These guys are GREAT! My daughter was in from Washington a couple of weeks ago, had a coolant issue and they diagnosed her problem, and had her back on the road in a couple of days! Thanks to them she made it back home with no issues! Found myself a great local repair shop and highly recommend them to anyone! read more

I have a 2003 Chevy S10 with a 6 cylinder in it it's in there way too tight to do the plugs for me , my arms would have been mangled by the time I had gotten done, I brought the plugs and the wires with me and they got it done for a reasonable price and on time. I asked them to return my old plugs and wires back, I had one mismatched plug that I had put in there myself a while back it was in the box with the rest of my old plugs so I know they changed them all. These guys are legitimate. read more

Best Costumer experience in a long time! I needed to fix to car and assumed I would need to rent a vehicle or get a cab. Nope. My Mechanic in Littleton hooked me up with one of their own cars for the day! Awesome? Yes. Great service, I can't say enough!! read more

If I could give this place no stars I'd start there. Please update your website and be more informative to people about your business i.e. how it works. I made an "appointment" that apparently wasn't an appointment for my SUV then they proceed to tell me there are 5 cars ahead of me. What's the point of the "appointment" then? Your website says "We will gladly transport you to and from your destination while your vehicle is being serviced or repaired at My Mechanic (within a 10 mile radius)." But that only applies to a certain repair. UPDATE YOUR BUSINESS INFORMATION! read more

Firestone refused to do oil change because of a possible stripped oil pan plug. My Mechanic was able to do it without any problems. They also gave me a ton of great information regarding diagnostics/ other options for improving my Jeep. Great honest Americans running a great small business. I know it can be hard to trust a mechanic shop, but this place is one you can trust. Please talk to them before going to one of the larger corporations and you will be blown away by their informative and honest customer service. read more

Fair, friendly, fast, reliable, professional service! So glad My Mechanic was recommended to me. As a single female car shops can be intimidating and I am so pleased to find a place I can make my new regular shop! read more

I'm quite disappointed. We broke down at storage last night and our insurance towed us to their lot at about 10:00 last night. We figured out they weren't going to be open until Monday so my husband went and got tools and parts to fix it. We have a friend getting us a Chilton manual to figure it out.My husband just had a pacemaker put in last year and shouldn't be working on it anyways. Just a few minutes ago "the owner" came by to voice her dissatisfaction with us parked in her lot. And then proceeded to say they don't have any openings this week and dont work on RVs. It's a 1979 Dodge Van with a box on back.... Seriously... What kind of mechanic is this. No offer to help, no compassion, just demanded us get off her lot as soon as we get it fixed. (Gladly!) read more

After I purchased my 2015 Subaru from Centennial Sales & Leasing, I asked where would be the best place to take my new vehicle for oil changes. They recommended My Mechanic. I have not been disappointed. Great customer experience! Friendly and knowledgeable mechanics. If you are looking for a great neighborhood mechanic, look no further than here! read more

I have been going to My Mechanic for years. It's such a comforting feeling to have found a reliable place to take my car and not get nickled and dimed for every little thing. Kimberly and Todd make you feel like you're part of their family. They inform you of everything before they do any work on your car and are wonderful if you say, "can we wait until next time?" Having a mechanic you can trust and respect is like having a physician you can trust and respect. These folks are the real deal and have taken all anxiety out of going to a mechanic. I would recommend My Mechanic to anyone who is looking for an honest, friendly and caring place to take your vehicles. read more

I am so glad I found this place about 3 years ago! I had a 74 BMW that needed some work and most places have no clue how to work on this age of a car! Kim had me bring it in to take a look at it and the people there could manage any repairs that it needed. At times they had the "old school guys" come in and give their advice on the best solution to a problem! They also have a wide selection of contacts to find hard to find parts at a reasonable price! I have brought in several vehicles since then and I have been very satisfied with all the work that they have performed. They have taken me home and picked me up on several occasions. They have even delivered the car to my home! They explain all the work performed and recommended items that need to be watched in the future that may need service and no pressure to do it immediately. I would highlight recommend this place! Best service around! Friendly people also! read more

Ok, so I'm WAY late in my review, but I went to them when my Jeep brakes were having issues. I must say I was super impressed by their honesty. They could have easily made me buy new rotors, but instead, they worked their magic to make what I had work. It's not every day you can feel that your auto shop is honest and has integrity. I am very grateful for that! They saved me hundreds of dollars. read more

I would never take my car anywhere else. Unbelievably friendly service you will only find in an Indy shop!

