I dropped my car and while I was there, one of the staff members showed me what needed to be changed and was very honest with me. Took them less than an hour to compete but didn't get informed until an hour later (not a biggie at all because it happens). I only got charged for what I needed serviced. What I loved was that they were very honest and I appreciated that they showed me what needed to be changed and even showed how you can determine if certain things needed to be changed. And, it was convenient as well as they're near my job. I wish I remembered the staff members that took care of my car but they were phenomenal and made me feel welcomed!

I was so annoyed by the reaction that I turned around and drove away. As I was leaving the parking lot, one of them who looked to be around 18-20 years old waved at me. They probably get paid by the hour so me leaving doesn't mean anything to them. But now I know, I'll just go some place else that actually wants to do their job. I was able to point out a few things myself that were initially missed, and it seemed like the technician performing the inspection may have been new, as they needed guidance from more experienced team members. Because of this, I don't feel completely confident that the inspection was as comprehensive as it should have been. I had a flat tire at the end of last week that could not be repaired. They did not have the replacement in stock at that store on Saturday so I went back this morning to have that mounted. The minute I pulled up the manager came out and let me know that he knew exactly why I was there without my having to explain anything. The service was completed in a timely manner and the tire was still under warranty so it was a completely painless procedure. (The waiting area is also more pleasant than many other auto repair facilities --not the most important feature but still an added nicety). Highly recommend this shop.

I brought my 1975 Corvette to Kearny Garage for an upper-engine rebuild. Kearny Garage repeatedly promised to finish the car but failed to do so, overcharged me--including duplicate fees--lost parts I supplied, and damaged existing parts. When the second mechanic completed the work, he found numerous issues with Kearny Garage's repairs, including improperly installed new heads that allowed coolant to leak into the engine and could have destroyed it. Had Kearny Garage completed the work as it was, the engine likely would have failed immediately and required replacement. I then had to spend thousands of dollars correcting Kearny Garage's work, and I was unable to enjoy driving my convertible for months. Kearny Garage presents itself as a locally owned neighborhood auto shop, but it is actually owned by Sun Auto, a national auto service conglomerate. I also learned that the mechanic often takes shortcuts to complete jobs faster than the time billed to customers, and management appears to support that practice. The store manager was arrogant, condescending, and showed little concern for customer service. Fortunately, some locally owned automotive garages remain in the neighborhood and still value customers over profit.

I pulled up and thought wow this looks brand new, so I'm unsure whether it's well kept or it's just getting started. It is in a developing area in the Central Park neighborhood of Denver. They had attendants helping people through the process when they arrived to the gate which I appreciated. Joseph walked me through the different wash services and also answered questions I had over their unlimited memberships. He was very professional and friendly, showed great customer service. I went for the top wash, the "Super Protect" at $22 and I feel it was worth every penny. Pretty sure the air freshener/dashwipes they gave me after purchase were complimentary with the service I got which I enjoyed receiving. After the car wash is complete, you can pull into a huge area where you can dry, detail and vacuum your vehicle out. They have damp microfibers to use, along with glass cleaner, vacuum access, and free air to inflate your tires. Tons of parking, very clean space. I would go to this car wash over and over again, I'm even considering starting a monthly membership with them.
