As with other services that I've gotten from Jiffy Lube in our area (they're owned by the same company) - they were quick, efficient, accurate and very polite. Both this and the other Jiffy Lube that we've gone to have taken so much of the stress out of these processes. There was a pricing discrepancy this time that ended up being due to a website error. It was quickly resolved with filing a form online. They were fair about the situation and still deserve the high rating. I had my car serviced here on November 4,2023. Yesterday as I was driving home my check engine light came on, I took it to the dealer and they did an engine diagnostic test, it stated that something was wrong with the oil but they needed to keep my car for 3 days to get to the root of the problem. I told them I would bring it back on Tuesday. When I got home I called Jiffy lube spoke to the manager Aaron explained to him what was going on, he made it seem like he was concerned. He wasn't just wanted to get me off the phone so he told me to bring it in today so they could look at it. I get there at 8:00 and to my surprise not only is Aaron not there but he never informed his staff that I was coming in, so they were confused about what I was talking about. Number 1 rule in Customer service as a manager always inform your staff what is going on so the customer does not have to repeat the story and wait an hour just for staff to come back and say the error code has nothing to do with your brakes. That's a whole other problem, the brake pads they put on my car squeak, their excuse for that was they put new brake pads on old rotors so it's expected. Why didn't you tell me that two weeks ago. I wouldn't have gotten them. I just left went to Affordable Automotive who fixed the problem and got car running the way it was prior to Nov 4th. I will let all my colleagues and clients know to avoid Jiffy Lube at all cost as it will cost you a lot of money down the line. Stay far away from this company read more

Communication needs a lot of improvement. I let the front desk my appointment wasn't until 2pm and asked they could get me in early, if not I needed to reschedule. This was at 11am. She said no problem and to pull up to bay 3. After over an hour in the waiting area, the car was still sitting where I parked it. I went to the front and asked for a time frame and the girl informed me that they couldn't get to it until the original time. Advice to employees: It's fine if things change but you have to let the customer know. You already knew the original time wasn't going to work. Additionally, the front desk needs a copy of the schedule for availability. If I didn't insist on double checking we would have been scheduled when there was no availability. read more

I arrived bright and early when their doors opened at 8am. I pulled up to one of the 2 open stalls next to the only other car there. There were at least 5 employees standing in front of me, and I proceeded to sit there for 10 minutes waiting for just one single person to at least make eye contact with me or let me know it would be a few minutes (although I can't imagine why it would've been since there was only one other car there and everyone was just standing around). At that point I simply left because I remembered that even if someone would ever help me, Jiffy Lube tends to just overcharge you and tell you that you need to spend another $150 on random filters that you need to replace. Everywhere else within a 3 mile radius of that place requires an appointment, so I drove the 4 extra miles and went to Grease Monkey on Mississippi. The customer service, honestly and quick turnaround time there is worth the drive. Do yourself a favor and start there instead of this place. read more

