I want to give a big shout out to Dillan Atwood at the Denver location for orchestrating the repair of my Fusion rear end in a 5 days. I was changing the oil in the rear axle when I noticed metal in the oil. After pulling the diff cover, I discovered that the ring, pinion and ELocker might have to be replaced. I called 4 Wheel Parts first thing Monday morning and talked to Dillan. I told him what axle I had and the scope of repairs that I thought might be needed. He called Fusion 4X4 and verified what parts I may need. I also told him that I have a Jeeping Rally to attend and I would like to have the vehicle repaired and out of the shop by the end of the week. Dillion immediately started calling suppliers to find the parts that were needed. He found all the parts except for the ELocker. Eaton was out of stock and on a 6 week back log. That information did not detour Dillan. He called several distributors and finally found the ELocker that I needed. It had to be flown in to have any chance to meet my deadline. I also want to thank Cory and David who did an excellent job installing the parts and making sure it was done right. I picked up the Jeep at the end of the week and made it to Sand Hollow (Hurricane, UT) for 10 absolutely exhilarating days Jeepin' challenging and stimulating trails. Thank you to Dillan and everyone at 4 Wheel Parts who enabled me to attend a rally that I had been dreaming about for the last several years. I have called Dillan several times since the rear axle repair and he has been extremely helpful answering my questions and coordinating upgrades to my Jeep at another 4 Wheel Parts store in the Phoenix area. This is not location specific however it is for 4 Wheel Parts altogether. I ordered a simple air filter replacement that wasn't available anywhere else at the time. I ordered it only to have them contact about payment issues. Got that cleared up and was told I would be informed when it would be shipped. For two months I had to go out of my way to get a hold of someone either for them to hang up on me or pretend to not find my order, or simply not have an answer as to why my filter which stated was "in stock" hadn't shipped. After ridiculous amounts of calls one person finally said the sites inventory is not live and that they didn't actually have it. Weeks later I was finally told I would get it at the end of October. I went to 4WheelParts with a bizarre request.i needed to have them remove the tires from my Toyota Tacoma in order to get to the calipers so that I could order a custom part. They immediately took my truck back to the garage and did the job that I had requested. This place has been pretty awesome! Every time I have called or gone In they have been very helpful. I had them put upgraded shocks on my 2015 Toyota 4 runner and everything went very smoothly. I have been too many different 4 wheels places even in other states and these dudes are super cool and always willing to help you out. Most recently I have been dealing with Talbot and prior to that it was Chandler and I dealt with August when I got my shocks. Talbot has really helped me this time around finding rims and tires and even helping me via email on his day off. I have spent a lot here over the past few years with going from a stock 4 runner to 3 inch lift to 6 inch lift to upgraded parts to mud swamper tires. They have never ripped me off and will even beat competitors prices. They never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I'm the one who choose to spend the money I did They all seem very genuine and passionate about the work they do. I've been to this location many times before but recently I got a flat tire. I had spare wheels at home that needed tires so I went to them for the tires because they had the best price I could find. I also payed for them to install the wheels, I didn't have any issues u till a few days ago where there was this knocking sound, at first I thought it was my CV Axle so I decided to check it out. After taking off the wheel I found a thin metal wire that was stuck between the wheels and the hub. It scratched up the hub and the wheels, extremely disappointed in y'all. A great place to buy parts on the cheap. Was able to get 4 Bilstein Shocks for $60+ less than what autozone or advanced wanted. Go into the "show room" to place your order and pay. They'll then send you down to the other end of the warehouse to pick them up. Will probably have to wait 20 minutes or so while they pick them. Not a big deal. I give the 3 stars though cause of the online ordering. I originally had bought 2 shocks when I went in and now that I was ready to buy the others I figured I'd order them online since they have the option to pickup in store. They had them instock so I thought it would be faster to do it this way instead of going in and waiting 20-30 minutes for them