I recently had my oil changed. The reason for my one-star review is what happened with my windshield wipers. I asked them to replace the windshield wipers, and my company was charged for the replacement because it's a fleet vehicle. However, after the service, I discovered the original wipers were still on the vehicle and had never been replaced. Whether this was an oversight or something else, my company was billed for a service that was not performed. That is unacceptable and has caused me to lose confidence in this location. read more

Last minute oil change by them resulted in 1000$ worth of repairs cause hey cross threaded the drainplug. Had to have entire pan replaced. No refund or reimbursement cause I had the work done elsewhere... but they can't do a simple oil change why would I trust them to torque bolts back into my engine block? That's a risk I can't take, I depend on my car, and stripped out bolts in the engine block would total it. read more

It took an hour and a half for an oil change, with no line in front of me. I have a fleet vehicle and the bill was $270 when I checked out. This seemed weird to me when all I asked for was an oil change. They changed my wiper blades and multiple filters without my consent (never even asked me) and then fraudulently billed my company. I am getting a new windshield tomorrow and the wipers are being changed so that is $80 of wipers down the drain (also $80?? For blades??? Get out of here). This crew was also laughing, yelling and swearing the entire time me and 4 others were in the waiting room. It was beyond unprofessional. I needed to get my spark plugs changed on my 2017 Nissan Murano, so I went to Jiffy Lube. The technician who replaced my spark plugs didn't correctly hook up one of the spark plugs. I did not know this at the time. My car worked fine for a couple of days but soon thereafter it died. I took the car back and they told me one of the cylinders in the engine was leaking oil and it would require additional work to fix my car. At this point, I took my car to an actual mechanic who took my engine apart and told me the engine was fine. The issue was one of the spark plugs was not securely connected to the cylinder which caused my car to stop working. Incompetent service. Bad value. Save yourself money and a headache. They were in the garage swearing at each other (real professional guys) then when they brought me out there the plastic cover over my engine was CRACKED all the way across it! The guy said "we noted it when it came in" but he never said a WORD to me about it. I am absolutely positive they broke it taking it off. I simply don't believe him, that's definitely something you bring the customer out to see BEFORE you start work. Excellent experience! I worked with a gentleman by the name of Matt. You could tell that he knew what he was doing and that he was going to give you what you need and nothing more. He lacks personality, but that doesn't affect his ability to work. The main reason for my review is mainly price. The blend I bought was $80+. That seems absurd. I did scramble to find a coupon for $7 off (pictured). Even $73 for a small 4 cyl is quite ridiculous. I remember that an 8 cyl truck oil change, full synthetic, and tire rotation was $60. Workmanship is extremely poor. One of the last things in the oil change is to check work for leaks and cleanliness. There was oil all on the front diff top and bottom which clearly came from the removal of the oil filter. I thought I could save some money coming to Jiffy Lube instead of the dealership. Absolute garbage!!! I've been to Jiffy Lube a few times and NEVER had a good experience but today takes the cake. I sat there for about 10 minutes watching 5 employees point at me, talk about me, and NO ONE came to acknowledge me. Finally, they did and I was waiting for my oil change. I watched the employees wander around and didn't see anyone working. After about 25 minutes they started swearing and screaming at each. I get people having a bad day but to feel like they could have cared less about their customers and were more worried about their own drama was ridiculous! I finally gave up after 30 minutes. Got an oil change, they were all friendly and did the job quick. My only complaint was being told that I would need spark plugs next... I barely have 30,000 miles on my 2021 vehicle. Claimed my oil pan was already cracked but didn't leak a drop before and I wake up to my oil drained completely in my driveway. Update ... The staff were really friendly, professional, and provided work above and beyond my expectations. I felt they communicated all the work they provided well. They were also very kind when it's obvious that I haven't had a tune-up and brakes way past their need. If you live in the area, I totally suggest stopping to get your car serviced here. This location did an oil change and it started leaking oil. I took it back in and they said they 'fixed' whatever it was. I took it in again when it was still leaking , finally the assistant manager told me the guy who did the oil change stripped my plug. I could tell the two times I went in they were trying to keep it from me that they messed up. They put a last chance plug in instead of offering to put in a new oil pan. Tried to take it to Nissan for oil change and they said it's slowly leaking oil and need an oil pan, 377 dollars since it was stripped. Called this location and the manager told me they won't take care of the issue. There is no integrity at this place. Save yourself money down the road and take your car to a reputable place. What a joke!! Pulled in around 11:45am Sunday morning because I needed some air in one tire and Discount is closed. My wife does get her oil changed here so I figured I'd get some air and top off washer fluid. Guy comes out and says pull around to the front so I pull around to the exit. There's ONE truck in the bay with 4 guys around. I sit there....and sit....and sit....waiting for one of these guys to acknowledge me and come throw some air in my tire. Went in for an oil change yesterday. Rep came out to my car and I said I wanted an oil change and asked if they filled DEF fluid for my diesel jeep. He thought I said diff for differential, I clarified and said DEF, don't think he got it. The rep seemed clueless and as I explained I only had 12k miles on the vehicle. He said someone else would come out to check me in. A female rep approached and she said so you want an oil change and for us to check differential? I explained again that it was def fluid, she never heard of it so I said I'll take care of it myself as I usually do, was just really low. Just change the oil please. They had to double check if they had the right oil which they did. Went to lobby to wait. Initial rep came into lobby and said hey bro, here's the deal. We checked your front differential (are you fn kidding me) and he said it was black and gunky. I asked what the typical mileage was for checking that, he had no idea and made up something like 10-12k miles. It's actually around 50k. He had 2 coffee cups, one with blackish water, the other with a light amber color. "This is what it's supposed to look like" not black. Haven't wheeled in 4wd much so I was shocked and couldn't understand it. Asked him if that was normal, again, clueless. I said let's check the rear diff just in case. He came back into lobby and said rear was black but not as bad. He and another female employee came out together, each with 2 coffee cups with "good" and "bad" oil samples. Seemed very choreographed. $120 for each diff! At this point I trusted them (haha) and approved changing the front and back. Then..... the female rep got my attention and said she had bad news, they didn't have the correct oil filter for my jeep. She found one on O'Reilly auto parts on line for $148!!!! She said they'd discount it but didn't hear what that was because I was so infuriated. So now no oil change, which I needed desperately. Growing frustrated I went into the bay entrance to talk more about the alleged bad oil in my diffs. All people working there stumbled to put a sentence together (honestly, not trying to be mean) and then told me there were metal shavings in the front diff and that gunky was an incorrect description, wtf. They already began the front diff so I said that's all they can do. Paid $120 for that amazing scam job. Talked to a mechanic at the Jeep dealership and he said he wouldn't trust or believe their diagnosis. This shop is a fraud and a scam and obviously trying to rip customers off that may or may not know much about cars. I wish I could pursue this additionally but all I can say is avoid this jiffy lube at ALL cost. read more

