After about $4000 of quoted repairs ($2000 for the fan replacement), they also quoted me $500 to replace a dead battery. Five hundred dollars for a car battery that should be $250 maximum. The battery was under warranty with AAA so I said I will get them to replace it for free. The kicker is that when AAA tested the battery it was still working completely fine. Three months later the battery is in good health. I wish I would've read other reviews before taking my vehicle here, but let this be a warning to anyone else looking to use this shop. They are dishonest, will overcharge you for parts, try to sell you on unnecessary services, and charge exorbitant labor fees. Seek anywhere else.

We got there 15-20 minutes early since we had another appointment set later on for the day. Technicians had a lack of care for our time. When It came down to getting the replacement air-filter we told them we were ready to leave but insisted on continuing to work on our vehicle. The technician offered us a "20 dollar coupon" for our time, however that was the discount coupon we got before even arriving to get serviced. Then when trying to leave the technician leaves the keys with themselves having me run back to get them from him. Honestly, If I could give 0 STARS I would they do not care about your time.

I called RMD first thing in the morning told them my dilemmas. I brought both the failing driveline and the new one down there. They listened to me talk about my needs, my complaints and my experience with the trademark lifted jeep driveline issues. The gave me a variety of options on how i wanted to proceed. In the end they built me a gorgeous driveline that fit perfectly and drives so smooth. The driveline was ready the next day by noon. I love this new one so much i am resisting the urge to pull my front one and have them make me a new one just because. This has been a huge peace of mind experience, I will definitely be back for all my drive line issues.

The receptionist seemed a bit overwhelmed and wasn't as gracious maybe because it's a revolving door of customers. Because they have over 12 techs at this facility, fortunately I didn't have to wait too long for my repair and pickup. I was quoted a few days for hail repair but I had additional body repair on my bumper and back up camera. It took a little over a week to have my car ready for pick up. My assigned technician was Ethan and he was super responsive and communicated often to keep me in the loop. Crash Champions also uses text to keep you posted as well. At pick up, I got to chat with the general manager Rick who was also helpful, friendly and kind. I love that they aren't pushy with upselling and explains any unforeseen repairs. I felt they were reasonable in fixing my bumper and back up camera sensor. I mean it is a BMW but overall my cost was around $3500. There is also a lifetime warranty as long as you of course own the car. They do offer wash and clean service and was respectful of my things and car upon return. It gets pretty busy here so if you can make an appointment as soon as possible do so but they do accommodate walk-ins. When she left the shop, there was a screeching sound that she thought may have resulted from a new part. I was visiting her and took the car to The Body Shop, and they identified the sound coming from the front right wheel. When they took off the wheel, they noticed that the bushing had not been screwed tightly. A new part had to be replaced - it only cost $ 40 for the part and 1 hour of labor. Incompetence of this shop cost us $ 260. I am sure that they do some things well and this happens once in a while and unfortunately, it happened to us.