to pick the part but I was wrong. It takes them a minimum of 5-6 hours(said the customer service rep) to pull the parts! I ask why that's the case and he give me some PR line about how hard it is cause of all the orders they get. Really? Ok. Would have be nice to know something like this BEFORE you make your purchase since in today's world, Best Buy, Walmart and even your local Chinese Food restaurant can get an online order out in 30mins. But whatever. Guess I won't be able to pick them up today. He says I'll get a call he next morning and they'll be ready for pick up. 1:30pm finally rolls around and I get a call that there ready. I ordered them the day before at 3pm, almost 24 hours later! Drive over there and go to Will Call to pick up the parts. Oops, they've already been picked and are in the showroom down the way. Ok. Get in the car and drive over there. Give the guy my order number and OOPS!, they were actually not picked so I had to walk around for 15 minutes while they actually went back there and picked the parts. All this going on while only 2 other customers are in the whole place TL;DR don't buy anything online with the instore pickup option(even if it's instock) if you need the parts in a hurry!! Do not take your vehicle here. Went in for a simple rack install, and had these guys put the rear brackets on too tight so now I'm left with scratches on the body of my brand new 2017 Jeep Wrangler JKU. Took it back in for this issue to be addressed and for the brackets to be loosened, only to realize a week later they have now mounted my brackets too close to my bumper and have caused it to become dented and is hanging off the side of the Jeep. No offer to refund for the hardware, the only offer I've received from them is they'll 'take a look'. I've now significantly damaged my new vehicle due to the lack of professionalism from this place. The majority of the reviews I've ever written on Yelp have been 4 or 5 stars. It's rare that I feel compelled to write a negative one, but in this case it's warranted. I wish I had a better experience with 4 Wheel Parts (4WP). You've been warned. Here's the story: I ordered an ARB awning and on the day the shipment was scheduled to arrive, the status changed to "exception" on the UPS website. I looked it up. An "exception" means there was a problem with the shipment. A few days later, the box arrived damaged. It looked like it had been dragged across a parking lot, tore open, and then been badly retaped. Well, UPS never contacted me. 4WP eventually called to let me know that "the claim" had been denied because these "scuffs" were normal on ARB awnings. Does that pic look normal to you? No. Of course not. Apparently it does to 4WP. It's terrible customer service to initially acknowledge a problem and say you'll handle it, only to flip flop and waste weeks of a customer's time It was also a hassle to repackage a extremely heavy, 8'2" product and then drive it back to the UPS store. p.s. JT did a great job of getting me scheduled in a timely manner and gave me a good price on the cost of installation. I was most impressed by JT and the crew at 4 Wheel Parts when they forgot to give me my front license plate back, instead of making excuses like many companies do today they took ownership and shipped it to me at no cost. The service was efficient and the staffs who work here are indeed very professional. We did got a good deal from them for the tires we wanted since we have been comparing all other deals from other tire stores. I just put a complete level kit on my truck, control arms steering linkage, track bar, etc. Everything is brand new so they had no reason not to align my truck. All they did was a toe adjustment. I put an adjustable track bar on my truck and they didn't even touch it, no adjustment or even making sure it was tight. It came loose while driving my truck and now my steering wonders all over the road. Very disappointed, woke up to a flat tire. A new 33" Nitto with less than 1k miles I had purchased from 4WP. Thankfully bought the $189 tire warranty, except when I showed up at 0930 on Friday they asked if I had an appt, because they were real busy. They said they cld do it in 3 days on Monday!!! I said I needed my trk and wld wait and after and hour and a half they plugged the tire. This is NOT to bash the staff they seem like nice people. But as a business model if your selling tires and rims and selling a $189 tire warranty you have to keep shop space for tire repairs. No tire store in town requires an appt to fix a tire. Let me start off by saying I RARELY give poor reviews but as someone who is also in retail, I think laziness is a great way to ruin a business. Today i received very poor service. Unwilling to do anything that required stepping out from behind the counter. I came in this afternoon with the intention of purchasing