I'm adding an edit as Kirsten called to leave me a voicemail and tell me I was confused. I am not confused. I remember being offered $700 for my 04 Tacoma because you guys said it was scrap and then putting 10,000 more miles on that vehicle and thinking you all were crazy the whole time I was driving it before I totaled it. Their voicemail was retaliatory at best. There was no reason to call me after I left this review. I gave my feedback. It's a terrible business that this is and I would never recommend my worst enemy to go there. It makes you feel grimy walking in. It's a disgusting place. I have been to Tune Tech twice. The first time for an issue with my cars remote start, then for a low beam bulb. Both times Tune Tech fixed the problem in a timely, professional, and affordable manner. They even checked all of my lights, finding I had 3 bulbs out, not just one. I was glad I took it to them considering I'd taken my car for an oil change a week earlier to a different company who never mentioned that I had any lights out. Last, but not least, Ken, the owner, is very pleasant to work with.

She had purchased the vehicle from Carmax and also purchased the extended warranty. They basically handed her a list of Mechanic shops to choose from but we literally knew nothing about any of them. She ended up choosing the shop that was closest to her house and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Travis was the best! He was very communicative, never pressured her to spend money on non-necessary items, also never tried to upsell her on repairs that she didn't actually need. They fixed her car in a timely manner and assisted her with filing the claim (apparently there is a paperwork process when you use a Carmax approved shop?) anyways, he made sure that was all handled correctly and all of the necessary repairs were included. It's hard to be 1000 miles away and let your child handle these things by themselves... luckily (for everyone involved) they were amazing to work with and everything went great. We will certainly be back if she ever needs any car repairs in the future.
