Do not go here! the service writer doesn't listen. been here now for 3.5 hours cause they can't get a oil change right. Not only did they fill my car with the wrong oil, then service writer wants to argue and gas light me on the service I asked for then tries to send me on my way without doing the correct work. This is my first time here and will be the last time here! This is the one time I would tell somebody to take it to a dealership instead of wasting time and money here. this place is not worth the stress of a loyal customer. Instead of argue with the customer about how service writer can't listen.

    Me begging for updates

This place has ruined my Christmas. I use to work here for about 6-8 months as an oil tech so I could learn about cars and when someone is pulling my leg and trying to screw me over. December 2nd I brought my Hyundai Kona in for a typical oil change. I know all the boys in there so I wasnt worried. About 200 miles after getting my oil done (same day as I drive a lot for work and our small business up in Broomfield) coming home on county line road my sister in law was driving my car and the drain plug blew and dropped all my oil. My sister in law didn't know anything had happened until white smoke came out of my engine and my car (which luckily has a safety mechanism and just shut my car down.) we waited almost 3 hours for someone from grease monkey to help I was on the phone with the district manager Tommilyn Kubasta and she was extremely disrespectful told me she was here when they did the oil change doing an audit so it's unlikely anything happened and it's just your car burning a lot of oil. No it wasn't white smoke was coming out of my engine and tailpipes and my car completely stopped moving and I had no drain plug and you could visibly see my oil all over county line. They told us we could go home and he'd meet us at meadows market when he gets there and we can take him to my car. He called us to meet him there got there he wasn't. We gave him a call he sounded frazzled and didn't know we'd be that quick so I said to hell with it and went to my car. There he was underneath it trying to put my drain plug back in and some oil. He tried to drive my car again when both me and my sister in law were telling him not to and he completely seized my engine and probably blew a piston ring or something because then straight oil came out my tailpipe. After a full week of arguing with Tommy and her being just nasty I was finally able to get my $700 dryer from my car cause Tommy refused to speak with my husband or allow him access to my car. ( All because we aren't traditionally married. We are in college so want to wait but own a house together and all the cars.) So I had to find time to come to parker from Littleton because that's where I work to come get my stuff because they couldn't be decent humans and give me a break and allow someone who I gave permission to to get my very expensive equipment. Now it's the day after Christmas no one will speak to me or answer my calls no one has called to tell me what is actually wrong with my car and Dave the shop manager has been the only one to answer me. Sandra Cummings with their insurance company hasn't told me anything and caught an attitude with me because the rental she gave me was front wheel that drives horribly on any other weather condition than bright and sunny. I already had to take another day off because of the Ice over. And no they won't give me a 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive car even though that's what they took from me. My car is still in the shop parking lot almost a month later. And no one is answering me. The kids that work their are nice but no wonder their entire last crew left cause of how awful this new company and manager is. Has ruined all grease monkeys for me and I will be telling every customer I work with as I am a mobile pet groomer and work over half of Colorado.

    Recommendation

Great shop, super honest Technicians! After a bad experience at Brakes Plus in Castle Rock, this shop was recommended to me by several people. I brought my car for a second opinion for brakes. Billy gave me the best quote, great work, and remarkable, fast service!

Keeping good employees in this type of business is not easy. I have had a few problems here but generally a quick and easy oil change.

Shady stuff happening here. Be careful and watch details…read more Took truck here for transmission issue because my warranty co approved them. After painfully long replacement process I had issues with the transmission since the replacement, took it in several times for inspection and adjustment and was told it's fine and just keep driving it. Over 6k miles and a year later, same exact issue happened with the transmission they put in. Had to be towed from Keystone. Got it in and was told there's no transmission fluid in it, but there's also no leaks anywhere. More shop time, more flush/fills. Again I'm told it's fine. Had a long haul planned to Cali withs trailer so went in several times to make sure it checked out ok. Several flushes and refills later they say it's good. Regional manager said he checked trans fluid level but only went out to parking lot with OBD scanner, can back a few minutes later and said "everything looks fine" - but that's now how a Tundra works so what was he "checking"? Same manager said he replaced a sensor but magically that's nowhere on the service report at all, nor is half the stuff they claimed the claim was done. Also they changed oil before my trip and didn't put oil drain plug back correctly so dripped all the way home and onto my driveway. Simplest of tasks and it gets messed up. Faith is gone. Got to Fruita with an empty trailer, far below vehicles capacity, and started seeing smoke - spewing trans fluid. Got into local shop and they say they pulled out 1.5 quarts of overfilled trans fluid, plus whatever I puked out. So Pride overfilled it and sent me on my way. Now I'm told "we can't do anything more for you". Three other shops later, including dealership, and the general consensus is faulty install and/or bad replacement transmission. Either way I'm dead in the water and they've washed their hands of it. I've sat in that lobby enough hours to know they PRIDE themselves on upsells and unnecessary work, straight from their own mouths. Kinda funny what you learn just listening. What a nightmare. Lots of data for my attorney to chew through now.