can anyone explain to me why my dad went to get an oil change on my car and ended up paying 200 plus dollars because he decided to get all the filters changed like they recommended and he brought be my car and i noticed it running worse..... my dad looks at it and they left screws completely unscrewed just put them back in where they belong, who knows if they even did an oil change because they didn't give a sticker or reset the" oil change needed" I'm utterly disgusted that you took my fathers money and didn't even do your job correctly. you said i needed a new air filter, you changed it and didn't put the screws back in.... did you even change my oil?! or did you just take more then $200 of my fathers money for nothing.... Got a oil change & the men that suppose to know how to change oil decided to drill into my oil pan & not say anything. They just hoped I wouldn't notice & let me drive away. The oil leaked all over the garage, tried to get issue fixed but jiffy lube isn't taking credit. Jiffy lube is blaming each other instead of fixing the issue. It's been over 2weeks and I am still trying to get my car fixed. DO NOT TRUST JIFFY LUBE! If I could put zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. I took my car here to have the brakes replaced and a noise coming from my wheel looked at. Was told the rotors look great! Brakes were "replaced" but really that was them just charging me $400 to never replace them. On top of that the noise coming from my wheel were my rotors! Had to find out this by going to another garage to get new brakes, new rotors and jiffy lube reimbursed zero $. I will never go here again and make sure everyone I know does not either. This place is a nightmare of dishonesty. Here is the entire story of what I've dealt with at this Jiffy Lube over the last month. On October 18th, I brought my car into this Jiffy Lube to get an oil change and new windshield wipers. While looking at it, they said it needed new break pads too, which I also moved forward with getting replaced. The total was a little over $500 (I have the receipt, but for some reason the items on it are not totaled). After I left the Jiffy Lube, I noticed there was this horrible metal scraping and bumping sound coming from under the car, around the front left wheel. I brought the car back to the same Jiffy Lube. They tinkered with it for a while and said they couldn't find what was causing the sound. Apparently they put another fastener on the plastic piece that hangs under the car, but that didn't seem to make any difference. The sound continued, so I brought the car back to Jiffy Lube again a few days later. This time I met Carlos. I spoke to a nice young kid who was there the first time I brought my car in. As I was getting ready to leave, a short, heavyset Latino man, who told me his name was Carlos, walked up and asked why I had come to the Jiffy Lube. I told him the whole story and that I was going to leave the car there and come back. Carlos started telling me that they were going to charge $90 to diagnose the problem, and when I told him the problem didn't exist until I brought it in to have them work on the car, he started accusing me of lying, that their oil change work could not have caused a problem around the tire/wheel. It wasn't until he finally went to the computer to see they had replaced the break pads as well, that he stopped accusing me of trying to scam them and finally went to take a look at the car. After my conversation with Carlos, I felt uncomfortable leaving the car there so I waited for them to diagnose the problem. After about an hour of waiting, Carlos came back in to show me a large piece of metal that apparently is supposed to be removed from the break pads when they are installed. However, they did not remove it, and it had been rattling around in the wheel since the pads were installed. I took a short drive with Carlos which revealed the sound had stopped. I thanked him, dropped him off at Jiffy Lube, and left. The next day, I drove the vehicle on the highway for the first time since getting it back. It immediately started shaking violently shortly after surpassing 60 mph. Also, the check engine, trac off, and 4 wheel drive lights all came on, even though I hadn't used 4 wheel drive in months and haven't throughout this ordeal with Jiffy Lube. This certainly seemed like something that shouldn't be happening to a Toyota RAV4 with only about 65k miles on it, which had always performed fine and received proper servicing. Today, I took the car back to Jiffy Lube to get them to figure out and fix the new problem. Now, Carlos is saying that the O2 sensor is broken and needs to be replaced. This issue and its symptoms hadn't come up in driving the vehicle, or in the several prior visits to this Jiffy Lube. Carlos told me that they're going to charge another $500+ to replace the O2 sensor. I simply can't afford this, so I had to take the car home this afternoon. I'm not sure what to do about the vehicle or if I even can pay to get it fixed, but they've essentially taken a functioning 6-cylinder Rav4 and now caused it to have several issues. Please avoid this Jiffy Lube at all costs. UPDATE (11.15.19): I just wanted to provide an update as this saga continues. I just got off the phone with Chris, the District Manager for Denver Area Jiffy Lubes. After following Carlos's script of essentially suggesting that I somehow broke the O2 sensor and refusing to take responsibility for the damage caused by his employees, he asked me to bring the car from Park Hill to Littleton so that he could inspect it personally. It seems like these folks will do whatever it takes to avoid real accountability. Seeking a 3rd party to assess the damage. Will update! read more

I got my $154 oil change on my car and I went to dinner just to find out that my car was leaking all the oil I paid for because the associates didn't do it right and something was not properly tightened. You can imagine what a lovely surprise that was for me to see all the oil on the street. Either pay attention to what you are doing or simply find another profession. The service workers asked me to park my car because there was six cars in line to get oil changes it's the middle of summer everybody wants to get an oil change today I guess so they said well we're going to not check you in for a couple minutes it'll be like 10 minutes will check you and you'll be out of here within 20 or 25 minutes I waited 15 minutes and they had two cars pull in front of my car because they asked me to park and then I went to those people and I said I'm sorry I'm in front of both your cars and then another service worker came out and said no we're not moving these cars now you should've stayed in line and I said but your manager told me to park and then he would check me in long story short they said well we're not moving the two cars in front of you even though you were here before them. They told me I was going to have to wait and this was after already waiting 30 minutes in the hot summer sun I'm pretty furious with the people that work at this business or how rude they treated me and I don't know if they were discriminating on me individually because they don't like the way I look for the color of my skin but it felt like I was being discriminated against were two other customers were able to get services before me when I was there before them this place deserves no more than a one star not to mention why would you have 10 cars in line waiting to get oil changes they're really bad at their job read more

The staff is super nice and friendly. They will tell you a price to expect to pay, when you go to pay, you WILL be charged an extra $50 or so. The man before me showed them his paperwork where they told him X amount of dollars, guess they leave out the labor- why not include labor costs? Either way, same thing happened with me. I was told a number, went to pay and spent 40 more than expecting- after coupon. Also they say they refill fluids when they change your oil..They did not refill my windshield juice. Sort of wish they would fill that since I paid 130 for oil and new filter.. if you can do it on your own I'd recommend changing your own oil. I will next time. read more

I wish I would've read the reviews before hand. Services were missed, like vacuuming and the windows- in fact the interior of my car was left greasy and nothing was done in terms of cleaning. This is not what I expect from a $70 oil change. They had originally not re-installed my glove box properly. The service took almost 2 hour to get a basic oil change with my tires rotated with only one person in front of me. When I asked for them to fix the issues they missed, they didn't offer anything for the multiple inconveniences. read more

I've had two bad, and one TERRIBLE experience with this Jiffy Lube. The terrible one put me over the top and I have to share. Bad experiences - I went in and they didn't have parts in stock for my car. Not a huge deal, I chalked it up to them being new. Terrible experience - picked up my car (LONG wait and multiple people in the shop complaining that they'd also been waiting much longer than quoted). Employee told me the service was $139. When I dropped off the car, I was told $119 and he even confirmed the type of oil he was giving me. I tell register employee, thinking he would be able to explain why the increase and his response was "our prices must have gone up." I said "from this morning?!" He just looked at me and basically said sorry, he didn't know. Remember, the store was way under-staffed and no manager or responsible person in sight, so I paid and left. Between the long delays, poor staffing and serious issues in pricing, I will not be back. Fortunately, I've heard wonderful things about Les Schwab in Northfield, so we have better options in this neighborhood. read more