Here are the facts- took car in for an oil change- they accidentally drained the transmission fluid- then had to have the car towed to another location- then "changed" the transmission fluid- this took an entire day- then our transmission fluid leaked all over our garage and driveway- now... car wind shift- took it back to them- they tightened a missing gasket and leak... now I am sitting at a car repair shop wasting an entire day AGAIN! This place is hit and miss. Mostly miss. With only one car ahead of me a simple oil change took two hours! I watched as the 'tech' took nearly thirty minutes to check my air filter! Once home I took a look under the hood and the rubber boot from the air cleaner box was not only ripped but the clamp was not secured down. The air cleaner clamp was so loose I am surprised it was still in place and not laying in the street somewhere. They also clean your windows during the service. My rear window was now 50% cleaner (passenger side) but the side windows looked like a five year old tried to clean them with a dirty rag. read more

My experience at Jiffy Lube was completely unprofessional. The mechanics removed the front engine splash shield and failed to securely attach it to my car... which must have been noticeably dragging across the floor as I left the shop. This resulted in the plastic splash shield scraping across the road, and I only noticed it when approaching high speeds on the highway - creating a dangerous situation for myself and my girlfriend. They didn't check my lights. They didn't check my fluids. They gave me a hard time when I asked for an itemized receipt. The mechanics were mostly just hanging out and it took a long time for anyone to get around to talking with me. All in all, I had a terrible experience, and would not reccomend it to anyone in the future. read more

