Hey, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. My dad and I have been coming here for years and have always had great experiences, which is why this stood out. During my last visit, I wasn't informed that the oil I usually get was out of stock until after my oil had already been drained. At that point, I felt like I didn't have a choice but to go with a more expensive option. Originally, the service would've been around $50, but instead it ended up being close to $90, which was a pretty big and unexpected difference. I completely understand that inventory issues happen, but it would've been really appreciated if I had been told beforehand so I could make an informed decision. I have been coming to this Lincoln & Parker Rd store 687 location in Parker for the past 5 years for oil changes, filling my tires up with air & headlamp restoration. Everyone has always been friendly, helpful, listening to my needs & giving prompt service. They have been honest, I appreciate their checking what services they recommend for the mileage I have, and also that they do not pressure me with selling those services. Today they replaced my license plate lightbulb that was out, which I didn't even know they checked for! I have always had a great experience and highly recommend them. read more

My vehicle didn't have an oil leak until I went to the grease monkey. They changed my oil. Never mentioned that I had an oil leak. I get home. Parked the car in the garage in the morning. There's a pool of oil. Like I said the car never leaked before. I go back to them to ask them why my car is suddenly leaking and I'm told that I have several leaks. But like I said, the car never leaked oil previously. I go to another grease monkey, and they explained to me that the oil filter canister has been damaged and it's leaking primarily from there. It's literally pouring out. I go back to this garage, grease monkey, and they are defensive and rude and absolutely refused to accept Any responsibility. Your car might run great when you take it in, but it certainly may not when you get it out. read more

1. Requested Mobile One got Havoline oil instead without being told. Recognized it was Havoline by the invoice. 2. Two days later learned that oil was leaking from from the drain plug. Brought the car back and it was determined that they used the old gasket which should have been replaced. 3. They could not get a gasket from their suppliers and told me to come back the next day. Came back the next day still no gasket. I went and bought a gasket at NAPA for them. Did not offer to remiburse me for the gasket I purchased or offer anything for my inconvience. 4. Very pushy on upselling other products and services. NO Chance I would trust they with anything now. 5. I know it's a lube shope but it is filthy. 6. In the past have I've had a okay experience but I will never use them again. 7. Too bad another one bits the dust due to bad service. read more

I've been waiting for an hour and a half and the car is still not done. They have "now hiring" signs up so they are short staffed but no other cars have come out for over 30 minutes. 15 minute oil changes are not a thing here like another sign says. read more

While I was waiting I saw and heard what a difference these guys marks for the community. Be careful going here. This location specifically has over torqued my drain plug on 2 occasions. Ruined my oil pan causing me to have to pay over 700 dollars and no one will return my calls from grease monkey about getting it paid for. Both Ed the GM and Steve the District manager have failed to take care of this issue for me. read more

The best part of this Grease Monkey is being open on Sunday's. Unfortunately that's where it ends. The workers move at a snails pace. They didn't turn on the TVs so they don't have to live up to their fast time guarantee. I used to be someone who loved Grease Monkey but Parker grease monkey operates differently. read more

My only problem is that it really hot outside and no covered place and the air-conditioning inside was broken! It must have been 85-90 indoors! You have to allow your customers to be comfortable! Alex a service tech there let me know they "Can't work on a Subaru has a sealed engine" then as I explained where the plug is he continued "We don't know how to do that" which I can understand. I was recommended to come to the Grease monkey on Parker and parker. The people there weren't very nice and everything was an upsell. I understand that to run a successful business there needs to be some upsailing. But to full on lie to me And say that I need fuel injectors to continue my warranty on my car. I must look like an idiot because I'm a female. Twice now I have gone to this location to have my oil changed. Twice they have shown me "my" cabin filter, indicating that it's filthy and suggest that I have it changed. Both times I turned them down because I am perfectly capable of doing it myself, and I do. This last time that I went, the guy showed me a yellow, filthy filter. I don't buy yellow filters and they don't get that filthy. Because of this type of dishonesty, how do I even know if they're changing my oil? Lastly, they try to upsell. When I say I only want an oil change, I mean only an oil change. They recommend I get tires because they were so low on tread but didn't pressure me into anything. They refused to honor my triple A discount because they aren't capable of voiding a transaction, apparently. I think they might have tampered with my antifreeze reservoir because the mechanic I saw a month ago said it was a good engine before I bought the car and now it's apparently not. They duped me into getting a filter along with my oil change, which I regret. They inspired me to start working on my own car. They wanted $500-$600 to replace the thing that holds antifreeze but the guy at O'Reillys sold me liquid rubber to patch the leak up and I'll do it myself since a lady can't trust a misogynistic mechanic. This was my first time at a Grease Monkey as the place I normally go was booked. They had me pull my own car into the bay which was fine. However, the mechanic that was going to work on my vehicle stuck his entire head into my drivers side window, right next to me, to speak with me and check my mileage. He was not wearing a mask. I have 3 high risk children at home and it would be detrimental to them if I contracted the virus. Out of all the employees, only one was wearing a mask. I understand they work outside, but if there are going to come in contact with customers, its imperative their wear a mask for those situations. If I contract the virus I will have to contact the contract tracing group and direct them to Grease Monkey. read more

