Will not be going back. Went for an oil change and was offered over $500 of "other needed repairs". They tried to sell me transmission and differential repairs 20,000 miles before they're needed. The mechanic was clearly trying to take advantage of a woman who may not realize they didn't need those repairs. Will never go back to this location! read more

The manager is a complete and utter jerk. I pulled in front of a bay to get an oil change and turned off my car. An employee asked me to move to an adjacent bay. When I turned the ignition, the fob snapped off of my key. Wow! I told the employee what had happened and asked for a minute to get the car started. The manager rushed out, eyes bulging, hair on fire, and told me he would NOT service my car and to get it out of there. Then he skulked back inside like a cowardly lemur, peeking out to see if I was gone yet. Fortunately one of the employees (a woman) took pity on me and gave me a couple of quarts of oil while her weenie of a boss hid inside. I got my car started and took my business elsewhere. Boy do I feel sorry for that guy's kids! If you're looking for someone who cares about giving value to their customers, don't come here. But if you're looking for a great employee, there is a caring and skillful person here who deserves a much better gig. read more

We went to another place to get oil change and replace fuel filters the day before and 3 hours later we had oil all over the place and a broken fuel sensor. CAME INAND THEY FIXED US UP NICELY. Checked everything and made sure we were good to go. We used a grease monkey in Oregon and Denver and both time they new what they were doing and exceptional service. I just called to find out the cost of JUST an oil change where u would bring in my own oil and filter. Cuz trusting an oil change place is like leaving my food out and trusting my dog won't eat it. He tells me it's $50. LMFAO! $50????! Just for labor. Maybe that's the price they give women? So, I'm going to buy my own tools and do it myself. I came in for an oil change. They showed me some dirty fluid and said it was from my transfer case. They recommended a flush and fill. I said sure go for it. Half hour later my transfer case is broken. They claim it's not their fault and I need to call for a tow to get it out of their bay. They're claiming it was broken when I brought it in. I ask how could I have driven it in with a broken transfer case!!! As of yet they are refusing to cover the tow or the repair costs of them breaking my transfer case! read more

Sprayed and wiped down my windows, rotated my tires, and cleaned my rims. Extremely professional the entire time and wore a mask while approaching customers. THEY LEFT THE OIL CAP OFF. I went in Friday afternoon and got my oil changed. Fast forward to almost a week later and when I turned my heat on the car stank like oil. I popped the hood and low and behold... the oil cap was off and upside down on the engine under the hood. When I checked the dip stick it was completely dry. I had been driving for a week with almost no oil. The entire engine and everything underneath the hood was covered in oil. When I called and told them about it they said they would reimburse me for the quart of oil I bought to fill it and hosed off the engine. No reimbursement for the oil change. I told them I didn't care about the 8 dollars for a quart of oil. DO NOT GO HERE. My car could've broken down and they didn't even seem to care. All I got was an apology. read more

Went in to get a leak checked and they informed me my drain plug has been over tightened and needed to be replaced to stop a transmission fluid leak. They called around for the part and after I picked it up they replaced it and topped me off without charge. Would absolutely recommend Mario and his team. I drove 3 hours out because this place was recommended to me. I went in for an Oil change and watched one of the guys dig through my glove compartment. I was going to ask why until I saw him pull out the vehicles manual and put it on the front windshield. Thinking they needed it to check certain mechanic information. They replaced the oil and advised about the air filters to be replaced also, which I agreed too. I paid for the services and left realizing I didn't check to see if they put my vehicle manual back which I could no longer locate. I gave them a call to ask if the mechanic might've put the book in a different location to which they reassured he is not a thief and would check the cameras to see. I gave a call back roughly 2 hours later to see if they might've saw him put the book in a different location to which they stated to come through to talk to the district manager cause they checked the cameras and verified the only thing that was done for the vehicle was the air filter was changed, which I agreed to, but they denied doing any other service to the vehicle. Meaning they did not do the oil change that I paid for. Which my vehicle still has the oil change error on which they stated they cleared. I believed it might've been not cleared but them assuring me no other service had been done I believe my vehicle is now accurate. read more

Went to get my oil changed today and they informed me that the last place to change it (not this location) had stripped my oil cap and they were unable to open it. So they changed my oil for free and informed me on how to get this problem fixed at the source at no cost to me. Couldn't be more grateful with their customer service! Outstanding customer service and speed. On 05/28/2016, I was in need of a very simple business vehicle inspection that takes only 10 - 15 minutes with a pre-written form. This location took me in with zero delay and EXCELLENT customer service. This was quite a refreshment after frustration and much wasted, precious time at Jiffy Lube and Pep Boys with no help. I called ahead and the staff told me to come on over and that there were two open bays available. Within SECONDS (literally) of pulling up, an individual was taking down information about my vehicle and greeted me at my car window. I walk in and the staff at the front was friendly and glad to help. Before I was even done checking out, the inspection had already started in the garage! Everything was done in 20 - 30 minutes. Wow. What a day-saver. Because of their speed, I was able to accomplished everything else I needed to accomplish that day in a very tight time frame. This is the best place for an oil change, hands down. The people who work here are super friendly and professional, are fast and efficient, and never try to up-sell you on a bunch of crap you don't need. Maybe it's all in my head, but I swear my car runs better every time I leave here. Even my husband, who's a total car guy, has no complaints about this place and won't take his car anywhere else. Oh, and if you like to support local businesses, there's also a sign that says this Grease Monkey is a locally owned, family-run business that's been operating at this location since 1979. Nice. This is an update to my last post. I went there a few months ago and had my front and rear differentials drained and refilled. They also did an oil change. After I brought my car home, the next day I realized that there was a big puddle of oil under my car, and my front differential was soaked. I had my car towed to a local mechanic whom I trust because I didn't know what was leaking and how bad it was, and luckily they said that no seals were damaged. They reported that my car's oil was likely overfilled. I was happy with that answer but my trust in Grease Monkey is significantly lowered. I don't know if I'll bring my car back to these guys again. read more

While the service was fast I would not describe it as friendly. I took my car in for a basic oil change and while I got that without issue my washer fluid was not topped off and the air in my tires was not filled. I also asked for my tires to be rotated. I was told that they could not find the appropriate tool to take the lug nuts off, they asked me to find it for them. I has no idea what they wanted and told them the only thing I had was with the spare or in the glove compartment with the original packets. I was told that wasn't what they needed. Regardless they do this everyday and other locations did not require anything else to complete the task. When I looked it up at home the piece I told them about was exactly what was needed. Unfortunately we brought my car to this location because it is close to my work. After my oil change, I noticed that my car smelled like burning oil. I suspected that they might have just spilled some while changing the oil and continued on. A few days later I brought my car to another shop to have it looked it. They opened my hood to look, and noticed there was oil everywhere along with cigarette butts, mind you, I don't smoke, and really don't appreciate cigarette butts being left in my engine! They also failed to inform me that one of my seals was leaking oil. Which is something they definitely would have seen when they were changing the filter. Overall, I am unimpressed with the service I received and will not be returning to any location. read more

Only to be charged $250 for a wheel differential fee as well that I'm certain he did not discuss with me. Quick service, but I felt cheated and "scammed." I have been coming here for years. Fast service, fair price and I like that they vacumn your interior and wash the interior windows. I did notice they last few times that I was here that the cashier rushes you through the payment process and does NOT make any eye contact. The first time I thought he was just having a bad day but when it happened again, I thought that was just rude. He didnt say anything. Just took my money, handed me my paperwork and walked away!
