Jiffy Lube - 1 Star…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. Took my car in for a routine oil change, and they managed to strip the drain plug threads on my oil pan, which I only discovered after my car started leaking oil all over my driveway. When I took it to a real mechanic, they confirmed Jiffy Lube's careless work ruined my oil pan, forcing me to pay $800 to replace it. If you care about your car, go anywhere else for an oil change. Jiffy Lube's incompetence cost me way more than I ever saved by using their services. Never again.

I mean, I got oil put in my car. Standard job for jiffy lube. They changed a bunch of setting…read moreincluding the trip mileage on my car, which idk why they would even touch that but they screw up the count on there for me. They also tried to tell me my brake fluid and coolant needed to be flushed and changed. My main mechanic, Sam's Automotive Repair, told me they're fine and I didn't need any of that. They either didn't know what they were talking about or they were trying to scam me. I think they were trying to rip me off if I had to guess, they showed a low level of coolant in the overflow reservoir, if you took off the radiator cap then the fluid was 100% full, I couldn't even put any more in. So I wouldn't go for any reason other than an oil change or to get washer fluid topped off. Find a quality mechanic for anything else. Sam's is great and always saves me money, they legit talk me outa spending money on services. They have also done work for free on little things!

Very disappointing experience…read more I brought my work truck here because it had a grinding metal noise. The technician initially said it was a wheel bearing. I asked them to finish the inspection first to confirm the diagnosis before doing any work. They later called and said the wheel bearing was NOT the problem and that the issue was seized tie rods. Based on that diagnosis, I approved the repair. When I picked up the truck and drove it around the block, the exact same grinding noise was still there. The repair did not fix the problem. To make matters worse, when I checked under the hood I discovered that both the radiator fluid cap and brake fluid cap had been left off the vehicle after service. That is extremely careless and could have caused serious damage. When I returned to the shop, they changed their story again and said the noise was actually the wheel bearing -- the same part they had told me the day before was NOT the issue. They then tried to charge another $1,500 to fix it. The wheel bearing was not even listed on the inspection report they gave me. They also falsely claimed that I told them I would only spend $1,100, which is completely untrue. This is a fleet work truck for my business, and because the repair did not solve the issue the truck now has to go to another shop. That means additional downtime and lost work. Overall this felt like a misdiagnosis and a very frustrating experience.

We just had four new tires installed as well as having the vehicle aligned. Denzel was our contact from beginning to end and this man handles business. Quality management is hard to come by but Firestone found a quality leader in this man.
