came out 100% perfect from the shop. Took the car in over a year later after a minor fender bender and Tony took utmost care in repairing it to brand-new status. I have been to other shops and been disappointed after a period of time when paint starts peeling, and the bodywork just isn't up to par. I highly recommend Rallye Coachworks! read more
