Today is 12/8. I already have the new mirror, I just need someone to install it. Honestly, that made no sense to me. It's a one-hour job at most, with zero prep needed since I already bought the part. I asked the body tech if the schedule was pushed that far out because the job doesn't make them much money, and he basically admitted that's the reason. What he didn't seem to understand is that a simple job like mine could've earned them another 5-star review, which brings in more paying customers and more money in the long run. Instead, I was left feeling like my business wasn't worth their time, and that's disappointing for a shop with such solid reviews.

She treats warranty claims as easy money and refuses to take customers seriously, especially if you're not paying anything out of pocket. Don't let yourself get scammed. I took my 2020 Audi SQ5 to this preferred shop recommended by my warranty company. However, the moment I got my car back, I had to return it within 5 minutes after seeing multiple alignment issues with my front bumper, headlights, and fenders. Not once, but more than 3 times. I had to drive 50 minutes 4 times in a row because they couldn't fix it the first time. The very last time I took it to them, they started blaming me, saying I hit someone. Like as if they didn't take into account I raised these concerns the first day I got my car back from them. The same day I got the car back, there were alignment issues with the front bumper and fenders. There were also paint issues, but I didn't say anything because I really just wanted my bumper fixed properly. The cost of repair was $7,096. The customer service is ridiculous, and they'll use every excuse to blame you and not take accountability for their work.
