The quality of the job was unprofessional. I got all new four tires. when I got there I had my weights on the tires when they put my new tires they were off I called in today and spoke with Trevor and he said sometimes they probably don't need to be put back. they where their for a reason now their off an my rims are scraped an damaged. which is very unprofessional because if you guys took them off, they should be replaced especially if I paid 25 a tire. i Will not be going back to this place Customer service is sorry I been here a few times and never seen service to this standard Was almost sold other packages witch I told them I can do by my self witch I can cause it's easy An been done by me multiple times I understand some people dont have time to do it them self's when I told um I'm ok they kept pushing to sale after 3 mins of explaining I'm ok. Store 06271. Sara: Asst. Mngr. Was kind and walked across the street to my work and picked up my car to have work done on my breaks. My car was ready and waiting when I got off work. That part was above and beyond!! However, the next day I took a trip to canon city and Thank God I arrived safely, because all of the sudden my breaks stopped working!! I was able to take my car to the BIG O in canon city and whom evere worked on my breaks at 06271 put the wrong master cylinder cap on AND DIDNT SEAL MY BREAK LINE!!! ALL MY BREAK FLUID HAD LEAKED OUT WHILE DRIVING. That mistake could've been fatal! BIG O in canon city fixed the problem at no additional charge-thank you for that! I've had the privilege of knowing Victor over the phone long before meeting. He continues to do a great job for the March group of shops and the BigOTires brand! I came in the other day with a brand new tire already "screwed" by my construction work visits. even though it was the last hours of the day he got the tire techs on it and fixed my problem in arguably record breaking time! They were to busy to help fix a puncture as they were closing in 10 minutes but I'm so happy with these guys. I think his name was Alex but he was great. I stopped at Discount Tires next door to get the puncture fixed and they tried to convince me that they weren't allowed to fix it because my tire treads were so low. Big O Tires told me they definitely still had life left in them and they would happy fix them if they had time. Unfortunately they're closed on Sunday but I definitely would've gone back in the morning. I trust these guys and that's everything when it comes to getting a car serviced. read more

Got new MIchelin Cross Climate 2 Tires, and an alignment. There was an issue with the alignment after the service was completed, but they took care of it the same day I walked in and told them about it. The car is driving way better thank you. Now i can finally enjoy my new tires and not think there is something wrong with the tires. Turns out, the alignment just needed a second tweak to fix it. So much better. Thanks guys. Took vehicle for oil change today 8/20/24 . Once I went to my vehicle change engine oil light was still on. I'm doubtful oil was even changed. The men at counter we're not very friendly at all. The man gave me a list of things needed done which they wanted to do immediately which was over $3000.00. When I said I would get a second option from my mechanic they said I could start with things in stages. WHY DOES MY CHANGE OIL LIGHT STILL COMES ON????? read more

Wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT GO HERE. They never tell you when vehicle is done. Will keep it for days! Does not check all problems that are discussed when dropping off vehicle. Had the same issue fixed FOUR times and had to threaten to get corporate involved before they took any accountability. Don't waste your time or money at this location. read more

I came in with a flat tire. I was told the tire was sliced up because I had driven on it. They said I would need to purchase 4 new tires because I have a SUV. I asked them to put my spare on it. They told me tires range from 1000.00 to 1400.00. I decided to take care to my regular auto place. They found there was nothing wrong with the tire other than nail in tire. We recently moved from the low (sea level or below) desert of Southern California--where temps were 105+ when we left--to mile-high Denver, where is was rainy and much cooler. After driving through some rather extreme conditions--heat, hail, drastic changes in altitude--our tire pressure was a little off. We wanted to check the pressure and refill as necessary, but our tires are filled with nitrogen. While that might be advantageous in the desert, it doesn't seem to be popular in Denver. So after calling a half-dozen places and hearing 'no', we found this location that offered nitrogen. I stopped in and they immediately rolled my car inside, hooked up all four tires, took readings, and adjusted my tire pressure. The car dealer that sold us the tires would do this for free, but I fully expected to pay a bit for the service since I'd never been here before. Heck, you have to pay a dollar for regular air at any gas station! But they sent me on my way with no charge. As a result, I'll return here when either of our two cars need tires or other service. read more

