They overcharge and are scammers! I took my car here because the AC was intermittently going out. They charged me $400 to top off the freon and replace the cabin filter. The next day, the AC stopped working again. When I took it back in, they said it would be another $814 to replace the AC/Heat Module. It turns out the only thing wrong was a $6 fuse that I was able to fix myself. I would never recommend this place. read more

Took my BMW here after I had taken it to 3 different shops and the dealership because of an electrical issue. I dropped my car off in the morning and by 11:30 one of their technicians named Sebastian had figured it out. I was so relieved to finally have answers to a problem that was breaking my bank. The technician that fixed my car although young was extremely experienced and a genius in the electrical diagnosis. This place gave me great service good prices and an end to my troubles. This place is a fraud. My daughter is going to college in Denver and new to the area. Someone from her school referred this place, so she took her car there to see what was wrong. They told her the water pump was leaking and it would cost $800 to replace it. My daughter doesn't have a fancy car. I had a BMW and it didn't cost that much to replace the water pump. I told her to call around for other quotes. All of which were way lower. There is a shop 2 blocks away from that one that did it for $340. She went to pick up her car and take it to the other shop and it wasn't ready for her even though she had called an hour before to let them know she was picking up the car. This place tried to take advantage of a young college girl away from home. They can't be trusted!!! read more

Being a woman, it's easy to get scammed. Here, the service is honest, reasonable and fast. I don't trust anyone to work on my car except for these guys. Miguel is the best mechanic I have ever worked with. Even though they specialize in BMW, Audi and Mercedes, they'll work on any car. When I discovered my left CV joint was broken, they fixed it within a few hours and for a lower price than I had been quotes. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone!!! read more

Ok, so I found this place, Firo's Auto Serviceover a year ago after getting a quote from my neighborhood mechanic for like $1000.00 for something even I knew was worth about $40.00. So, one of the guys at my neighborhood shop asks if I've ever thought about getting out of my part of the 'hood' to find a good mechanic? I said, "I'm game". And, that's how I found Firo's Auto Service. This guy is an ace mechanic, he's always there for me, he doesn't charge an arm and a leg, he is certified on foreign cars but works on domestics too. And he gives all my friends and family a smokin' deal. I'm telling ya, finding a good mechanic these days is hard. So, if you don't mind the drive to Colfax and Federal, it's well worth it, cuz you'll be saving money while getting awesome repair work done, some of which he's done for free! If I could give this place a 0 I would be owner Miguel is a liar and will cheat you out of your money. He tells you he's the best in Denver and that is a load of bull. We went in to get the ignition fixed on her car he took my husbands money for the ignition and if you other simple things like the thermostat in the coolant then came back and said oh the ignition didn't need to be fixed. But he still kept the whole money. Now 5 months later the ignition took a shit on us and he said oh yeah that is the problem but I can't fix it now. He's a liar and will rip you off. And something else always comes back wrong in his eyes. We paid him over 3500 dollars and it was a waste. Went to the dealer shop and got the ignition fixed less than 1000 dollars. I tried a shop downtown and one out in Golden for my BMW, and both of them charged a lot of money and didn't figure out two separate problems.