How can these 5 star reviews be real? Other sites are all 1 and 2 stars. I went here for an oil change and while I did have the synthetic blend it still certainly didn't justify a $65 bill. Anywhere else I pay a max of $30 down to $25. They're twice the cost of other places. Surely they do not charge everyone these outrageous prices. The only reason I went here is because all the other service stations had waits and I wanted to get it over with. I will never return. read more

I came in to get my brakes fixed. I was told it would only be an hour. I arrived at 930 am and didn't leave until 130 pm. I was then charged $498 to fix my brakes. I feel they discriminate towards females because if that had been my dad who got the brakes fixed he wouldn't have been charged $500. read more

WORST customer service I have ever had in my life!!! They lie and lie about everything thing. they take advantage of young girls by over charging and not doing what was committed to. Extreme lack of communication, I was told when I called the next day to check on my car, after leaving it overnight because they could not get it in the day before, that it would be done in an hour and they would call me. I called a few hours later after not receiving a call, and they said yes it's been done. When I asked why I did not get a phone call when it was done I was told "because we are to busy to call". Also when I first called to check on things I was told the ac issue was fixed and then when I called the second time I was told it was not because the gas to fix it is to expensive and they don't have any and won't buy any. after Dealing with all of this I went to pick up my daughters truck and paid for it knowing that we were charged to much and that they did services not approved by us. I then reached out to an ex-employee for guidance about a coupon my daughter sent to me after I left and to see what he thought about the bill. I wanted to see if he thought they would credit the coupon. he made some calls and told me to go back in to get a credit and so I went back. Waiting for the manager who knew I was coming and finally he came to talk to me acting like he did not know why I was there told me I needed to wait until he was done working on a car it would be 10 minute. after waiting and the car he was working on left and the manager was talking to workers in the shop and then got on the phone and proceed to ignore me after I had been waiting 30 minute, my husband confronted him while he is sitting in the shop on the phone (you could tell it was a personal call not work related) he would not get off the phone and then other employees started yelling at my husband calling him a Liar and that I was not waiting on the manager to help me with a credit and then another employee stated that it was going to be just a f&f so we should just shut up and continue to wait. We ended up just leaving and will never go back!!! they lie. They take advantage of younger customers and they ignore you when you try to get issues resolved. Two words - they lied.. told me today they I needed the fluid in my gear boxes changed because it was getting dirty. This is hundreds of dollars we're talking about. I replied that I paid them to do that work 5k miles ago at my last appointment. They guy then tells me, "oh oops, we were just kidding." Unfortunately, when the people working on your car Lie to you, you have no choice but to never go back again. Be careful with this place. If my wife would have taken our car in, she would have paid them to do the service and just trusted what they were saying. Really bums me out that they did this. I'd trust these guys to do absolutely anything on my car. The best mechanics are not always found in the high end car shops. These guys know their stuff! First time in a long time that we've visited an oil change location of any brand that we weren't given the 20 minute marketing run down about how everything in the Jeep needed to be replaced. Best place I've ever taken my cars, hands down. I like to DIY a lot of car things but sometimes is better to take it somewhere. I had them do my spark plugs and ignition column (key wasn't turning) and they really did an amazing and fast job. I was also going to have my window fixed, as it was stuck a quarter of the way down. I had them wait on it for this time but they plugged it in and rolled my window up regardless, was very pleased! They even checked and topped off all of my fluids and performed a visual inspection on the whole car without me even having to ask! Overall great job, will always come back here. I am so disappointed in this Grease Monkey! I arrived today and waited inside the building which had zero air flow and wreaked of cigarettes. It would have been fine if I was there for only 20 minutes, but I waited on my routine oil change for nearly 40 minutes. I was the ONLY car they were working on so that is crazy by itself. I was told in the first 5 minutes of being there that there are a TON of things that needed to be done to my vehicle. Later to find out that he was telling me of suggested maintenance. Seems like he was trying to scare me. Then I finally drive off and look at my receipt which claims that my exterior windows were cleaned and the inside was vacuumed. Both of which Were not in fact completed. I am so bothered by the "scare" tactics used to sell and the dishonesty, that I will not be returning to this location again. read more

Finally told them to jump in a lake. Went to a better mechanic with a lower price. Low and behold their clearly "guessed" assessment was wrong.
