Literally looked at all reviews through out the process because im confused how my experience is so…read moredifferent from everyone else's. - DID NOT keep me updated throughout the process. and I was constantly hounding them (Good luck trying to get a hold of them they never answer the phone). They had my car for 2 months not once did they reach out to me without me asking (sometimes begging) for an update. - My car WAS NOT cleaner than when I got and was actually worse. and now I have weird discoloration on my seats from them being so lazy. They also left wax build up and marker on the paint and on the window. There was dust all on the inside that I believe is what discolored my seat because it was the same color. Initially they blamed it on me and said that it was normal wear and tear and then gave 150 off to get it detailed (not really sure what place charges 150 for detailing). The entire staff was rude and actually made me question my sanity because he kept saying that it was normal wear and tear from being a 2018 vehicle (???). -The first shock was when I arrived to pick up the car a part was wasn't fixed from accident. They told me the insurance company wasn't covering that part because it was not from point of impact - which is totally fair because insurance companies suck but nobody thought to call me and tell me it wouldn't be fixed or let me know so I could call the insurance company and try to get it covered? did they think I wouldn't notice a piece wasn't fixed from the accident?? - They also did not think to tell me until the day I picked up the car that there was 2% charge on all card transactions? and apparently only one person knows how to work the card transaction so I had to wait till he got back from lunch. lol. ok! I have been through this process multiple times in my life and never has a place made the car crash experience even more stressful. Please just use anyone else other than them- you will thank me later. Note on the pictures. The first is what color my car seat should be colored and the second is the car seat when it was returned to me.

Marc is very professional and gives a spot on quote for what you want and his prices are very competitive. I came in this past Thursday to get a quote to tint my boyfriend's 4Runner. I explained to Marc what I wanted and he said it wouldn't be a problem. Lucky for me, he had an appointment open at 1p today (Saturday). When I set up my appt for 1p, he did tell me that he could possibly get me in earlier if his 9a didn't show. Luckily for me, the 9a appt didn't show and I was able to get the 4Runner in to his early. Marc did tell me that he had a short, previously scheduled appt at noon so he would work on the 4Runner, work on the noon appt, and then finish the 4Runner. I got a call at 2p from Marc telling me that he was done. I am so pleased with his work and I highly recommend him!