Took my vehicle to this shop for the first time today and I was by far astonished in how prompt I was assisted and my car was diagnosed. Not to mention the owners are truely honest, patriotic, and humble. Outstanding experience really. This will now be the shop I call first and I recommend to others. read more

Excellent experience. Great communication. Reasonable price and beat their own estimate.

Had the absolute best experience. Kimberly and Todd were so much help when it came to my car repairs. They told me exactly what was wrong and gave me a reasonable price to have it fixed. Their techs do amazing work. I wouldn't hesitate to have them work on my cars. Everyone and anyone looking for a local mechanic, go here! I'll never go back to grease monkey ever again. read more

I had david for a mechanic and he was a life saver! I had another guy who did the diagnosis on my car, and a little work on it, but he kept finding new problems after the work was done costing me to spend more money and time. After David came the third day he discovered another problem that the other guy missed. I was strapped for cash and he offered to do the labor if i bought the parts which was very generous of him. The work was done the next day. I am very pleased! read more

I would think twice before taking your vehicle here for any repair. If you have a specific need for your vehicle, this is not the place to take it, unless you don't mind getting ripped off. Unnecessary replacement of parts, a whole slew of issues wrong with your car that needs to be fixed, (as they will tell you), and over the top costly repairs. Stay away from this shop. read more

My Mechanic seemed like a wonderful repair shop.. and trustworthy. Very nice on the phone each time I spoke with them... BUT then I decided to get a second opinion and THANK GOODNESS I DID. My Mechanic said I would need $6,500.00 worth of repairs on my vehicle. I decided I better get a second opinion because some of the repairs were just not adding up. I took my vehicle to the dealership... GUESS WHAT.. NOTHING and I mean nothing that they said was wrong was actually wrong. Make sure you get a second opinion. Do not be fooled by the nice customer service. I almost spend $6,500.00 on repairs that weren't even needed. They lied. read more

My mechanic was recommended by an acquaintance whose family has been going to them for years. I made an appointment, showed up on time and they didn't have me scheduled when I should've been. No apologies for wasting my time, just a, "Sorry sweetie. Looks like it isn't a good day for you" and she sent me on my way. Hope this review reads, " Sorry sweetie, you just lost my business". read more

The first time I took my car to My Mechanic I was doing comparative shopping and a friend recommended that I check them out. They beat the others in price so I thought I would give them a try. I have been pleased and have gone back ever since. The customer service is great, the shop is clean and I have always been satisfied with the work. Plus I like supporting our local small businesses! I have since recommend and sent family members to them and they also have not been disappointed and are now return customers. Check them out! read more

Upon meeting the staff, I had high hopes that 'My Mechanic' would be a pleasant solution for my car problems. They were very nice, and willing to negotiate about some of the prices (slightly), but that is where the good ends. I was given 2-3 WRONG diagnosis for the problem, as the mechanic seemed to pick blindly at the issue (blaming it on an array of obscure problems). After hundreds of dollars wasted I began to realize that they were completely in the dark, and wasting my money trying to fix what wasn't even broken. After I had paid for my work, they then left my car half-assembled when I gave up on their 'help'. They had also claimed my replacement parts (which costed several more hundreds of dollars) were broken. I finally brought my car to the dealership, which had the issue fixed in an hour WITH my 'broken replacement parts' (which in reality, were perfectly fine but the previous mechanics incorrectly set-up). I wasted hundreds and hundreds of dollars with absolutely no help from My Mechanic, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Bring your car to the dealership...it will be SLIGHTLY more expensive, but you will not have to deal with incompetence. read more

I left a low rating on Google because they left a rude message on my voicemail. Guess what? They deleted the review on Google, which means they are faking their reviews on Google Maps. Do not go here. read more