They charged me $2,261.38 and replaced the alternator, belt, battery, and EGR valve. The same day I picked it up, the emissions light came right back on. When I returned (the next day), they claimed it was a "new issue" and wanted another $1,100. How does a brand-new problem appear immediately after a full diagnostic and major repairs? It really feels like they misdiagnosed the original problem. I paid for a comprehensive diagnostic and still left with the same warning light and stalling. Very frustrating and disappointing. I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this shop.

Hey, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. My dad and I have been coming here for…read moreyears and have always had great experiences, which is why this stood out. During my last visit, I wasn't informed that the oil I usually get was out of stock until after my oil had already been drained. At that point, I felt like I didn't have a choice but to go with a more expensive option. Originally, the service would've been around $50, but instead it ended up being close to $90, which was a pretty big and unexpected difference. I completely understand that inventory issues happen, but it would've been really appreciated if I had been told beforehand so I could make an informed decision. I've always trusted your service, so this was frustrating. I just wanted to bring it to your attention and hope it can be avoided in the future.

We have had a warranty repair for a coolant leak and no questions asked, they fixed the issue at no cost. We've also had them do some exhaust work (cat converter), alternator replacement, water pump, oil changes, diagnostics... we've used them a lot. The only issue I have is their cost for parts. They will do the repair using customer parts, but no warranty if you go that route. If the part fails, that's on you... But, they literally charge 2x retail for the parts they have quoted me when doing repairs. At least that's what I've found when checking on parts they've installed for me. I understand shops need to make a little love on what they install, but they seem high. We all have a choice and I chose to pay them more to do the work so I didn't have to. If you need a reliable shop that does good work, and you don't mind paying a little extra, they're good. Will they recommend stuff for preventive maintenance and try to upsell you? Yes, of course they will, but they've never recommended something to me that I wasn't already expecting. No complaints, I'm just whining about their parts pricing, which is why I only gave 4 stars.

They told me if I got x, y and z my car would be fixed. No more noise from the back end. Didn't even notice I got a battery $427, and instead of just 2 brake pads I now had 2 new rotors as well (originals fine) extra $235, an alignment at $130. When it started making the exact same noise I went back. Was told it's cold so wait till summer and for parts to break in. Went again same answer. NO record of discussions. Last time manager said They discounted the bill so it's like I never paid for the extras? I paid thousands for fix something that wasn't fixed. He blew me off. Then tells me oh it is actually this that's wrong not really what you paid to fix. Showed me on a paper in a notes area where other fixes were discussed when it absolutely wasn't. The main person I dealt with was fired. No tmi, had a good convo about life events I was going through that had affected my brain. In any case, $3000 some odd later, the manager blew me off. Wouldn't listen. No proof bc all employees were fired since then. They didn't document anything discussed at any appointment. Just what they "should be " for the businesses wallet. Literally said he has a business to run and doesn't have time for this and walked away! He was demeaning, condescending, rude, unprofessional, and what those employees did was reckless and he treated me as though he knew better because I'm just a woman. I'm not kidding, I felt like I was thrown back in the 1950s.. I wanted my money back to go elsewhere to get it fixed properly or they fix it properly for free. Nope. He laughed. His way was the truth. What's on paper. Truth. Undocumented truth, doesn't exist so it never happened. That's it. I signed not even seeing this extra stuff. I was under duress due to what I cannot mention here. Whatever you do, if you need any big repairs, don't go here. There are a lot more reviews like mine elsewhere. If you want a basic oil change, you're fine. Update: I forgot to add that that new battery got? It died last night and had to get a jumpstart in a parking lot at 9 o'clock at night. Other batters last me at LEAST 5-6 years, this one just a little over a year! Now I'm nervous to go out and I'm too scared to go back to the business. I can't afford to take it somewhere else to have it tested, and God forbid replaced.
