I came into this Discount Tire location today Friday September 26th and was honestly shocked by how one employee treated another in front of customers. While I was waiting, I overheard one worker say to a coworker , "I wish you were good at your job so I don't have to be back here." It was loud, disrespectful, and incredibly unprofessional. There's no reason to talk to someone like that -- especially in front of customers. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and made me question how this location treats both its staff and its customers. Takari looked like they were just trying to do their job, and I honestly felt bad witnessing that kind of treatment. Management should really take a closer look at what's going on here because that kind of toxic behavior doesn't belong in any workplace. I've had decent experiences with Discount Tire in the past, but this was disappointing. Do better. read more

We woke up to one of the tires almost flat. We decided to run our errands in the other truck. When we finally arrived home, we usually go to a competitor since they are closer. Due to the traffic fiasco, we went to Highlands Ranch. Joseph greeted us with a smile, and we explained the problem. He gave us a time frame of about an hour. We were hoping that he could just patch the tire. Within 30 minutes, he was sending us a text message - the tire was able to be patched. I have been a customer of Discount Tire for many years however recently my windshield was damaged while I had left it with them. Since I could not prove they damaged the car while they had it, they did not take responsibility for the damage which was over $900 to repair. I just don't can't recommend any business that will not take responsibility for their mistakes. read more

Could it really be six years since I updated my review? Yikes, time flies! This place is pretty incredible. Our most recent experience was one, that in the end, was something to write home to mom about. We brought 2 cars in for free tire rotations and after my initial heart attack of being told both had issues with their tires, Chad and Ryan made the process as painless as possible. Same top-notch customer service--for us and the cars. Really awesome tires--quality and best price. We are definitely Discount Tire fans and really enjoy working with Ryan, Chad and the rest of the team at this location. They are all very professional, have impressive high quality processes (we watched through a window like at Krispy Kreme where you can watch doughnuts being made), and were efficient and quick. We left very happy and look forward to seeing them again for our tire rotations (still included in the tire purchase package). Covid-wise: they spread out the chairs to be social distanced (no 2 seats were next to each other). They also had multiple benches outside. Blue "X's" on the concrete around the door to remind folks if they are waiting in line to get in, to social distance during that time as well. read more

First of all, I usually buy tires from Discount Tire because they usually have the lowest prices. I usually buy the warranty but never had to use it. On this last purchase, I got a screw close to the wall, so it was irreparable. Kevin, my rep, was awesome. Replacing the tire would cost me 253 but he retroactively let me add warranty to all the tires for 202 saving me 51 bucks and having the peace of mind that my tires are now protected. I've learned that only does Discount Tire usually have the cheapest prices, but also some awesome customer service. read more

I worked with Steven today and he was excellent. He explained everything to me and was great to work with. Jake and the staff at the Highlands Ranch location are amazing! Within ten minutes of arrival, they had my two old trailer tires removed from my rims and the new tires installed. I was hauling boulders out of town for a landscaping project and needed two new tires. Austin beat the price of a local competitor. I live in Evergreen CO and always bought tires from Discount but this time I purchased a tire that would not allow me to get up my steep snowy driveway. Discount Tire after a month returned those tires and replaced them with Michelin CrossClimate tires for a small fee. Returning home I was able to buzz right up my driveway with no slipping!! Recently I had a nail in my (fairly new) tire. The nail was so close to the wall that unfortunately could not be fixed and required a new tire. With my work hours, it's difficult to make it in during their business hours, and on my days off I always have a million and one things to do. I dropped my car off Tuesday morning (thinking "it's Tuesday", they won't be that busy) but they were slammed. Not accounting for how much time it would take, I knew I was going to be late for a very important interview that morning. I worked with Cade and he was amazing through the process and rushed to get my tire fixed in time for me to make it to my interview. Decent prices, nice folks, but consistently damage my expensive European wheels/rims EVERY time I take it in. Lots of apologies and insist next time they will put "top guy" on it to not damage, but every time they come back chipped and scratched (even after I alert them to my previous experiences). They WAY over torque lugs too. Damaged my lugs from overtightening, had to buy new set one time. Have learned to retorque after pickup. (ie, spec of 85lbs, they tighten to 125lbs). read more

Guys repaired it in all of 5 minutes, took the donut off and put the tire back on, donut back into my car, and said it was on the house. I dropped in there this morning with a slow leak in my rear tire, hoping to get it in before I had to head to a meeting at 10:30. Brett got me in right away and told me it would be about 30-40 minutes...awesome! About 30 minutes later I got a text that my car was ready. When I walked back, Brett told me that there was a small nail in the tire and that they'd removed it and repaired it. He then handed me the keys and said: "...no charge, have a great day." WHAT!? I've been in here before and they've always been great but level of customer care is something that you just don't see anymore. Consistently good service here and everyone is always so happy to help. My son got new tires several months ago but hit a curb and damaged one of them. They replaced the whole tire for him almost free. When they did this, they removed the valve cap which was a di that my son has on all four tire valve caps. He was sad to see it went missing after they replaced his tire. He asked the shop about it a couple days later and they did not have it but said they'd keep an eye out. This location used to be the best in the area. Over the last few sets of tires, it has become increasingly worse. We are in our 4th set of tires for one of our vehicles, never have we purchased the extended warranty on a set, yet this time, they just added it to the bill for an extra ~$225 dollars. Never mentioning it, and confidently presented me with the total when they asked me if I would be paying with a card. When I asked to look at the receipt, without even handing it to me, the gentleman told me, "oh I added the extended warranty, you want me to remove it?" My wife had dropped off the car, I expect they thought she would be picking it up also. I would like to think they would try this on all customers, not just women. read more

Real nice folks and decent prices (if you price shop them). Used to be best prices around, now just average. Biggest issue I have had last 3 times Ive gone to Discount is they damage my expensive German wheels every time. They chip off the clear powder-coating on the rim, and mar up the finish around the lugs even AFTER I remind them to please take care. Wish they would have a better process for protecting rims. Their warranty has gone down hill too. If you read fine print, only covers tires for 3 years now, used to be life of tire. 10 years ago this was the ONLY place I'd consider going. A+. Now I shop them around, and actually buy elsewhere as often as I buy here (I have a lot of rubber), probably a solid B now. read more

I have bought a LOT of tires over the years, and this Discount Tire continues to impress me every time I go there. Every time I go in I'm impressed at how quickly they get things done, and how incredibly friendly everyone there is. I've purchased 2 sets of tires and a set of wheels from Alex in the last month and the transactions went perfect. Alex was able to track down a hard to find wheel to complete the set for a matching spare on our Wrangler and got everything in way faster than I thought possible. While most of my recent dealings were with Alex, I have met several of the other employees at this store too. They all seem to really enjoy what they do and are genuinely happy helping their customers. It will be a while until I need another set of tires, but when I do I will absolutely go back to this Discount. read more

This is the second time purchasing tires from this store and this last time I got home and realized that one of the Hyundai logos from the hub cap was missing. I called the store to see if they had it..they said yes so I drove back 20 minutes to get it just for them to tell me it was broken...not sure why they couldn't have told me that over the phone, but they said they'd order a new one and give me a call when it came in. It's been almost two months now and I haven't heard anything. I realize I don't have the newest car, but when you're trusting someone with your things you expect to have them returned to you as you left them or for things to at least be replaced as promised. read more
