Have Endurance extended warranty insurance and this shop was recommended. Dropped off my 2013 Audi A6 to repair strut. They refused to service my car, said liability issues. Listed other findings that were minor and did not even give estimate. I feel This shop discriminated me and my car and with the insurance company assistance chose not to do the work. They had no cars in the Bay Area, in the parking lot. They must just work on newer cars and collect insurance money. Give them a F for customer service and I am reporting them to the BBB for their poor customer service and discrimination for refusing to repair my car. Will report endurance as well. Why pay for extended warranty and then the auto repair shop could have done the work get paid by my insurance but refused service to me and my car. DON'T USE THIS SHOP THEY CHERRY PICK AND ARE NOT WORTH RECEIVING ANY NEW SERVICE. read more

I stopped by Autovisions to find out what it would take to fix my dash lights and the brake light on dash that never went out. He walked me to my car and looked in it as well as under the hood. He went and got brake fluid and put it in which fixed the brake light being on and showed me that the switch on my dash lights have been turned off. He didn't charge me and was very gracious. I still LOVE Autovisions and just can't say enough good things about Craig and Terri there. Recently, they saved me from a huge potential problem on a road trip. During a standard oil change, I asked Craig to look over my 2001 CR-V and he found that my radiator was cracked and leaking (I knew something was wrong since my car had been smelling "sweet" for awhile), and my brake pads needed to be replaced. In addition, my transmission was on its last legs. Autovisions will never pressure you to get the work done. They did keep me from breaking down on a road trip to St. Louis though, which I very much appreciated! We ended up renting a car while we mulled over whether or not to complete the needed repairs or trade the car in. Ultimately, we decided to trade-in the old car rather than fix it, since it was going on 10 years old and we wanted something that would last us another 10-15 years. I am now the proud owner of a 2009 Toyota Rav4, and I will continue to have all of my service done at Autovisions with Craig and Terri. I even drive from Niwot/Boulder to Denver to see them, for the peace of mind that a good mechanic brings! Luckily, I work in Denver a few days a week, so that helps. They are right by the light rail too, and will give you a ride over there if needed. If you are thinking of buying a pre-owned car, they will look it over for you very completely and reasonably. Contact them for new car inspections, and make sure you know what you're getting into.