two 1g rotopax and the accompanying brackets for my motorcycle. I figured it would be as simple as going and buying them, unfortunately this was not the case. After inspecting the shelf and seeing that none were on display, I asked the gentleman at the counter if they had any in stock, he said yes but they are in the warehouse. Little did I know, this would be the ultimate barrier to my very simple purchase. I explained that I wanted to mount them on my bike and requested a quick test fit. To which he said "I can't let you do that, but I have the dimensions" perhaps it had not dawned on him that I too have the internet and was very aware of the dimensions. Nonetheless, I still needed to be sure that they would fit the way I need them to. So I asked again if I could physically place them on the bike to ensure fitment. At this point I point I was told in no uncertain terms that it would be too much much work to get them if I wasn't 100% sure that I would buy them. Granted, I'm not building a SEMA rig but it's almost $200 in gear and 2 minutes to be 100% sure didn't seem like a huge request. At this point I decided further explaining my situation to this guy would be as useful as banging my head against the wall so I left. I was again reminded why I stick with privately owned shops for my builds and accessories. If you want a shop that won't act all put out when you make a reasonable request, don't be lazy like I was this time, go to the private shop off Santa Fe and 285. I submitted their on line form 3 times for price match consideration and NEVER received any type of response back from them. No price match, no rejection. I even resubmitted 2 of the requests, with the same result - no response. I took the time to get a corporate customer service email address and emailed them, asking for help in getting a response to my price match requests. Drove 800 miles to see some family. I was getting ready to drive home and I started to hear an odd sound so I brought my truck in for a quick check. What I thought was going to be a quick fix turned out to be a disastrous moment waiting to happen. Come to find out that the lift I just had installed a few weeks ago was screwed up from start to finish down to the last bolt. Tim Cox (store manager) and Jesse (service manager) took care of me and made it their sole purpose to make sure that my truck was fixed properly and that my drive home would be safe for me and my wife and kids. They wouldn't even let me drive out of the shop until it was done right. I can never give enough thanks and appreciation to them as well as the other team members. I wanted to share the excellent service and response I received from Chuck and the team at 4 Wheel Parts Denver. I drove from Dallas to Denver 2 weeks ago with my 3500 Dodge. It has a 6" BDS lift kit installed 13 months ago from a different shop in Dallas. On my trip the steering loosens up and things are just not good thought I was losing a steering box felt like a 1978 Mack going down the road. I am in a rush as I am on the way north and still have a 1000 miles to go. Chuck orders up a steering box Saturday morning (just in case) and books me in the shop Monday morning first thing. Turns out the BDS kit has some loose bolts and also a nut missing on the stabilizer. 4 wheel tightens this all up and things look good. They also tell me ball joints are getting close to being due but can wait till later. They were so professional and I had time that day I got the ball joints replaced. They returned the steering box (no charge and no issues) and had me back on the road the old Cummins feels like a race car never felt so tight. Thanks Chuck!! read more

I'm a black female with a wrangler. These workers treated me like shit, very disrespectful. They act like they were mad I was driving a wrangler. I hate this place and those workers who mistreated me. Although this happened several years back I'll never forget the unnecessary rude behavior. Everyday since this incident I wished very bad things would happen to those guys each and everyone of them. The manager of this place at the time was a younger early-mid 30s I would say loudly argued with my husband in front of his staff and customers. A manager, yes, I stood there in shock as he turned a different color right before my eyes. I just knew he was going to have a a blood vessel burst in his skull. Infuckingappropriate. I said I would never spend my hard earned money on this witch haven again. I now take my Rubicon to high country 4x4. Dealt with a man named John who was very nice and his spirit and energy was good. If he had racial hatred for me I could not tell. The guys at four wheel parts had racial hatred for me. I could feel it and confirmed by my intuition. Everyone warned me DONT take rig here!! I was the fool that didn't listen:-/! Learn from me, find another