I recently checked out if I could get my oil changed without an appt. , or spending a lifetime waiting for one. I called many places (unnamed) to find out that - in all... it would not happen in Castle Rock. I then called Dan ; a very cordial and friendly man who actually sounded like he would like to have my business ! He has won my devotion to the grease monkey. I will change my oil here from now on. Gratefully, Roger Barnes Castle Rock, Co. read more

Grease Monkey - Hard at work doing a GREAT JOB. - Auto Repair Near Me - Parker, Colorado

Although the service was good Grease Monkey is now doing a disservice to its customers. I use Mobil One Full Synthetic Oil and when I checked the sticker they put on my windshield it shows only 3000 miles till my next oil change. This is ludicrous as it should be 5000 miles between changes with Mobil One, which can go to 7500 to 10000 miles between changes. Another example of shrinkflation at work and corporate greed. At better than $100.00 for an oil change you would think they would want their customers to get the maximum use between changes. Shame on you Grease Monkey. read more

I've been coming here for over 20 years. This place is top notch customer service and trustworthy. They are consistent and always willing to help the community and local schools. Definitely a gem! read more

The employees were friendly, courteous, diligent, and professional. I'll be going back!

We decided spur of the moment to take the car in for an oil change on a Saturday morning. We were greeted promptly by a friendly gentlemen who got our car checked in and told us that it would only be about 30 minutes. When we returned they had finished. They also informed us of all the other things they had checked. A quick oil change, friendly staff, great customer service, reasonable prices. I highly recommend checking this place out for your next oil change. read more

The so called manager was rude and uninformed. Gave wrong information and never appeared to care.

I was very impressed with the efficiency, attentiveness and overall customer service here. The quality of service is definitely evident and I will be bringing my car back here in the future! read more

Excellent service and super friendly staff. I have been going here for my oil change for the past year and will not go anywhere else. These guys are very knowledgeable, work hard and I trust what they say. Highly recommend! read more

Always a fantastic greeting my the manager. The staff is courteous, polite and very efficient.

After the horrible experience I had at Grease Monkey in Castle Rock, I swore off the brand entirely. My wife convinced me to try this place. What a difference. Very competent, very quick (even including a fuel filter change on a diesel pickup - that's not a fun or easy task), and extremely friendly. From now on, these are my oil change guys. read more

Absolutely amazing customer service and friendly staff that ensure you have a great experience with them. This is a well run shop with great employees. I came from Castle Rock looking for better service after exhausting the options there, and I finally found it here. Good guys that work quickly and go above and beyond even on routine maintenance work. read more

Fast, good service, affordable, and didn't try to upsell. Will return for every oil change, rotation and basic service I need.

These guys are the exception to the rules! They truly are the best in town when it comes to oil changes! The shop is tip top with great employees and the service is always done right and fast! They support our local High Schools too and are really part of the community! I appreciate that! read more

Not my closest Grease Monkey - but the best. Quick, competent service by an experienced staff. I've been going there for years and never had a bad experience. read more

Great service and the workers were really nice and friendly. I stopped by here on my way to a road trip to South Dakota and pleased with the service. I would definitely come back. read more

They gave me a flower after they changed my oil. I thought it was a one time sweet gesture last January but they did it again today. I had an awful experience once at the one off of Parker rd. but this Stroh location is seriously the best. I love you guys and I'm never going anywhere else! read more

I cannot say enough good about the staff at this Grease Monkey. I live in NW Denver, but try to time my oil changes for when I'm doing stuff with family in Parker. They have always been honest and provided professional service. My visit at the end of December was above and beyond my expectations. It was the first oil change for my new-to-me car. Ends up the oil drain plugs/bolts were rounded by the previous owner. The staff let me know, told me how to remedy it under my warranty, vacuumed the car, as well as checked my fluids and tires...and charged me nothing. They wouldn't even accept a tip. Top notch people and service! read more

Great service, so friendly. Checked all fluids, filled tires, wiped down inside. Answered questions readily!

I have always had a good experience taking my cars in to the store off Stroh Rd (think that's the street name?) They are fast, don't push sales & I appreciate the fact that they are upfront. read more

Terrific service, honest guys, can get you in with no appointment. Can't say enough good things. I will definitely return.