After taking both my vehicles to this location for 3 years, we had a deal-breaker experience and will not be returning. They changed the oil in our Rav-4 last Wednesday. On Saturday my wife texted me that the car was "leaving little puddles." When I got home that night I got under it and found the oil drain plug was about 1/4" out, and a few drops of oil were coming out per minute. I got on it with a wrench and couldn't tighten it at all - it was clearly cross-threaded. (SO glad she caught this when she did!) So I put a quart of oil in it and took it back Sunday. First the manager told me the problem was the drain plug gasket, and that when the gasket cracks, the plug naturally vibrates loose. I told him I knew it was cross-threaded because I put a wrench on it myself and it wouldn't tighten at all. Also, I had looked through the window into the service bay and watched a mechanic try multiple times to back out the plug and tighten it down straight without success. So then he asked me if I wanted to come back and look at the threads on the oil-pan. I said yes, went back with him and looked, and sure enough there's a fresh, shiny cross-threading, plain as day. I pointed it out and he goes "oh that's not that bad. Pretty much any car that's had it's oil changed a few times, the threads are going to look like that." I was just about speechless. I have no idea what he was thinking trying to gas-light me like that. I guess he was hoping that they'd be able to straighten the threads out by screwing a plug in straight, and if it worked out that way he would have minimized the mistake in my mind. Anyway, that didn't happen, and soon after this exchange he was on the phone calling all over town for a new oil pan, and giving me keys to their truck as a loaner. He had gone so far down the road of BS-ing me that he couldn't even back out of it and switch to the honest apology that he should have started with. It was just plain silly. Fortunately, they made it right in that they refunded everything and replaced the oil pan, but I can never trust their word again. I can forgive human error, but not the insults to my intelligence. Just say you made a mistake and apologize right up front! read more

I would buy my tires there and have my oil changed monthly. I had to keep buying bolts that they left off the front end even after I told them to be on top of it, bolts missing from the shielding underneath and the pan that has to be removed to do the oil change. read more

The service manager Del is amazing and helped me out so much my first time going in about a month and a half ago! Sure enough I needed to get some more things checked out so I went back a second time and this time Felix came to my rescue! My grandfather who recently passed away was my go to person to help with any car issue I would have since it's hard to find good automotive techs/businesses who just aren't there to get every penny out of you, however Big O's on Federal has restored my hope of what technicians/automotive businesses can do. They definitely have your best interest at mind and huge hearts. DISAPPOINTMENT! Bad costumer service!Went in only to rotate/balance tires, had to leave upset with suddenly squeaky brakes... Sorry Big O, that was a very small O this morning. I came in to use their free tire rotation/balance (comes with tire purchase here). After I left the shop, my car suddenly made weird sounds when I was braking. So I drove back and wanted them to look at it, since I've never heard that sound before. They looked at it, but told me it was not their fault and that they couldn't do anything.... THANKS! Well I had to go to my personal mechanic, he looked at it and was able to fix it fortunately in less than 15 min. I'm really disappointed, big O is advertising that they specialize in tires AND brakes, and they aren't even able to fix a mistake they did?? And then being so rude and telling me that it wasn't their fault?! Never going here again. read more

Really disappointed with my last visit here. The worker that changed the tires did not tighten the lug nuts. I didn't notice this until the next day when I was going to an appointment. Because of this i missed my appointment and was set behind on schedule. Thankfully, the tire didn't fly out while I was driving. What's more upsetting is that we were set behind a day and a half because it caused some damage and a few things had to be replaced such as the caliber and wheels. Although they tried to work fast and efficiently, it still took them a day and a half to get the car done. We weren't offered anything for our inconvenience. I don't recommend this place, all we heard was "I'm sorry" or "I apologize" over and over again. Don't waste your time coming here, the guy who did the job wasn't fired. read more

My boyfriend Aaron has had to come here at least four times in the last few months due to tire problems, most recently being today when he took my tire in to get fixed. Victor, specifically, has always answered all of our questions about regular vs. snow tires and has fixed our tires when appropriate vs. trying to sell us new ones unless truly needed. They've always gone above and beyond to help us and found they are extremely nice to customers as well as to other staff members. They have our full trust and we will continue to come here! read more