shop with master mechanics that back their work 100%! What crappy, half-assed mechanic work!! Over priced!! Price changed after!! Went back when $hit fell apart- THAT THEY DID WORK ON, & they would not honor any work or refund any $ cuz it took a year for their shot mechanic work to catch up & break all kinds of other stuff!! Even tho I proved w/o a doubt they 100% did the work ON MY RIG (keep receipts & log all maintenance)! My vehicle was never touched mechanic wise since them(minus 2 oil changes buy me)that's it! Cost me $4k in the end to fix the shot work they did that caused other crap to break! He fixed what 4WP Effed up on & explained why it caused this to break & also pointed out other stuff they worked on that they failed to hook back up right. 4WP Managers response to me was: "well since u already paid someone to fix it what do u want me to do about it cuz I won't refund you any $$$ !! Oh btw, my guy noticed when he was checking stuff, well he noticed u need: this-this-this replaced so if u do the work here, I'll give u a discount on labor I said oh ya & how much is the stuff I need total he says $2200 ya u scheming b@stards, I took your "parts list to other mechanic that fixed your shot work. He told me: those things don't need replaced right now they still have some miles on them... I didn't have it towed to 4WP to fix their crap work cause I didn't know all that broke was caused by their shot work until new mechanic showed me. Learn from my mistakes DONT GO TO 4WP ON 42nd. I had a pretty great experience here! I took my truck in for some typical upgrades of every 4x4 owner. I was assisted by Chandler, and I just pitched my goals for my truck. Chandler was very helpful from gathering a quote, to final pick up of my truck. I was able to coordinate my online purchases through paypal so I could utilize my financing options and went over the order on the phone. There was never any fuss or sigh from service while I was navigating through this deal. When I pulled up to the lot to pick up my truck, I smiled :) It was evident that I was more than pleased with the outcome of my choices! Further more, I had somewhat recently taken on a large pot hole on my truck, months before this purchase. This incident left my truck with an alignment issue and a noticeable wobble at high speeds of 75mph. I first took the truck to a reputable shop, "Tire World" in COS, and they said they were able to do an alignment, and noticed a ball joint somewhat loose. So after i paid over $300 for the repair and service, I still had my wheel constantly at 11 - 11:30 to keep straight on the road, there was slight improvement on wobble now at 75mph, and also, I noticed now that i had my passenger side tires conveniently inflated 3 PSI above the driver side.... SMFH.... I asked them about this, and they said, "yes, we gave it Highway test"... Never again, will i go there. Second shop, did oil change, asked them to investigate the concern. This shop said they did a road test, did not notice anything wrong... At this point, even when stated, "wobble at 75mph", im assuming shops do their road test in a parking lot? Finally came in to 4wheel parts. Before they began install, they gave a full on inspection. I was contacted with the results: Loose or some play in steering box, Steering box has a "pop" noise when turning, and Wheel bearing needs replaced. Somehow two other shops missed the wheel bearing inspection. 4wheel parts indicated that truck was able to continue install and take truck in for warranty repair to dealer once they were done. It seems like these guys here know what to look for, especially to have been able to spot this "without" me ever telling them i had an issue! I have yet to stump Max but when I do come close, someone behind the counter can always back him up and make sure I get good info and advice. I trust the sales people at this location very much. When I ask about a part for a project I know I will get honest answers as they try to help me get the part that's right for me. I have spent more hours than I care to admit hanging out there while they service my truck for me, or, I'll admit it, I sometimes stop in just to talk shop and kill some time. If they are not busy, I'll talk with two or three people behind the counter about how to build something or how to design something for my Jeep. I've incorporated some of their ideas into my project and it's helped me get past some problem areas I had.This is above and beyond the call of just selling stuff. I don't post things very often but had to say something about the mail order business they have.... I live down south metro Denver and researched tire air compressors everywhere online. These guys were by far the best price so I ordered the Smitty built compressor.....when it showed up at my door step in 1.5 days I was very impressed!! Good job!!