Took my son's vehicle in for an oil change, as a favor to him, the service was excellent! They were friendly, quick and to my surprise they handed me a pretty red carnation when I checked out. Very pleasant experience. read more

I was conditioned to feel nervous, bringing my car somewhere for even something as simple as an oil change- just in fear that I would spend so much or be pressured to. I'm glad that's not the case here. The guys here are great. They really take pride in what they do. read more

My husband and I bring our vehicles here every time. We have never had anything but exceptional service. The owner is the nicest man ever and always gives me a carnation when i leave. They even help load up our groceries if we have been to king Soopers during the oil change. They leave the car cleaner than when you brought it in. Top notch service! read more

I had just recently had a new ProCharger installed, and when in to have the oil changed on it after the 500 mile break in period. I saw them carrying out a large box of standard oil, and went in to ask them about it. I told them I thought it had a self contained oil system, and they conferred and told me no it was plugged into the engine oil, and they could see the oil line. Then even added to that at the end telling me my car "now takes" 9 quarts of oil...my car has always taken that much. Well after leaving, I called the shop that installed the ProCharger, and they confirmed that it does have a self contained oil system and there is no oil line running to it. At the end of the day, they lied about what they saw to convince me I needed a $130 oil change that I didn't need, and still had to go have the service done that I came in for at a shop that knew what they were doing. I attempted to reach out to the shop to ask them how they were going to remedy this, but clearly they did not want to acknowledge they didn't know what they were doing so straight up ignored me. I will never take another car to this shop, and I suggest anyone reading this does not either. read more

This location is the best I have ever been to. I have been going to for years and they are always so quick and the nicest people ever. They even vacuum out your car and wash your windows every time. I even take our trash secondary car here and they still treat it as well as our much nicer car. I will always go here. read more

Great experience. Very friendly service, promised 45 min and done in 45 min. Even got a flower when I was done.

This is the single best service experience you can have. I know, grease monkey?!? I've been here at least 4 times before posting this because I keep waiting for them to let me down :) . But you pull up, they greet you, place the order, tell you it will be 15-30 minutes....I go across the street to shop and come back with it always completed before allocated time. They're friendly, timely, cheap, not sure what more you could possibly want out of a oil shop. 5 stars! read more

The BEST customer service. Everyone I came in contact with was SO friendly and informative and helpful. I'm a woman in my 20's and normally feel anxious when taking my car in but everyone at this location was unbelievably helpful and kind. Quick turn around too!! read more

Prices are WAY to high for oil changes. For having nothing else in the bay they also took WAY to long. Typically I do my own but I figured I'd give them a shot. Tech told my my car requires synthetic (it doesn't) but I went with it anyway since I use mobile one. read more

This Grease Monkey never disappoints! Their customer service in phenomenal. This is definitely my go to spot to get my oil changed, every single time. And the pretty carnations always help make doing car things more enjoyable for me :) read more

Fast and professional. These guys always do a good job and never try to up-sell. Never worry about coming here, as I know they will do a good job. read more

Double the price from the dealership for same synthetic oil change. I should have just stuck with the appointment and gone to the dealership, then it is on the CarFax too and the dealership takes the same amount of time so the convenience factor isn't an issue at all. So if you are ok with paying more it is recommended if not I wouldn't recommend at all! Definitely won't be returning, lesson learned read more

got an oil change at another place, and they discovered that the last oil change - at stroh ranch grease monkey - the oil plug had been stripped and needed to be replaced. now how can they be so inept as to strip an oil plug, when this is their business? never going back. the old guy is unconfrontable anyway - the customer is always wrong and they are always right. read more

In terms of a touch free carwash, this does a great job. I bought a premium wash. My only caution and the reason for four stars is that if you have PTSD or any mental condition, be aware that the arm in this wash comes within inches of the windshield at eye level before increasing in height and can feel rather freaky. Just sit back, close your eyes, and wait for it to be over. They might want to have a warning sign at the entrance. read more

Awesome service. Dan is great and Darrell explains what is going on. Plus he is a baseball expert
