I repeatedly asked them to clean the MAF sensor and throttle body as part of diagnosing my issue. They refused. Instead, they wasted my time with unnecessary "repairs" that didn't fix the issue, then stalled my car's return for days while dodging my questions. Here's where it gets worse: They pressured me to take out a $15,000 loan to pay for an engine I never agreed to replace. They advised me NOT to report this to my insurance company--without me even mentioning insurance in the first place. When I arrived to pick up my car, the advisor's hands were visibly shaking. That tells you everything--you don't act like that unless you know you've done something wrong. If you value honesty, professionalism, and actual customer service--stay far away. Whether they're desperate for money or deliberately predatory, this is not a place you can trust.

Poor experience in overall service, communication and repairs…read more Service Manager was non-responsive when I brought the car back after paying $2k to fix the engine warning light. They had put in new fuel pump and fuel pump control module. The warning light came on repeatedly after I got it back (same day!. I brought it back and after looking at it again, they texted me it'd cost $2k to fix the same problem I reported the first time, this time by replacing the fan assembly. After I declined that repair (through the text # I'd been using with them), I couldn't get a response about getting my car back. This was 3:30 on a weekday. I called multiple numbers until someone finally told me my rep had to leave for a medical issue. When I went in to pick up the car, I told the dept service manager that I hoped the rep would be okay. He looked at me funny and told me he had a dental appt. So they made no arrangements to have any one cover his customers and answer their calls/texts and release their cars. This was the second time I brought a car there for repair and had to bring it back for another fix. Never again.

It is adequately lit, spacey and has a creative and fun customer service area. Now to the nuts and bolts. Pardon the pun. They are good at using appropriate lubricants and filters consistent with manufacturer requirements. They are able to comfortably work on late model pricey German automobiles with high tech computer systems. Keeping up on expensive software can be quite difficult for non-dealership shop owners and technicians but they seem to be doing so. Fortunately, I haven't needed transmission or engine repairs so I can't write about it. I can write that as to mechanical issues, electrical issues and general maintenance issues their work has been excellent. They get it done in a timely manner. How about prices? Vehicle repair and maintenance work is never cheap for most motor vehicles (including Japanese brands) but, in general, I would estimate the cost of repairs and service are about 25% less than i would expect to pay at a dealer' service center. Yes, I will come back the next time I need service.

From the start, Wade was upfront about the process and made everything clear. I received a detailed video of the inspection, and they walked me through the necessary repairs with full transparency around pricing. While the repairs weren't cheap (as expected with an older vehicle), they applied available coupons to help bring the cost down, something I really appreciated.