Will never go there again. Took my car in to have headlight bulb replaced. Jiffy Lube told me that it wasn't plugged in correctly due to a broken clip, securing the bulb, and I should just stop and re-seat the connection when it went out. Visions of hundreds of dollars danced in my head, while needing a permanent repair than pulling over when headlight didn't work. Thank you to 5280 Heating and Air owners who interceded when I was attempting a duct tape fix at home. No broken clip, new bulb now, and not going to Jiffy Lube again. read more

I don't mind if you take forever to change the oil in my car. Two hours isn't what I call 'jiffy' but ok. What I do mind is when I am there with my kids and I told them we would go to the rock climbing place next door while the car is getting the oil changed. I tell the mechanic as I drop the car off that we will be just over at the other building but he insists that I should wait in the lobby as he will be in momentarily to get some more information. The constant in and out to tell me you'll be with me in a moment isn't helpful. I'm now home. I feel like I've over paid and spent way too much time on trying to get my car taken care of. This doesn't bother me. What bothers me is that my kids think I lied to them about doing an activity together. You can break my trust - but if you take care of the car, ok. If you break the trust I have with my kids, then please expect reviews like this on Yelp and with everyone I associate with. read more

Very disappointed with the service I received here today. Was pulling out of my complex this morning when I noticed I had a flat tire (and 1 other was extremely low). Since this brand new Jiffy Lube is right up the street from where I live, and there were only 1 or 2 other cars there, I pulled in and asked if they could change my tire. At first, they said that they could only change the flat one to a donut, and put air in the other, so that I could go to a place that sold tires, since they are a brand new store and don't currently have tires to sell. I said that that would be fine, and went inside to wait. While inside, I called a few tire shops that were nearby and made my plans to head to one after my donut was on. As I was doing so, I was approached by one of the technicians (whom I assume to be the manager based on the things that he was authorized to do, and the fact that he was the only one wearing a burgundy shirt). He said that they could indeed sell me tires and change them over for me, but that the tires would have to come from a neighboring store. At 9:30 in the morning, I didn't think that this would be an issue; so I obliged. After all, this meant that I didn't have to risk driving on a donut to the other shop. He said that the tires would be there and that the job would be completed by 1pm. Cool! So here we are at 8:00pm; I'm still sitting in the lobby. They closed TWO HOURS ago at 6. I have work at 10am, and absolutely need my car today. I've been up here about a total of 4 or 5 times now; I've called several times and gotten several different answers. The response before last that they gave me in a voicemail that they left is that the tires would be delivered by 2:00. But... 6 hours later, and my car is still not complete. I even walked up to the shop (twice), because I didn't want to spend any more on Lyft than I already had, and, at 5 minutes til closing, they STILL hadn't touched my car! What the hell?? Who'd have thought that it would take almost 11 hours to change 2 tires?!? I'm really flustered at this point. And the quote he gave me (hours after I had already left the shop with my car in his care) really didn't help much. For the amount they're charging, and the time it actually took to even get to my car, I sincerely feel ripped off. I wish that instead of interrupting my plans to go to a more equipped shop to buy my tires, and then giving me the constant runaround afterward, this guy would've just kept his mouth shut and not recommended something him or his crew couldn't follow through on. A few of the shops I called said they could've had me in and out in an hour. Definitely will not be returning to this location again. It's too bad because they're starting off on the wrong foot with people who would potentially be their main consumers, and they seemed like they could've been really nice guys, too. read more

Took 2 hours today to get oil change & air filter. Quoted $81 oil change. Needed air filter said ok - quoted $41. They said will take 10 mins longer. The manager called me to pay bill was $158! Air filter tried get me pay $78. I said no way am i paying that. He gladly discounted. The bill down. Ended up paying $117 which way higher than most oil changes I've had. But after 2 hours we were done...manager walked me out gave me copy receipt. Lead to believe my car was finished. Noticed no one vacuumed inside & that was what i asked the first guy if that included vacuuming and transmission fluid checked. Well if they didn't vacuum what else was over looked???? So i was about to put my car in gear and leave and the delivery guy with the air filter pulled up in front of my car!!!!! The service guy walked by my window & i asked is my filter even in there ... he wanted to see what i was charged on my receipt. Hmmmm gave me some BS and then installed it. So if delivery guy didn't stop me and pull up in front of my car then i would of left thinking i had the new air filter!!!!! Seemed shady all way around. Just WOW never felt more like this place is stealing $ left & right from people and the manager aka owner lead me to my car before the work was done!!! read more

I had the best experience here. We drove in from Austin TX and our windshield washer fluid stopped working, in part because it was frozen solid. The folks at Jiffy Lube provided fast and extremely professional service, and fixed the issue so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. Carlos and Noah in particular were fantastic.
