Yet and still, Cody did not waiver in his pleasant personality and great assistance to me! I rented an electronic vehicle from Hertz and realized after I got home, that the key fob had a dead battery. Hertz had already closed for the entire weekend so I called their roadside assistance. She told me to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts and ask them to replace the battery & she immediately credited my invoice. I went to the nearest O'Reilly and was assisted by the manager, Cody Brower! Cody was SUPER helpful! To my disappointment, when he changed the battery, the fob still did not work. Cody did not give up. He worked with the fob; tried a few testers in the store; and pressed every button...but to no avail. There was a sign on the store door stating that they were unable to do parking lot assistance today, but Cody insisted on coming to the parking lot and test the car battery too! Well, the car battery was fully charged, so that was not the problem. Much to my amazement, Cory was DETERMINED to figure out the issue. Cory kept working with the key fob, and there I was trying not to cry, because I knew my only other option on the weekend, was to drive an hour to the Denver airport. Then Cory said, "Look at this!" I looked up, and voila! He figured out the problem. Cordy got the key fob to work!!!! I cannot thank Cory enough for saving my weekend car rental experience. I am moving to Florida in a couple days and really need this car to finish errands before I leave. Cody saved the day!!!

He even asked if I would like to buy something cheaper and he could use the cheaper item to fix the broken part I came in with! I said no and bought the new one, but I am nonetheless grateful that he was so considerate. I have also never been helped so quickly in an auto parts store particularly one as busy as this place was when I walked in on a Sunday afternoon. Poor Customer Service - Won't Be Returning…read more Ladies, if you're looking for good customer service, this is not the place. I purchased a windshield wiper blade from this O'Reilly location about three weeks ago. Today, I tried installing it myself but couldn't get it on properly. I returned to the store -- which wasn't busy at the time -- hoping for some quick assistance. Instead of being greeted, I had to interrupt "Sheila," who was watching something on her phone. I explained the situation, and her response was, "They shouldn't have let you walk out without installing it for you." I asked if she could help me, and she followed me out to my car and said, "Give me a minute." Several minutes passed. I went back inside and found her helping other customers, with no explanation or follow-up. No one else offered to help, either. Frustrated, I left and drove to South Denver Automotive Garage -- not even a mile away -- where someone kindly installed the wiper blade in less than five minutes. Poor experience in overall service, communication and repairs…read more Service Manager was non-responsive when I brought the car back after paying $2k to fix the engine warning light. They had put in new fuel pump and fuel pump control module. The warning light came on repeatedly after I got it back (same day!. I brought it back and after looking at it again, they texted me it'd cost $2k to fix the same problem I reported the first time, this time by replacing the fan assembly. After I declined that repair (through the text # I'd been using with them), I couldn't get a response about getting my car back. This was 3:30 on a weekday. I called multiple numbers until someone finally told me my rep had to leave for a medical issue. When I went in to pick up the car, I told the dept service manager that I hoped the rep would be okay. He looked at me funny and told me he had a dental appt. So they made no arrangements to have any one cover his customers and answer their calls/texts and release their cars. This was the second time I brought a car there for repair and had to bring it back for another fix. Never again.

After about $4000 of quoted repairs ($2000 for the fan replacement), they also quoted me $500 to replace a dead battery. Five hundred dollars for a car battery that should be $250 maximum. The battery was under warranty with AAA so I said I will get them to replace it for free. The kicker is that when AAA tested the battery it was still working completely fine. Three months later the battery is in good health. I wish I would've read other reviews before taking my vehicle here, but let this be a warning to anyone else looking to use this shop. They are dishonest, will overcharge you for parts, try to sell you on unnecessary services, and charge exorbitant labor fees. Seek anywhere else.