Not impressed. Customer service was pretty horrible. Was told 40 minutes (I was the first car behind the one in the bay), came back after an hour and they had moved a different car in front of mine. The owner of this car was continually in the Bay Area while they worked on his car and based on how he interacted with the workers I have to assume he was a friend of theirs. I was then told another 20 minutes until they got mine in the bay, then another 20-30 mins to do the oil change. Finally got it in the bay, they tried to sell me on a number of additional fluid changes by saying they were manufacturer required/recommended at the mileage. I happen to know the service reqs, and they aren't required, they are just checks to make sure levels are ok. The guy also asked if I wanted to buy a new air filter, which is typical, but he didn't even say the condition of the air filter (it was in good shape, so a moot point, but why try to sell a new one when it isn't needed?). After turning down the extra services the guy turns to his associate and says 'yea, it's exactly what I said it would be' They also left the hood open and just handed me the window sticker rather than putting it on the windshield. And they did not clean windows, vacuum, or any of the other 'premium' little perks they advertise. Took 2.5 hours from start to end. And as a side note, I have never seen employees at a quick lube place move so slowly... read more

She went inside to ask if the coupon would work at this location, and before they even gave her an answer they already started working on her car. So funny happen to stop by Jiffy Lube with a friend of mine to get their oil change. Nothing has changed they came out and said don't think we have a filter for your vehicle in fact were out of almost every filter. I cannot believe this place is even in business. The girl who came out clearly did not want to change your oil and said it would be a 45 minute wait with one car in front of me and said it would take approximately two hours to get the oil changed. I had read the other review about how terrible these guys were, but thought I would try them anyway since they were very close to my work. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED! BUYER BEWARE with this batch of crooks. I have been changing the oil in this Jeep for most of the 19 years that I have owned it. When I went in several things happened that made me decide to have them button it up with any services being performed. 1. The tech that took my Jeep into the bay ran it off the ramp and just laughed as he tried to get it untwisted and back into a proper spot. When he came in he asked how long the SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT had been illuminating. It had never illuminated in the past and hasn't since I took the car back. Think he was trying to sell me services I didn't need? Absolutely! 2. They removed the air filter that I had replaced about a month ago. It was pure white still and I was told it needed to be replaced because it was dirty. REALLY! Replaced one month ago, pure white and it is ready to be replaced. 3. I replaced the wipers six months ago and they have been used maybe three times maximum. I haven't been in town more that 30 days in that time period due to work. I replaced them with top of the line blades. Again told they needed to be replaced. They are practically brand new. What a bunch of liars these guys were. 4. Now for the icing on the cake. The manual I received from the manufacture says that this model Jeep needs 5 quarts of oil per change. They wanted to charge me for six and insisted that I had no idea about what I needed. I offered to show them in my manual what it stated, but wasn't allowed to go into the bay and retrieve my manual. Their computer says six was required and they wanted to charge me extra for the extra quart. That was on top of the already outrageously expensive $99 they wanted me to pay for the first five quarts. What a rip off this place would have been had I allowed them to do the work. I went in for a simple oil change and would have come out missing an arm and leg from all of the lies and over sales they tried to pull. Funny how the check engine light has only appeared once (according to the crooked tech). And that they wanted to replace brand new parts that had just been replaced. I don't want to sound sexist, but if they tried that crap with me, how are they treating men and women who know nothing about their cars? WATCH OUT AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUNCH! I can't say enough good about this Jiffy Lube. 1. My car was in an out with a fully synthetic oil change in 20 minutes. Yes I said that correctly, 20! 2. Customer service was FANTASTIC. I pulled up the garage with not a person in sight and no cars being worked on. The moment I pulled up, EVERYONE seemed to come to my service before I even had time to step out of my car. 3. Very respectful and knowledgeable of said products being used on my car. Would recommend coming here. I will surely being referring all of my contacts to this location.
